Corona virus pandemic or Covid-19 that occurs in all countries in the world causes a decrease in various sectors in life. In a long period of time, no vaccine has been found to prevent transmission of the virus. This has inspired the Covid edition of social works program at Universitas Negeri Malang (State University of Malang) to make a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission. One of the work programs that showed a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission was spraying disinfectants in Kunti Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo.Spraying of disinfectants is carried out 5x within a period of 45 days by using an electric sprayer with disinfectants and water solvents. Spraying disinfectants is expected to kill the virus that is developing in the body of bacteria that will die if exposed to disinfectants, so as to reduce the amount of ODP in the village of Kunti

This article aims to describe developing professionalism of teachers through educational supervision. As related to the discussion isteacher professionalism includes understanding of the profession, understanding of professionalism, measurement of teacher professionalism, and the influence of teacher professionalism on learning outcomes. Andeducational supervision includes understanding of educational supervision, the objectives and functions of educational supervision, types of educational supervision, as well as the principles and approaches in educational supervision. The results of the discussion can show (a) develop teacher professionalism possessed ability which is the result of cognitive work to carry out tasks so that students obtain optimal learning outcomes, so that the creation of quality or quality education, and (b) through the supervision of education  coaching activities or activities carried out by a professional to assist teachers and other education personnel in improving teaching materials, methods and evaluations by continuously stimulating, coordinating and mentoring so that teachers become more professional in increasing the achievement of school goals

The Covid-19 virus pandemic hit the whole world in early 2020. This new virus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei Provision, China. Many countries affected by this virus, including Indonesia. The percentage of deaths caused by this virus reaches 9.11%. Vaccines for this virus have not yet been found.This inspired the Covid edition of students social works at Universitas Negeri Malang to make a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission. One of the work programs that shows a breakthrough in preventing Covid-19 transmission is the delivery of sterile booths to the Kunti Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo. It is hoped that the sterile booth will be able to break the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 virus.

The purpose of this study is to know, (1) identify the problem of teachers’ and educational personnel, (2) the application of USG matrix method, and (3) the impact of the problems of the educator components and education in learning at integrated islamic primary school. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research performs analysis using the matrix theory Urgency, Seriousness and Growth (USG). The site of this research is at SD Islam Terpadu Robbani Malang Regency, Indonesia. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation, and library studies. The analysis of the data in the get resulted in the findings that correspond to the problems faced by the school. The results of the study are (1) problems that cause low PTK (Teachers and Educational Personnel) values i.e. teacher qualifications are not appropriate, teachers do not have a certificate of teachers’, and teachers do not teach in accordance with educational background, (2) problems that must be resolved in advance that (a) the teachers do not teach in accordance and (b) learners are lacking in receiving learning.

Nowadays more violent issues experienced by children in physical, verbal, emotional, and sexual abuses. Some factors identified as the sources of the violent issues including family dysfunction, economic factors, and misperceptions about the children. It is due to family economic pressures and disadvantageous social economic condition of the family or parent. The study used a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive technique in analysing the data. Results indicate that that residents especially women and children who live in the slum or densely populated area were subject to violent treatments on physical, psychological / emotional, and verbal abuses. These will lead to the constraints of education access services and school drop out to the children. In conclusion, there is a model of linkage between the risks of children abuses, social and demographic factors of the slum areas.

Purposed of the research is to improve Principal performance using managerial supervision. The research was conducted in three schools in Sampang. This research using school action research with two cycle, result of the research it found in cycle I that 81% of teachers understand about class supervision, but they could not implement it based on the characteristics. In cycle, there is an increase of understanding from (cycle I) on average reaches score 29,90% to 45,47%. Cycle III there is an increase in supervision competence, from the average (cycle II) reaches score of 45.47% to 50.42%.

This study aims to improve the performance of entrepreneurship teachers through theimplementation factory teaching model at Vocational High School, SMKN 1 Blitar. It usedaction research approach through two cycles. Results of the two cycles indicates that there isan increase in test scores achieve by students. The finding confirms that the factory teachingwas able to support and improve learning process and performance of the entrepreneurshipteachers.

Improving the Learning Quality of Math Teachers through the Academic Supervision with Technique of Class Observation. This study aims to find out directly the problems of mathematics teachers and also provides advice, information, and motivation to improve the quality of teaching and learning process, followed by the relevant training based on the problems found and faced by math teachers. This study is a classroom action research using 2 cycles. The results showed that academic supervision with classroom observation techniques can improve the quality of mathematics teacher learning in SMPN 3 Kertosono Nganjuk academic year 2015/2016.

This study aims to improve student achievement and activities in library management courses at the elementary teacher education study program. As practical learning, contextual learning will be implemented involving activities of surveys and practicum. This research used a qualitative approach with action research based on lesson study design in the cycles of plan, do, and see. Results of the first and second cycle showed that student achievement under contextual learning model increased. This was assessed through test scores obtained by the students.

This study aims to describe the improving commitment and teacher's ability in creating an innovative lesson plan through practice work with feedback. The method use classroom action research in two cycles. The results are: (1) improvement of teacher's commitment in designing innovative lesson plan, with 92% of teachers can reach minimum score of 4,00-5,00 in widescale 1-5; and (2) improvement of teachers' ability to designing innovative lesson plan, with 92% of teachers are able to reach minimum score of 4,00-5,00. The strategy of practice work with feedback proves to increase the teachers' work in designing an innovative lesson plan.
