The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of self esteem and job stress on employees performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo. The populations of this research are all employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo, amounting to 71 people. The sample in this study is the entire population or by using census methods. The type of this reseach is explanatory research. Path Analysis has treated as the data analysis in research. The result of this study shows that self esteem has a positive and significance influence toward  job satisfaction and employees performance , job stress has a negative and significance  influence toward  job satisfaction and employees performance , job satisfaction has a positive and significance influence toward employees performance, self esteem has a positive influence toward employees performance through the job satisfaction of the employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo, job stress has a negative influence toward employees performance through the job satisfaction of the employees in PT Binor Karya Mandiri Paiton Probolinggo.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.

Organizational commitment is attitude from employees to remain members of an organization and work hard for goals and sustainability of organization. Purpose of this study is to determine effect of job stress on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of work stress on organizational commitment. Study is conducted at The Grand Santhi Hospital with 50 samples, using saturated sampling. Data are analyzed using path analysis. Results showed that job stress has negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job stress has negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction able to mediate job stress on organizational commitment. Company needs to pay attention to workload and work capacity and evaluate the salary given to employees to match the workload so as to increase organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

The objective of this research is to understand comprehensively the effect of delegation and job satisfaction toward productivity of the employee in the STIkes Bina Putera Banjar, West Java.  The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. It was conducted to 105 employees as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.  The data analysis and interpretation reveals that (1) delegation has direct positive influence toward productivity, (2) job satisfaction has direct positive influence toward productivity, (3) delegation has direct positive influence toward job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the role of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this study was 106 employees who have worked for more than one year. It uses a saturation sampling method to collect the data. Hypothesis testing used in this research is path analysis. The expected result from this research is an analysis of the influence of compensation and job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, job stress is proven to have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This study also shows that job satisfaction is able to provide a significant mediating role.

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura Hotel, In-Flight Catering, Tuban. The number of samples taken were 89 employees, using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis using classical assumption test, path path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Efforts to increase employees' sense of organizational commitment, organizations should be able to provide support to their employees because the higher the support given to employees, the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees.
