This study tries to prove empirically the effect of leverage, size, liquidity and operating cash flows on the revaluation of fixed assets. It used a sample of all non-financial companies, which revalued assets in the periode of 2012-2015, at companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with upward revaluation category. The analysis was done using Path analysis (PLS) without requiring classical assumption and normality test. The results show that leverage affects Asset revaluation, it proves that high leverage because the company to do revaluation of fixed assets, large companies tend to want to display earnings reports that are not too large to reduce their political costs, with asset revaluation, the value of depreciation is calculated Repeated and reduce the company's profit. Operating cash flows affect the revaluation of fixed assets on the grounds that the company requires funds to pay its obligations as well as in revaluation assets cost a great deal for the appraisal services, audit fees and final tax payments. Yet, liquidity has no effect on the revaluation of fixed assets, Within the last 4 years, the study found that users of the Asset revaluation model reporting in Other Comprehensive Income continue to grow and are expected to become financial statements that have superiority and good quality by reporting fair value. In the next research to add the number of variables on Asset revaluation, as well as expand the sample by involving the company revaluation and non revaluation. In addition, to examine the development of asset revaluation, especially in ASEAN countries related to the adoption of IFRS in the case of fixed asset revaluation.Keyword: Leverage, Size, Liquidity, Cash Flow from operation, and Revaluations Assets.

This paper studies the effects of market liquidity and other factors on investment of non-financial companies listed on Vietnam stock exchange for the 2008–2013 period by adopting different measures of investment and liquidity, and considering the impact of interaction between liquidity and others, including issuing, financial constraints, and growth opportunities, on firm investment. The estimated results of DGMM with fixed effects and interacting variables prove that stock market liquidity negatively relates to the investment. We do not find any compelling evidence of the liquidity–investment nexus among firms with tighter financial constraints and better investment opportunities. However, we do find the relations between firm investment and financial leverage and also firm investment and cash flows.

In this paper we analyzed the link between companies’ performance, in terms of cash and income, and the labor productivity or management rates, in case of the companies from the energy sector listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. We focused on the energy sector because of the impact that its expansion has on the evolution of economies around the world and because of its dynamics in the sense of gradually shifting to the use of energy from renewable sources. We have used panel regression models to analyze the operating cash flow and the profitability rates and the determination of a causal or dependency relationship with labor productivity or management rates. The results of this study show a significant negative correlation between operating cash flows and the average duration of stock rotation, and no correlation between productivity and the operating cash flow. Instead, the average duration of stock turnover does not at all influence the profitability rates, and productivity is always significant for the return on assets, ie forthe return on equitywith a positive coefficient, as expected. The gap between the average duration of payment of suppliers and the average duration of receivables does not significantly influence neither the cash flow nor the rates of return.

This paper examines the relationship between financial constraints and the stock returns explaining the pricing of stock through financially constrained and unconstrained firms in Pakistan. Three proxies; total assets, tangible to total assets and cash holding to total assets ratios) have been used for financial constraints and the study tried to investigate that either the investors are compensated for taking the extra risk or not in Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). We find that the financially constrained firms don’t earn higher returns when their capital structure is heavy with liquid assets and their cash flows are more than the unconstrained firms in PSX. Moreover, the time series results showed that the risk-adjusted returns of the most constrained firms give the mix and somewhat negative and significant and insignificant results for the Pakistani firms listed in PSX sorted based on tangible to total assets and Cash holding to total asset ratios. Keywords: Asset Pricing, Financial constraints, risk-adjusted performance of portfolios

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of net income, operating cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size on cash dividends. This study used a purposive sampling method and was tested with SPSS 22.0 Software. The results show that the data have met the pooling test, classical assumptions and established criteria. The results of the F test show that the earnings management variable is affected simultaneously by free cash flow, financial distress, and investment opportunity set variables. The t test results show that the free cash flow and investment opportunity set have a significant positive effect on earnings management, whereas financial distress does not. ABSTRACTThis study aims to detect Cash Flow, Cash Holding and Financial Constraints effect on investment decisions of companies in Indonesia. Some of the previous studies outside Indonesia show evidence of the impact of cash flows and financial constraints on it’s investment level.Using Multiple Regression and Logistic Regression model, on five years data observation shows that cash flow and cash holding have a positive effect on investment level. Interaction test shows the effect of cash flow on investment in financially constrained different from financially unconstrained companies. In other words, the average rate of investment changes caused by the level of cash flow is the same for both companies. While the effect of cash holding on investment, no different in the company that financially constraint and financially unconstraint company. The contribution of this research is to provide insight to the parties related to the importance of cash flow and cash holding to the investment of a company. Based on the results it can be concluded that companies that have cash flow and high cash holding have greater investment opportunities, especially in companies that have problems in finding sources of funding.
