The article highlights topicality of an issue related to assessing economic security of retail companies, which face hazards and threats under contemporary unstable economic conditions, for making decisions concerning ensuring a high level of the economic security, efficiency, and sustainable development of a company in general. The authors have developed a model of forming a database for assessing economic security of retail companies using mathematical modelling in order to avoid difficulties in the process of forming the database. Application of mathematical methods enables to create the more informative database, which will be used to conduct a more thorough analysis. This allows to make effective managerial decisions regarding ensuring a high level of economic security of a retail company. A methodical tool of M. Pohozhykh and M. Safronova underlies the model of forming the database for assessing economic security of a retail company applying methods of mathematical modelling. The methodical tool consists in modelling an n-dimensional geometric shape, namely a n- dimensional parallelepiped, taking into account properties of the Euclidean space. The model of forming the database for conducting an assessment is an outcome of the scientific research.

The article cites examples among works of the artist created in the technique of graphics, pastel and artistic felt. At the core of the creation of these works lies the knowledge of principles of construction of the composition and depictive techniques characteristic for the Russian avant-garde and Early Russian icon-painting and Iranian miniatures, with an absence of direct associations with any concrete epoch or artistic direction. The article is devoted to the study of migration processes in Russia. The population migration forms the settlement system, has a significant impact on the social and economic development of the regions, it is a reflection of the high level of their differentiation on various features, leads to a change in balance both between macroregions and between the types of settlements. The problem of migration outflow in recent years has become characteristic not only for the Northern and Far Eastern regions of the country, but also for other subjects, including the Republic of Bashkortostan. In such conditions, the need to solve it is facing the authorities at all levels of management. At the same time, these issues are not directly reflected in national projects. Moreover, many indicators used in the strategic development documents of the federal level today, in fact, cannot be applicable to the purposes of predicting migration processes due to the lack of a sufficient retrospective base. Taking into account the impossibility of direct impact on the migratory behavior of the population, priority is given to creating favorable conditions. With such a formulation of the task, not financial and economic indicators of development, and the living conditions of people and, first of all, access to social infrastructure facilities are published. In this aspect, its development becomes a competitive control tool for human capital. However, as the study showed, the effectiveness of the implementation of similar activities is significantly varied in a particular region. For a quantitative assessment of the influence of the factors under consideration, the migration processes were asked to form the appropriate economic and mathematical model. The article briefly considers the prerequisites and features of its formation. According to the results of the study, the regression equation was obtained and dispersion analysis was carried out. The results of the assessment of the model according to the Russian regions confirm its adequacy. The study allows you to more fully assess the impact of the development of social infrastructure on the demographic situation in Russia.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of subjective poverty in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The limitations of monetary and the advantages of subjective approaches in measuring poverty are well founded. Based on the data of sociological surveys conducted by the Institute of Strategic Research of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2015-2020, a higher level of subjective poverty has been determined as well as an absence of positive dynamics in the reduction of this indicator. Four surveys showed comparable poverty rates, confirming the objectivity of the differences with official statistics. At the same time, the socio-demographic profile of the recipients of targeted social assistance is fully correlated with the profile of social poverty derived from the sociological survey. It has been shown that the high level of subjective poverty is due to the displacement of economically active population groups into it, following the deterioration of their material situation. The highest incidence of poverty was the low level of wages and the inability to find better jobs. The level of demand and the actual material situation in the social strata of the data leads to widespread poverty. It is argued that sex and age characteristics, place of residence, level of education, presence of children in the family are factors that contribute to the risk of falling downward social mobility among the poor. The study made concrete proposals to reduce poverty in the region.

The Republic of Korea has shown a strong political will to develop its anti-corruption capacities. Research argues that corruption has been - and still is - an issue for the Korean political system before and after its democratization. Even after substantial legal developments in the anti-corruption field, trust in state institutions and actors has not improved much. The Korean parliament decided in 2019 on the creation of a permanent Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) in hopes of eradicating corruption. The CIO is an independent institution in charge of investigating and indicting cases of corruption committed by high-level officials, with a special focus on law professionals. After many controversies and some revisions, it started operating in January 2021. In the context of studying the role and development of anti-corruption laws in the world, research on anti-corruption institutions can contribute to our understanding of corruption in context. In this article, the creation of anti-corruption agencies is seen as part of state legitimacy building process. How is the CIO, which aims to reduce corruption, contributing to state legitimacy? Looking at performance and process-based legitimacy, the article centers its analysis on the first version of the CIO and argues that the institution provides new anti-corruption ‘services’ on one side and strengthens state accountability mechanisms on the other. First, institutional analysis shows that new capacities are added to the state-led anti-corruption activity field, mainly limited investigation, and indictment rights. Second, context analysis focusing on corruption scandals involving law professionals argues that the government builds process legitimacy by being responsive to public criticism and pushing for the creation of the CIO.

In the article, based on the analysis of the periodizations already proposed in Russian science, an original interpretation of the main stages of the formation of inclusive education policy in modern Russia at the Federal and regional levels is developed, and the qualitative characteristics of each stage are formulated. At the Federal level, there are three stages of implementing the policy of inclusive education: the first-from 1992 to 2007 (creating prerequisites for a modern system of inclusive education using world standards); the second — from 2008 to 2012 (completion of the creation of a special regulatory framework for inclusive education policy); the third — from 2012 to the present day (improvement of the regulatory framework for inclusive education policy, its intensive implementation at all levels of education). At the regional level (for example, the Republic of Bashkortostan), the following stages of inclusive education policy are also being formed: the first-from 1992 to 2012 (starting with the creation of the post-Soviet regional educational system, ending with the first attempts to implement the regional policy of inclusion); the second — from 2012 to 2020 (development of its own regulatory framework, completion of the foundations of the regional system of inclusive education); the third — from 2020 (approval of the “Concept for the development of inclusive education in the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2020–2025” (June 17, 2020)).
