Every modern production is faced with the problem of improving the quality of finished products. The relevance of this issue follows from the decisions of the government, the subsequent instructions of the president. The task of improving the quality of goods and products was named among the leading ones aimed at increasing the level of management, accelerating scientific and technological progress, more complete use of production potential, all material, labour and financial resources. The theory and practice of the modern production management system are designed to ensure the search for the most perfect elements of the method of complex analysis and assessment and quality management of finished products manufactured in order to increase the economic efficiency of modern production, to better meet the material and spiritual needs of the Ukrainian people. An attempt is made in the work to improve the system for measuring, analyzing and managing the quality of finished products in order to find ways to improve the quality of finished products, reduce labour costs for controlling the quality of finished products. Improving the quality of finished products is considered as a cumulative element of the method of interrelated influencing factors determining the intensification of the production process. Particular attention in the work is paid to the issues of establishing the relationship between the qualitative properties of the product and the influencing factors that form it, as well as an attempt to identify the influence of the quality of the finished product on the economic performance of the industrial enterprise. Such a task is realized by economic and mathematical modelling of the phenomenon under study using statistical information data on the functioning of the production process in past periods. The specific application of some of the described elements of the method has found its embodiment in the development of models and algorithms for solving individual problems of the quality management system in a functionally developed quality management subsystem of a ship machine-building industrial enterprise and etc.

ABSTRACT: For effective management of each company, it is important to have the most accurate overview of your costs, and this also applies to quality management. Within the framework of compliance with the principles of management according to ISO 9001, this is a process principle and the principle of continuous improvement. Organizations can use different models for this. The main goal of the paper was to find out whether in a specific company with an established quality management system, quality expenditures are effectively spent on the basis of the extended PAF model (Prevention Appraisal and Failure). The development of total quality costs in the years 2003-2017 in thous. CZK, in the costs of external and internal defects, wasted investments and opportunities, environmental damage, evaluation expenses and expenses on prevention and improvement. The share of individual quality expenditures was also monitored against sales, the values of which for all groups of expenditures were within the recommended range, so it can be stated that due to production, the performance of the quality management system according to the PAF model is at a good level.

Creating and improving the services quality, presses the financial institutions to make differentiation from the competition and better position in market for itself. The modern approach to quality management system in the financial and banking sector includes faith, activities which make the client satisfied and this is particularly true in the goodness and help the employees with whom customers will come in contact giving accurate and clear information, discipline and long-term approach. The objective of this study was to establish the effect of quality management system on financial performance in the Kosovo banking sector. At the same time, the concept of quality as a rule leads to confusion and misinterpretation, because it is difficult to determine its exact meaning. The quality of the product or service is the first and often the last thought of the people, when they talk about quality. The concept of quality as an indicator of fulfilling the requirements of the standards or level of excellence is part of advertising, when it comes to their product or service. In tackling the problem, we used empirical methods, which will enable us a correct result of our paper. The results of the paper does not result in significance between banking services and performance of the banking sector in Kosovo.

In the era of global competition, international competitiveness depends greatly on the prompt provision of overseas information. In the field of Science and Technology, it is very important to catch the research or technical trends of advanced countries as quickly as possible. KISTI has been providing an overseas S&T trend (tech-trend) information service since 1993. In 2002, about 16,000 tech-trend news items were selected and translated by more than 100 reporters who are domain experts residing both in Korea and abroad. This information is provided to end users via various types of services, such as push mail service, internet search service, directory service by subject, and through weekly magazines. In order to provide a satisfying service, it is important to maintain the quality of the information at a high level. For this purpose, we developed a quality management system that quickly and accurately evaluates the quality of the information. In this paper, we explain the gathering, evaluating, and distributing processes of the tech-trend information service, and also discuss the criteria that should be met for a quality management system. The score of each reporter is used to control the quality of his/her articles. We give incentives to the 3 highest rankers, and penalties to the 3 lowest rankers. In addition, we adopted a ‘3 strikes-your-out’ strategy, in which a reporter who is ranked as one of three lowest, 3 times in a row, is dismissed.

Introduction. The term ?management? is best characterized as ?managing? economic or social processes to achieve objectives through a rational use of material and immaterial resources by applying the principles, functions, and management methods. This study has been aimed at evaluating the value of an integrated quality management system implemented at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Vojvodina to improve the quality of treatment. Material and Methods. In the period from 2008 to 2010 about 40 employees from the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Vojvodina attended various courses given by the lecturers of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, where the function and significance of the ?International Standards Organization? were explained, after which standards of interest were implemented at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Vojvodina. Results. The Department of Cardiology has introduced 11 cardiac procedures with 5 special instructions, 14 general procedures, and 7 specific procedures with 2 instructions. The Department of Cardiac Surgery has introduced 7 procedures to be implemented. The ?Vojvodina score? model was put into practice for the perioperative evaluation of cardiac surgery risk. During 2014, the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases of Vojvodina obtained accreditation for the period of 7 years. Conclusion. The integrated quality management system must be applied in order to achieve a high level of health care in the shortest possible time and with the least possible consumption of material and human resources. The application of this system in practice gives a realistic insight into the working processes and facilitates their functioning. It demands and requires constant monitoring of the system efficiency along with continuous changes and improvements of all elements of the working processes and functional units.

The article is aimed at building a simulation model of effective management of logistic processes of the trade enterprise. Analyzing, systematizing and generalizing the research data of both foreign and domestic scholars, a comparative critical and morphological analysis of the existing definitions of «effectiveness» was carried out and an authors' vision of the essence of the concept of «quality management of logistic processes» of the trade enterprise was presented. The application of methods of simulation modeling and graphic-structural description allowed to develop scientific approaches to modeling the effective management of logistic processes at trade enterprises. As a result of the research, a simulation model is developed to ensure the effective management of logistic processes of the trade enterprise, which, unlike existing ones, is focused on improving the quality of logistic processes, provided that logistic costs are optimized. The structural scheme of the automated quality management system of logistic processes of the trade enterprise is built. It is emphasized that in the process of managing logistic processes, managers of a trade enterprise may face the problem of allocating logistical costs, which requires their accounting and detailing. Prospects for further research in this direction can be such developments as: methodological recommendations for accounting logistical costs at enterprises of trade of various sizes; scientific approaches to the creation of special software in order to digitalize the enterprise management system of trade. The results of the research can also be used to improve and further develop both the current and strategic control over the management of logistic processes in enterprises.
