The information technology in learning during this pandemic situation is very important, because we did online courses, while not all teachers, including French teachers, are ready to do online courses. In learning stage there are preliminary, core and closing stages. In the preliminary stage contains information about Core Competencies (KI) and Basic Competencies (KD) that will be discussed, motivating students, apperception, etc. The core activity stage is the stage of making students understand the material in various ways and various media. The closing stage is to provide an evaluation, exercise, or test. This research focuses on the closing stage, which using Kahoot in the evaluation stage. Because not all French teachers know about Kahoot, this Kahoot implementation training becomes needed. The results are Kahoot documents made by French vocational schoolteachers. Kahoot is made according to their needs. There are 8 Kahoot documents with various KI and KD.

The value of information technology (IT) in today’s organizations is constantly debated. Researchers and practitioners have examined organizations to try to discover causal links between competitive advantage and IT. This paper presents and details a model that depicts a possible connection between competitive advantage and IT. Furthermore, this paper attempts to show how one major component of the overall IT resources, the information systems (IS) infrastructure, might yield sustained competitive advantage for an organization. More precisely, IS infrastructure flexibility is examined as an enabler of “core competencies” that have been closely related to sustained competitive advantage in the research literature. The core competencies enabled by IT that are the focus of this study are mass customization and time-to-market. By showing that IS infrastructure flexibility acts as an enabler of these competencies, the relationship to sustained competitive advantage is demonstrated.

In this paper, we propose a novel teaching paradigm called "MOOCs + flipped classroom" and discuss the adoption of information technology to support this teaching paradigm. The core ideas, the technical framework, the key supporting technologies and the advantages of this paradigm are introduced. The practice shows the validity of this emerging teaching paradigm.

This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources used were words and actions as well as written sources. The techniques of research subject collection were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques chosen were observation, interview, documentation, and triangulations. Data validity testing techniques included triangulation of technical resources. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the research findings, the implementation of the link and match program starts from the preparation/ planning stage, the implementation of the teaching and learning process in schools and the cooperation with the industry, and the evaluation stage. The supporting factor for the link and match is the cooperation between the school and DU/DI. In addition, there are a positive responses from students, parents, DU/DI, and the government. There are wo inhibiting factors of the link and match, namely internal and external factors. The solutions used to overcome the problems that occurred are (a) the school always provides supplies and maximizes the practice unit; (b) the school tries to maximize the existing curriculum with work processes in industry so as not to deviate from the core competencies or basic competencies (KI/KD) determined by the Education Office.

Purpose The present paper aims to explore the applications of new technologies in library scenario. Design/methodology/approach Survey method was used. Findings With the influx of information technology, libraries have engaged major deal of works on computers, which has nothing to do with the mission and objectives of the libraries. In such a situation, cloud computing has a lot on offer. Originality/value The present paper explores the core competencies of cloud-based computing and discusses about the cloud models-based futuristic libraries.

AbstractSantri basically studied religion deeply and did not like science learning because of the dichotomy between general science and religious sciences, even though all the knowledge came from the Quran. There are more than 800 verses of the Kauniyyah of the Quran, but the discussion about them is of little interest. This study aims to design integrated Quran science learning and Pesantren values and how they are implemented. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research to analyze the Core Competencies and Basic Competencies of Integrated Science in VII Class SMP / MTs, verses of the Quran which contain verses of kauniyah and the values of pesantren. The results show that all Core Competencies and Basic Competencies have the potential to integrate science learning with the Quran and pesantren values. This can be used as an initial framework for the Islamization of science in the field of education.

Abstract. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the flight-related core competencies for professional airline pilots and to structuralize them as components in a team performance framework. To achieve this, the core competency scores from a total of 2,560 OPC (Operator Proficiency Check) missions were analyzed. A principal component analysis (PCA) of pilots’ performance scores across the different competencies was conducted. Four principal components were extracted and a path analysis model was constructed on the basis of these factors. The path analysis utilizing the core competencies extracted adopted an input–process–output’ (IPO) model of team performance related directly to the activities on the flight deck. The results of the PCA and the path analysis strongly supported the proposed IPO model.

The clamour for better quality graduates by architects in the Nigerian Construction Industry (NCI) necessitates a look into the core competencies and the adequacy of architecture education in preparing architecture graduates for professional practice. 116 self-report likertscale questionnaires from architecture graduates (2009-2015), academics and employers were analysed to establish core competencies developed by the graduates while in school. Descriptive statistics, t-tests as well as Mann-Whitney tests for differences in ratings were employed for the study. Results reveal the perceived adequacy of architecture education for the future career of graduates from the academic perspective. Graduates were most proficient at design related competencies while AutoCAD was still considered the most important CAD competency for architecture graduates in the NCI. The study recommends more frequent evaluations of competencies for employability in collaboration with industry as well as embracing BIM related software in line with global best practices. Keywords: Academics, Architecture, Employers, Graduates, Professional competencies, NCI
