Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas masing-masing kategori model pembelajaran, motivasi belajar siswa dan interaksinya terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Madiun yang terdiri dari 4 kelas. Penentuan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes dan metode angket. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan anava dua jalan sel tak sama dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Artikulasi lebih baik dari model pembelajaran Talking Stick, (2) jika ditinjau dari masing-masing tingkatan motivasi belajar, siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi prestasi belajarnya jauh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar sedang maupun rendah dan (3) model pembelajaran Artikulasi lebih efektif dari model pembelajaran Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, untuk setiap tingkat motivasi belajar siswa.Abstract:  The aims of this research were to find out the effectivennes of each categories of learning model, motivation to study and their interaction towards student mathematics learning achievement. The population was all students of grade VIII Five Junior High School of Madiun City consisted of four class. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways analysis of variance at the significance level of 0.05. The conclution of this research that (1) the model of Articulation learning gives a better mathematics achievement than model of Talking Stick learning, (2) students with the high motivation to study had better achievement than students with the medium and low motivation to study, and (3) the model of Articulation learning was more effective than the model of Talking Stick learning to enhance students mathematics learning achievement for each level of students motivation to study.

This study aims to (1) analyze Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on mathematics learning achievement, (2) analyze the level of students 'reasoning towards mathematics learning achievement, and (3) determine the interaction of Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and the level of students' reasoning on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. All grade VIII students of State Junior High School 1 Sambi were the population of this study. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, 31 experimental  and 32 control students, with a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the ANOVA technique. Two ways with different cells. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% are (1) there is a good effect using Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on students 'mathematics learning achievement, (2) there is a good effect of reasoning on students' mathematics learning achievement, and (3) there is no interaction between Discovery Learning. Think Pair Share setting and students' reasoning. Therefore, it is concluded that mathematics learning achievement can be influenced by Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and reasoning. Keywords: Discovery learning setting think pair share; mathematics learning outcomes; reasoning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) menganalisis tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment. Seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sambi menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas dengan 31 siswa eksperimen dan 32 siswa kontrol, dan pengambilan teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah (1) ada pengaruh baik menggunakan Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, (2) ada pengaruh baik penalaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan (3) tidak ada interaksi antara Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran siswa. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar matematika dapat dipengaruhi oleh Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran. Kata Kunci: Discovery learning setting think pair share; penalaran; prestasi belajar matematika.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: The aims of this research were to find out the different effect of each categories of learning model, students interpersonal intelligence and their interaction towards students mathematics learning achievement on the subject of plane geometry. The research was quasi experimental with 3×3 factorial design. The population was all students of grade VIII State Junior High School in Madiun City on the second semester of 2013/2014 academic years. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this research consisted of the students of SMP N 3 Madiun, SMPN 7 Madiun, and SMPN 10 Madiun. The sample consisted of 260 students. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways analysis of variance at the significance level of 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model; (2) students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; (3) on the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type, NHT type and direct learning model, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; and (4) on students interpersonal intelligence high, medium and low, the cooperative learning model of <em>Jigsaw</em> type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:  <em>Jigsaw</em>, NHT, interpersonal intelligence</p>

