ABSTRAK        Proses pembelajaran di masa pandemik virus Covid-19 mendorong semua pihak menggunakan media online sebagai alternatif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara tatap muka. Para Guru di SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah terbebani dengan besarnya file penyimpanan data karena harus mengirim data satu-persatu ke siswa didiknya melalui Whatsapp sehingga media penyimpanan Smartphone penuh. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) berinisiatif untuk melakukan pelatihan penggunaan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar bagi guru SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah untuk memperkenalkan media penyimpanan berbasis cloud yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim PkM melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi guru dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan guru dalam memanfaatkan Google Drive sebagai media penyimpanan dan berbagi bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di masa pandemik virus Covid-19. Kata kunci: google drive; media penyimpanan; cloud ; workshop. ABSTRACTThe learning process during the Covid-19 virus pandemic encouraged all parties to use online media as an alternative in carrying out face-to-face learning activities. Teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah are burdened by the size of the data storage files because they have to send data one by one to their students via Whatsapp so that the Smartphone storage media is full. With these problems, the community service team (PkM) took the initiative to conduct training on using Google Drive as a storage medium and sharing teaching materials for teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kalimanah to introduce cloud-based storage media that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The method used in this training is a workshop. The PkM team conducted direct training with 1 resource person as a workshop speaker and 2 assistants to assist teachers in the implementation of the workshop. This training can increase teacher knowledge in utilizing Google Drive as a storage medium and sharing teaching materials that can be used in the learning process during the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Keywords: google drive; storage media; cloud; workshop.

ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu guru dan para staff yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam hal memanfaatkan media penyimpanan berbasis cloud di SDN  Semangat Dalam 1 Kab. Batola Kalimantan Selatan,untuk permasalahan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memfokuskan bagaimana para guru dan staff di sekolahan SDN Semangat Dalam 1 dapat mahir dalam menggunakan media penyimpanan seperti  google drive,dropbox,one drive dan icloud untuk membantu proses pembelajaran serta menjadi media penyimpanan yang efektif dan efisien saat ini. Dengan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini membantu para guru dan staff di sekolahan SDN Semangat Dalam 1 memanfaatkan media penyimpanan berbasis cloud sehingga menjadi alternatif untuk penunjang proses pembelajaran dan proses pekerjaan. Kata kunci: cloud; guru; media penyimpanan; pelatihan. ABSTRACTThis community service aims to help teachers and staff who are still experiencing difficulties in terms of utilizing cloud-based storage media in SDN Semangat Dalam 1 Kab. Batola South Kalimantan, for community service problems this focuses on how teachers and staff in SDN Semangat Dalam 1 schools can be proficient in using storage media such as google drive, dropbox,one drive and icloud to help the learning process as well as become an effective and efficient storage medium today. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. The COVID-19 pandemic that has recently hit various countries including Indonesia has resulted in major changes in various fields, including in the development of the education sector. The teaching and learning process has turned from face-to-face into an online method. However, there are several obstacles experienced by schools that implement an online learning system, one of them was the ability of teachers who do not understand various learning application platforms. In addition, the material provided by the teacher is not maximally acceptable to students because most teachers provide learning material from the pages of textbooks or teacher writings (scans, photos, or presentation files). For this reason, it is necessary to have variations in the provision of teaching materials to students by making interesting and creative learning videos using the Movavi Education Set. With learning videos, students can do lessons at home, repeat it, and can ask the teacher some points from it if they don't understand. By using Movavi Education Set, teachers are also free to be creative in making learning videos that can be shared through commonly used communication applications such as e-mail, WhatsApp, line, google classroom and other applications.

Learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic has undergone a fundamental change from a face-to-face learning process to online-based learning to minimize the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is basically a learning model with internet technology media, so that the learning process can be carried out even though it is in different places. The research method in this research is qualitative research by describing the online learning management process that is carried out at SMP LAB UKSW. The instruments in this research include observation sheets, student opinion questionnaires, and interview guides. The results showed that the online learning process applies management principles which include planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The results of student and teacher opinions show that online learning has a positive perception of 83%. The results of the interview showed that the students felt that they were well facilitated by the online learning process that was conducted at SMP LAB UKSW.

ABSTRAKMI Muhammadiyah Wangon merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mempunyai tenaga pendidik atau guru dengan rentang usia yang variatif, dalam menyajikan bahan ajar para guru mempunyai cara yang variatif juga. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini para guru dalam menyajikan bahan ajar masih merasa kesulitan untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan interaktif. Tim pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) memberikan pelatihan pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan menggunakan PowerPoint. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu berupa workshop. Tim PkM melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan 1 narasumber sebagai pemateri workshop dan 2 pendamping untuk mendampingi peserta dalam pelaksanaan workshop. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam membuat video pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan interaktif. Kata kunci: pelatihan; video; interaktif; powerpoint; workshop. ABSTRACTMI Muhammadiyah Wangon is one of the schools that has mentors or teachers with various age ranges, and has various way of presenting teaching materials as well. During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers in presenting teaching materials still found it difficult to make communicative and interactive learning videos. The community service team (PkM) provides training on making learning videos using PowerPoint. The method used in this training is a workshop. The PkM team conducts direct training with 1 person as a speaker and 2 assistants to assist participants in the implementation of the workshop. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies that make teachers and students have to adapt the face-to-face learning model to online learning. The teacher of SD N 2 Cakranegara admits that there are limitations to the variety of audio-visual learning media used. The teachers also don't know and have never tried to develop game games with learning content, even though Android-based games are very possible to be developed and accessed portable on smartphones, the majority of which are already owned by teachers and students. The provision of workshops and assistance in making Android-based educational games for SD N 2 Cakranegara teachers aims to improve skills in creating and developing learning media in the form of educational games and maximizing the use of smartphones. The targeted output in this service activity is the existence of educational games that are ready to be used for the online learning process through appsgeyser.com and quickappninja.com.

