Measurement/reading of the talents of each personal educator(teacher) and education personnel need to be done. Among the applications that can be used to take such measurements is to use the Talents Mapping application. Measurement with Talents Mapping aims to analyze the suitability of talent with the field of work, and provide recommendations of the results of reading the talent on the leadership/management. Before the measurement is done, it is necessary to explain talents mapping. This is necessary to provide initial insights and knowledge about Talents Mapping, and the measurement methods to be performed. After the measurement results are obtained, discussions can be made on the results of these measurements. The results of measuring/reading the talents of each personal educator and education personnel with the Talents Mapping Application is expected to help determine the suitability of talent with the field of work pursued by educators and education personnel, as well as provide recommendations of the results of reading the talent to the management/school leadership   Keywords: Talents Mapping, Talent, Educators, Educational personnel, Strength Topology   Abstrak   Pengukuran/pembacaan bakat tiap personal tenaga pendidik(guru) dan tenaga kependidikan perlu dilakukan. This article describe about Administrative Educators and Educational Personnel. Administration can be interpreted as an activity or business to help, serve, direct or manage all activities in achieving a goal. Meanwhile, educators are professionals who are involved in the process of learning and teaching, evaluating learning outcomes, conducting coaching and training, and conducting research and community service. And education administration that supports administration, management, development, supervision, and technical services to support the education process in the education unit. The purpose of the education of educators and education personnel who support the education system is to provide eligibility for educators in carrying out their duties both as educators and nursing staff in schools. So, the education of educators and laborers is interrelated so that educational goals can be achieved.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership management on the performance of educators and education personnel. Many things are related in order to support the success of an Islamic educational institution, one of which concerns the style displayed by the figure of the leader or the pattern of behavior that he displays in leading. In general leadership style there are two leadership styles namely task oriented style (task oriented), and member oriented style (employee-oriented). In subsequent developments along with social changes the model and style of leadership underwent a change in the style of transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and visual leadership. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data from this study were obtained from the school principal, board of teachers and other school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive - qualitative. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership management is able to improve the quality of the performance of educators and education personnel in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman.

Latency is a key characteristic inherent to any computer system. Motion-to-Photon (MTP) latency describes the time between the movement of a tracked object and its corresponding movement rendered and depicted by computer-generated images on a graphical output screen. High MTP latency can cause a loss of performance in interactive graphics applications and, even worse, can provoke cybersickness in Virtual Reality (VR) applications. Here, cybersickness can degrade VR experiences or may render the experiences completely unusable. It can confound research findings of an otherwise sound experiment. Latency as a contributing factor to cybersickness needs to be properly understood. Its effects need to be analyzed, its sources need to be identified, good measurement methods need to be developed, and proper counter measures need to be developed in order to reduce potentially harmful impacts of latency on the usability and safety of VR systems. Research shows that latency can exhibit intricate timing patterns with various spiking and periodic behavior. These timing behaviors may vary, yet most are found to provoke cybersickness. Overall, latency can differ drastically between different systems interfering with generalization of measurement results. This review article describes the causes and effects of latency with regard to cybersickness. We report on different existing approaches to measure and report latency. Hence, the article provides readers with the knowledge to understand and report latency for their own applications, evaluations, and experiments. It should also help to measure, identify, and finally control and counteract latency and hence gain confidence into the soundness of empirical data collected by VR exposures. Low latency increases the usability and safety of VR systems.

Blades are an important part of aviation engine, its manufacturing compliance seriously affect the performance of the engine. Blades tend to be free-form surface modeling, which makes it extremely difficult to measurement. Since no probe radius compensation, high efficiency, non-contact optical measurement methods get more and more attention, but the inspection uncertainty of optical measurement is usually between 30um to 50um .To reduces the optical non-contact measurement uncertainty, this paper presents an Optical-triangulation-based method for measurement of blade sections. There is a data optimization process in the method, and this feature makes the proposed method can obtain better measurement results. At last, some experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.

Effective, meaningful and balanced use of information communication technologies (ICT) for teaching and learning is essential for meeting challenges of 21st century; however, practices of blended learning (a combination of face-to-face and online instruction) in Latvia are rather developed by particular teachers than organized as evidence-based policies of ICT integration in teaching and learning at schools. The research is aimed to explore the issues related to setting up blended learning as school policy from leadership perspective, and is designed as the case study by combining: 1) piloting results of the program “Curriculum design for Blended Learning” for leadership teams (5 secondary schools in Latvia); 2) developing the self-evaluation tool for school readiness for blended learning; 3) analysis of the main leadership challenges for setting up blended learning in schools. The study results contribute ongoing processes of introducing blended learning at schools by linking both leadership, management and pedagogical perspectives.

In England, school leadership preparation has shifted from the National College and local authorities to teaching schools, their alliances and multi-academy trusts. Against this changing educational landscape, we investigate opportunities presented to men and women in secondary school leadership teams (SLTs). Drawing on interview data from a British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society funded investigation, we report on leadership preparation and development opportunities, aspiration to headship, headteachers’ support of ‘in house’, regional and national preparation programmes, coaching and mentoring involvement as well as access to formal and informal networks. Our analysis of SLTs as sites of potential for headship demonstrated some variability in women’s and men’s reported experiences. Accredited courses, higher degrees and workplace-based preparation provided access to leadership preparation and development opportunities; access was not transferrable from school to school. We identified a fragmented system and suggest policy and cultural changes to allow SLTs to offer inclusive and sustainable opportunities for succession planning.

Values of surface roughness are usually unstable with conventional measurement methods because of the affection of measurement resolution and signal sampling, in order to make the measurement results reflect the practical engineering surface accurately, a new method of measuring surface roughness based on microscopic images and fractal theory is proposed. The microscopic images are acquired and pretreated, the structure function method is used to calculate the fractal dimension and fractal proportion coefficient, experiment results show that the fractal dimensions of tested samples with same making method are equal basically, while the fractal proportion coefficients are changed with different surface roughness, the two parameters can express the surface state preferably.