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi; (2) manakah yang memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (3) pada masing-masing model pembelajaran, manakah yang mempunyai prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (4) pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, manakah yang memberikan prestasi yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester 5 di kelas pagi Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi metode dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan nilai MID mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi tahun akademik 2015/2016 sebagai data kemampuan awal dan nilai UAS mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi untuk data prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) Pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama dengan metode diskusi. (2) Mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (3) Pada masing-masing metode pembelajaran, mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (4) Pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode diskusi menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. This research used quasi experimental method with its population included all of students of 5th semester in morning class Program Study of Mathematics Education IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The size of the sample was 68 students. The data collection technique was include the documentation method to get the 2015/2016 MID Test of Economy Mathematics subject for initial capability data before the experiment and Final test of Economy Mathematics subject for mathematics student’s achievement data. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance. Based on these results it can be concluded as follows. (1) Economy mathematics learning using speech method produced the same mathematics achievement as using discussion method. (2) For male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. (3) Viewed from learning method, male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Model pembelajaran yang dibandingkan adalah PBL dan kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimental dan populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di Kabupaten Nganjuk pada tahun akademik 2016/2017. Ukuran sampel adalah 68 siswa, yang terambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah tes prestasi matematika. Uji hipotesis menggunakan varian uji rerata z. Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah sebagai berikut. Prestasi belajar matematika yang diajarkan oleh Problem Based Learning dan Snowball Throwing menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang sama. kata kunci : Problem Based Learning, kooperatif tipe Snowball Throwing dan prestasi belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of learning models on student achievement. The compared learning model is PBL and cooperative type Snowball Throwing. The type of research is quasi experimental research and the population of this research is the students of class VIII in Nganjuk Regency in academic year 2016/2017. The sample size was 68 students, taken with cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection is a mathematics achievement test. Hypothesis test using the mean test variant z. The results of the study are as follows. Mathematics learning achievement taught by Problem Based Learning and Snowball Throwing resulted in the same learning achievement keyword : Problem Based Learning, Snowball Throwing and Achievement.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This research aimed to find out: (1) which one gives better in mathematics learning achievement, learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) with Problem Posing, Think Pair Share (TPS) or conventional, (2) which one have better in mathematics learning achievement, students having climbers, campers or quitters of Adversity Quotient, (3) in each learning model, which one have better mathematics learning achievement, students having climbers, campers or quitters of Adversity Quotient, (4) in each student’s level of Adversity Quotient which one gives better in mathematics learning achievement, learning model of TPS with Problem Posing, TPS or conventional. This research was a quasi-experimental research with 3 x 3 factorial design. The population of the research was all students class XI majors group technology, health and agriculture of SMK in Boyolali. The samples were chosen by using stratified cluster random sampling. The instruments that were used to collect the data were the documentation of mathematics achievement, questionnaire of Adversity Quotient and test of mathematics achievement. The technique of analyzing the data was two-ways ANOVA with unbalanced cells. The result of research showed as follows: (1) learning model of TPS with Problem Posing provided better learning achievement than model of TPS and conventional, learning model of TPS provided better learning achievement than conventional, (2) the students having climbers and campers had same achievement, and the students having climbers and campers had better  achievement than those having quitters, (3) in each learning model, the students having climbers and campers had the same achievement, and the students having climbers and campers had better achievement than those having quitters, (4) in each Adversity Quotient, learning model of TPS with Problem Posing provided better learning achievement than TPS and conventional, learning model of TPS provided better learning achievement than conventional.</p><p><strong>Key words: </strong>Think Pair Share (TPS), Problem Posing, and Adversity Quotient (AQ)</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran  discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain 2x2 faktorial. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri di Kota Rantepao, tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas tujuh SMP Negeri Rantepao dan sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 78 siswa.  Model pembelajaran sebagai variabel bebas, minat belajar sebagai variabel intervening, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa sebagai variabel respon. Model pembelajaran discovery learning digunakan pada kelompok perlakuan, dan model pembelajaran langsung digunakan pada kelompok pembanding. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes hasil belajar matematika dan skala minat belajar dan digunakan ANAVA dua jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model pembelajaran dan minat belajar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, dan (2) model pembelajaran discovery learning lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran langsung. Kata kunci: model discovery learning, model langsung, minat belajar, hasil belajar matematika siswa. ABSTRACT The major objective of this research was to investigate the effects of applying discovery learning on mathematics achievement in terms of student's learning interest. The research methodology was a quasi-experimental and the design of the research was a 2x2 factorial. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri in Rantepao City in academic year 2014/2015. The population of research was made up of all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri Rantepao from where a sample of 78 students was obtained by using cluster random sampling technique. Learning model as the independent variable, student's learning interest as intervening variable, and mathematics achievement of student as response variable. The treatment class group taught by using Discovery learning model. While the comparison group was taught by Direct Instruction. The data were collected using the mathematics learning test instrument and learning interest scale. The data collected were analyzed with two way ANOVA. The findings showed that: (1) learning model and interest in learning have an effect on student learning outcomes, and (2) Discovery learning model is better than Direct Instruction. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik dan seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Mandiri Percut Sei Tuan dengan jumlah 357 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 kelas dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 1 kelas berjumlah 25 siswa yang diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar materi menggambar ragam hias lebih tinggi dari hasil belajar materi kriya batik. Hasil belajar menggambar ragam hias memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,44, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kriya batik sebesar 78,64. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis nilai  yang diperoleh  yaitu 5,7768, dibandingkan dengan nilai  berdasarkan tabel distribusi t pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 terdapat nilai 2,010. Dengan demikian nilai  >  = 5,7768 > 2,010 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan menggambar ragam hias terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik siswa kelas X SMK Swasta Mandiri Percut Sei Tuan T.A. 2019/2020. Besar sumbangan (kontribusi) diperoleh  (koefisien penentu/indeks determinasi) = 17%, artinya bahwa kemampuan menggambar ragam hias (X) memberikan kontribusi atau masukan atau sumbangan terhadap hasil belajar kriya batik (Y) dengan rata-rata sebesar 17%, sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain atau variabel lain.  Kata Kunci: menggambar ragam hias, kriya batik.AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an influence of ability draw a variety of decoration on the learning outcomes of batik crafts and how large the influence of the ability to draw ornament on the learning outcomes of batik crafts. The population in this study were all grade X student of SMK Mandiri Private Percut Sei Tuan with 357 students consisting of 11 classes and numbers a sample of 1 class totaling 25 students were taken randomly with using a cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that learning outcomes of ornamental diversity drawing material is higher than learning outcomes batik craft materials. The result of learning to draw decorative figures have an average value an average of 82,44, while the average value of batik crafts is 78,64. Based on the hypothesis test the value of   obtained is 5,7768, compared with the value of ttable based on the distribution table t at the significance level α = 0.05 there is a value of 2,010. Thus the value of > = 5,7768 > 2,010 shows that there is a significant influence on drawing ability ornamental variety of batik handicraft learning outcomes of class X SMK Mandiri Private Percut Sei Tuan T.A 2019/2020. The amount of contribution is obtained  (determinant coefficient/determinant index) = 17%, meaning that ability draw decorative colors (X) contribute or input or contribution to batik learning outcomes (Y) with an average of 17% the rest is determined by other factors or other variables.  Keywords: drawing ornamental  variety, batik craft.

The purpose of this research is to find out (1) the difference of effect between the NHT, TGT, and Directive learning (DL) models on the mathematics learning achievement. (2) the difference of learning achievement on mathematics between boys and. (3) the interaction of effect between learning model and gender on  mathematics learning achievement. This kind of research is a quantitative one which uses an experimental factorial design. The population of this research are all the 7th grade - 1st semester students of SMP 1 Sidoharjo, Sragen on the Academic Year Of 2015/2016. The sample is determined by taking 3 clsasses at random. The sampling technique uses the Cluster Random Sampling. The experimental group was treated by the NHT and TGT learning models. While the control group was subjected to the directive learning. For the teaching material is used the Algebraic design. The hypothesis testing uses the factorial design 3x2 with Two-Ways Analysis of Variance (Two Ways Anava) technique with different cells. Before, the trial test was conducted. Forth, for the balance testing was used the t-testing. For the reliability testing of the research instrument with internal consistency was used the Kuder Richardson (KR-20) formula, normality test used the lilliefors method, and the homogenity test used the Bartlet method. The result of the data analysis with significance level of 0.05 obtained: (1) FA = 3.641 and Ftable = 3.07, it mean FA &gt; Ftable. The conclusion of HOA test was rejected and H1A was accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between the learning models to the mathematics achievement. (2) FB = 15.197 and Ftable = 3.92, it obtained FB &gt; Ftable. HOB test was rejected and H1B was accepted. It means that there is a significant difference between boys and girls to the mathematics achievement. (3) FAB = 4.353, Ftable = 3.07, obtained FAB &gt; Ftable. HOAB was rejected and H1AB was accepted, it means that there is a significant interaction of effect between gender and learning models to the mathematics achievement at the subject of Algebraic design.