The implementation of this research is by using a qualitative approach, data is collected using observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the first study of al-Qur’an Hadits before the Covid 19 pandemic in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teluk Kuantan took place well and in accordance with the planned learning objectives. Second, the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan when the pandemic took place made the situation and conditions of the learning process in the madrassa changed completely. This is because it is a government policy that prohibits schools from doing face-to-face learning processes, so that learners can only learn from home and teachers provide material online. Third, the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits that had initially run smoothly turned out to change drastically with the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the reconstruction of the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits becomes one of the alternatives so that how the learning materials that must be studied and tested by these learners can still be conveyed properly. Although the implementation of reconstruction of al-Qur’an Hadits learning is not fully running smoothly in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan, but at least teachers have been able to plan and readjust the changes felt due to the pandemic.

This research was conducted because HOTS is a significant factor in achieving the learning process in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, HOTS is a solution that students become active and participatory in the learning process, teachers not only explain learning in front of the class, but students must be more active to describe the problems that were found during learning, therefore, the researcher wanted to investigate how the HOTS process was implemented in teaching English at X grade of  MTI Pasia in the 2019/2020 school year. The purpose of this research to know how the English teacher at X grade of MTI Pasia apply HOTS in Teaching english process, especially in developing productive and receptive skills according to the level of critical thinking.This type of this research was a qualitative descriptive study, the instruments of this study were documentation (document analysis) and observation sheets to collected the data. The subjects in this study was X grade English teachers at MTI Pasia in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results of this study obtained from the document analysis and observation sheets found that, the English teacher at  X  gradeof MTI pasia did not apply HOTS in teaching English and learning process. The English teacher only applied HOTS to the learning design, it was not apply to the process in learning, this happened not because it was caused by online learning due to COVID 19 pandemic, but it was happened because the teacher did not encourage learning to be effective during thepandemic, the teacher should still be able to improved the learning process using technological advances,even though it was still a long of perfection than face-to-face learning.

AbstractDuring the pandemic, the government issued the policy to learning from home, followed by the other policy to open face-to-face learning in the New Normal era. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning from home policy and the readiness of madrasas to conduct face-to-face learning in the New Normal era. This research was conducted using an online survey method in 2021. The results showed that 85% of madrasas carried out the learning process online, of which 86.8% were carried out through the assignment method from the teacher. In the learning process at home, only 28.7% of students were accompanied, reminded, supervised, and assisted by their parents. It means that the role of parents in learning from home is minimal. However, 86.5% provide internet access. Regarding the readiness of madrasas in face-to-face learning, 62.24% were not ready to carry out face-to-face learning. This unreadiness relates to the difficulties in fulfillment of aspects that are required for face-to-face learning.AbstrakPada masa pandemi, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan belajar dari rumah, lalu disusul dengan kebijakan untuk membuka pembelajaran tatap muka di era New normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan belajar dari rumah dan kesiapan madrasah untuk melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka di era New normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dalam jaringan (daring) pada tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 85,0% madrasah melakukan proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk daring, di mana  86,8% dilakukan melalui metode penugasan dari guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran di rumah, hanya 28,7% siswa yang didampingi, diingatkan, diawasi, dan dibantu oleh orang tuanya. Hal ini mengindikasikan peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah terlihat minim. Namun demikian sebesar 86,5% menyediakan akses internet. Terkait dengan kesiapan madrasah dalam pembelajaran tatap muka, dari 2040 madrasah yang disurvei sebesar 62,2% tidak siap melaksanakan pembelajaran tatap muka). Ketidaksiapan tersebut berkaitan dengan pemenuhan aspek yang menjadi syarat pembelajaran tatap muka.

This study aims to determine how the headmaster's leadership strategy is in improving the quality of online learning during the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic at MTs Negeri 2 Langkat Regency. naturalistic which means observing a problem subject that arises naturally. The collected data are in the form of narration, text, written, spoken or in the form of pictures. Qualitative research is conducted to understand the activities, behavior and ways of life of other people, social or other natural symptoms. The strategy of the madrasah principal is the key to success in achieving the stated goals of the madrasah. The head of the madrasah as the highest leader in the education unit actually has visionary thoughts in developing the madrasah he leads, such as having a precise strategy in advancing his madrasah. Without a strategy, the madrasah program will not work. Strategy is the first and most important step when a leader intends to advance the madrasa. During the Covid-19 pandemic the learning process could not be stopped even though educational institutions were temporarily closed, face-to-face learning was not allowed, so online learning was implemented where activities were carried out from home. The strategy of the madrasa principal is to implement several applications such as 1) Zooom Meeting, 2) Google Classroom, 3) Google Meet, 4) WhatsApp Group, and 5) Email in supporting the online learning process at MTs Negeri 2 Langkat Regency. This strategy is a solution for students during the Covid-19 pandemic, students can learn from home online, so that they can interact via the media and can receive subject matter provided by the teacher.
