SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK PADA SMA N 1 PALEMBAYAN BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK BOOTSTRAP

Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. Based on the theoretical basis and the analysis of programming used with PHP programming language with Notepad ++ editor and database using XAMPP, resulting in a lecturer track record program that aims as an information system tool for storing lecturers for web-based functional promotion and this application is used online at Faculty of Engineering, Asahan University. This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

Al-Kahfi Vocational School is a place where writers conduct research. At this time, the school's financial administration management system is still done manually, causing a lot of bookkeeping, repeated writing of data, and delays in making reports. The solution to the problem that is happening at Al-Kahf Vocational School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can help manage the school's financial administration system more efficiently. So from that the purpose of this study is the creation of a Web-Based School Financial Administration Information System at Al-Kahf Vocational School. This system was developed using the PHP programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql as a database. The existence of an information system built is expected to be able to help financial officers in the processing of school financial administration data so as to produce a well-organized school financial administration information system.

The development of web-based information technology is currently increasing. One of them is the website. The website has the advantage that all the information you want can be easily and cheaply obtained. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Rengasdengklok or now known as MAN 4 Karawang currently processing academic data, especially in processing grades is still very simple, namely only with Microsoft Excel. The presence of this academic information system is expected to help teachers and students get academic information more quickly, easily and cheaply. In building this system the writer uses the waterfall methodology. The design and implementation were carried out with the Dreamweaver programming language and PHP and the database used by PhpMyAdmin. With this academic information system, hopefully it can help to support school performance, especially for processing academic data.

This reseach was conducted at the handycrafts Sulaman Indah Mayang Pariaman. Sulaman Indah Mayang is a bussiness that sells various kinds of minang embroidered crafts. The effort craft Sulaman Indah Mayang still use conventional way in processing sales data and do promotion. For that required an information system that will assist in the process of promotion and sales. Information system application of promotion and sale of web based embroidery craft developed using PHP programming language and MySql as database. Application design using object oriented methodology with UML design tool. The end result of this research is the creation of application of Information System Promotion and Web- Based Sales that can help Sulaman Indah Mayang in the process of promotion and sales.

New Student Admission is an activity that will always be carried out every year by schools, both public and private schools in attracting new students. The process of admitting new students needs doing quickly and precisely to support the educational process in each school. There are currently not many schools in East Nusa Tenggara that develop new student admission information system and Academic Information online. With the benefit and ease of existing technology, this new student admission information system and Academic Information set by each school. The New Student admission and Academic Information System at the Christian High School Kesetnana Soe currently still use a manual system where information on new student admissions distributed through brochures, the registration process for new students is still by filling in the form provided by the committee, data entry is not accurate, and it takes too long. Of these problems, the purpose of this research is to build an application to assist the school in the web-based admission process for the process to run effectively and efficiently. This software development uses the waterfall method, and the programming language used is PHP and MYSQL as the database. The result of this research is a system that can help make it easier for students to register and see the results of graduation anywhere and make it easier for teachers to input school academic information data online.

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.
