This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership management on the performance of educators and education personnel. Many things are related in order to support the success of an Islamic educational institution, one of which concerns the style displayed by the figure of the leader or the pattern of behavior that he displays in leading. In general leadership style there are two leadership styles namely task oriented style (task oriented), and member oriented style (employee-oriented). In subsequent developments along with social changes the model and style of leadership underwent a change in the style of transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and visual leadership. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data from this study were obtained from the school principal, board of teachers and other school staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive - qualitative. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership management is able to improve the quality of the performance of educators and education personnel in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman.

This study aims to identify the impact of transformational leadership on the quality of work-life in telecommunications companies operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The researcher has employed the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the study data، the most important results reached in this study are: the overall average answers for the workers on transformational leadership comes high, with an arithmetic average (3.79) , while the quality of work-life has come to a medium degree with an arithmetic average (3.17). The study recommended that leaders in telecommunications companies should be encouraged to continue practicing the transformational leadership style because of its characteristics and practices that have an impact on the effectiveness of the company and taking into account the social and humanitarian aspects of workers.

Affective commitment is a commitment that comes from within and it needs quite some time to develop. Organizations need to ensure that their employees have strong affective commitment. Transformational leadership style can help employees to feel valued and develop strong commitment. On the other hand the positive atmosphere inside the organization will also enrich the positive experience of employees which in the end will increase the affective commitment. This study analyses the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s affective commitment. We study one of the state companies in Medan using 72 participants. The explanatory method and path analysis are used to explain relationships and influences between variables. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneous and partial have effects in improving the quality of employee affective commitment. Business organizations need to apply transformational leadership styles and develop human resources program that can enhance job satisfaction. By carefully focus on these two elements, the organization is expected to be able to increase employee affective commitment. Keywords—Transformational Leadership, Job satisfaction, Affective Commitment Abstrak Komitmen afektif adalah komitmen yang muncul dari dalam diri sendiri dan dibangun seiring berjalannya waktu. Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa karyawan mereka memiliki komitmen afektif yang kuat. Unsur kepemimpinan khususnya yang bersifat transformasional diyakini dapat membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan pada akhirnya memiliki komitmen yang kuat. Di samping itu, suasana dalam organisasi yang menyenangkan akan memperkaya pengalaman positif karyawan yang juga berdampak pada peningkatan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap terbentuknya komitmen afektif karyawan di salah satu perusahaan negara di Medan. 72 Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode eksplanatori dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh simultan dan parsial terhadap peningkatan kualitas komitmen afektif karyawan. Organisasi bisnis perlu mengaplikasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta mengembangkan program sumberdaya manusia yang bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan mengoptimalkan kedua unsur ini, organisasi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan komitmen afektif karyawan. Kata kunci—Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Afektif

The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.

Abstract: The term management has many meanings, management is directing / leading something of effort through planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling human resources and materials aimed at achieving predetermined goals. In the science of management there is the concept of problem solving that is placed in the workplace, namely the P-D-C-A approach as a process of solving problems with a continuous and systematic pattern. While management can also be defined as a process of organizing and utilizing the resources of the organization through the cooperation of members to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The practice of organizing education can be analogous to the production process in a company (industry). It's just that the products produced by educational institutions in the form of services. Therefore educational institutions can be said as service companies. From this perspective, the quality and quality of services (services) produced is a measure of the quality of an educational institution. Namely the extent of customer satisfaction with the services produced. What is meant by customers here are internal customers, namely teachers and other education personnel, and external customers, namely students and related parties outside the educational institution. Thus, schools are said to be of good quality if they are able to provide services according to or even exceed the expectations of teachers, employees, students, and other related parties such as parents, funders, the government or the world of work of users of graduates. There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of books, articles and other reading papers. This paper complements the discussion about leadership, because the presence of leaders is needed in an organization, in this case the author focuses on education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leadership can improve and move individuals in the organization. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses a commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. Whereas the quality of educational outcomes is issued by educational institutions in a certain period of time. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for an educational institution to be able to get a quality educational institution Good leadership will encourage a strong educational institution to become better too.

Human Resource Management (HRM) problems are familiar at all educational institutions, such as the Islamic Basic Educational Institution. This study aims to reveal and introduce the concept of HRM in improving the quality of teachers at the SDI (islamic elementary school) Qurrota A'yun Tulungagung, Indonesia, to show the importance of HR in improving the quality of teachers in Islamic Primary Educational Institutions. Furthermore, this research involves ten informants, including a school principal, teachers, committees, parents, and community leaders. Subsequently, data were collected through in-person interviews (via telephone and online by WhatsApp messaging services), participant observation, and documentation. The results show the process of human resource management in improving the quality of teachers through planning, training, and evaluation. Firstly, the planning strategy is conducted through pre-service education or recruitment, while the training strategy is conducted by making on-the-job and off-the-job training programs. Lastly, Every week, semester, and year, the evaluation is completed, and rewards are given. In conclusion, the findings imply that human resource management has an important role in determining the quality of teachers.

Purpose: The study aims to explain the role of transformational leadership style in mediating team performance and its affect on project success.Approach/Methodology/Design: The method of determining the sample used is random sampling. The study population is construction companies in Pakistan. The sample used was a size of230subordinates as respondents. Data collection is done through survey by distributing questionnaires offline that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the SEM-PLS Analysis.Findings: The results showed that transformational leadership variable positively and significantly affects project success.Transformational leadership has a positive relationship with team performance and team performance also has a positive relation with project success. This study also proves the direct and indirect affect of transformational leadership on project success.Practical Implication: Therefore, transformational leadership provides a clear understanding to improve rate of project success and team performance.Originality/Value:Increasing team performance strategy can significantly mediate the affect of transformational leadership on project success in construction sector of Pakistan.

The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

Introduction: Aging is defined as a progressive process with biological, psychological and social changes. Objective: To identify the indicators of adherence, motivations and benefits perceived by elderly people in the gym for the elderly. Methods: 30 elderly (21 women) participated (67 ± 4 years; 76 ± 3 kg; 164 ± 7 cm; 28 ± 2 kg/m2). An individual interview was conducted, guided by questions related to the object of study. The data obtained were treated using the content analysis technique of the Bardin method. Results: For the adherence indicators, a better health condition (90%), quality of life (76%), quality of sleep (73%) and reduction of stress and weight (63%) were identified. For motivation the answers were to make new friends and get out of solitude (100%) as well as living with people of the same age group (95%). And the perceived benefits were pain reduction (27%), increased muscle capacity (25%), autonomy (21%), functional capacity (20%), balance (18%), flexibility (14%) and what all the individuals realized there was a significant improvement in quality of life (100%). Conclusion: The main indicators of adherence were health and quality of life, the motivational factors were to reduce loneliness and to increase social life, and among the most reported benefits were quality of life and health.Keywords: elderly gym, physical exercise, health.
