Cash income in hand is a necessary condition for overall empowerment of women. For this purpose, women need to be involved in marketing. There are several projects implemented for the economic empowerment of women. However, the interrelatedness of involving women in marketing for overall empowerment of women has not been studied for policy purposes. Hence, this study has attempted to address this research gap. The objective of this study was to analyse the importance of involving women in marketing for their overall empowerment. In order to analyse the factors affecting decision making of the producers' group, a regression model was used. The findings of this study have clearly shown a linkage that when more women become the members of the producers group, then there is increased participation of women in the decision making process of the producers groups. When women are able to influence the decisions of the group, then they take-up market oriented production and start participating in the marketing activity. The study has concluded that women's involvement in marketing can be increased by increasing women's participation in producers' groups and promoting market oriented production. Objective - This researchcarries three objectives. First, it aims to analyse the variables that affect readiness in facing the AEC. Second, it aims to analyse aspects that can affect the preparation of the empowerment model based on the economic potentials of the Wonogiri community for export opportunities. Finally, it aims to see how the proposed model can be implemented as an empowerment model. Methodology/Technique - The analytical tools used in this research include a descriptive statistical analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine aspects affecting the preparation of the empowerment model. In the Qualitative analysis of the implementation of the empowerment model, data will be drawn from focus group discussions and in-depth interviews. Findings - Results show that factors affecting the success of empowerment on communities include education age, capital, business types, and entrepreneurial experiences. Priority variables noted in the preparation of the empowerment model include three aspects: internal aspects of business players and community, institutional aspects, and external aspects. Results also indicate that the model is applicable for the empowerment efforts of business players and community in the Wonogiri regency in facing the AEC. Novelty - Community empowerment model for the AEC has not been specifically conducted in Wonogiri. Thus, in drawing up a strategic plan for the years 2016-2020 as contained in RPJMD Wonogiri, the government has only planned for the empowerment programs in general. Type of Paper: Empirical Keywords: Economic Empowerment Model, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Wonogiri Regency, Indonesia.

The southern coast of East Java was a country with mountain’s contour. While the Southern cross area built up a sizable economic potential, its use would depend greatly on society, local governments, and other stakeholders in their ability to take advantage of that opportunity. This research explored the local potencies in a southbond crossing area of the province of East Java which could be developed in order to boost economic value for community, and explored contributing factors (Strength and opportunity) and barricade factors (Weakness and Obstacle) in entrepreneurial development of society. Moreover, this practical research contribution was strategic activity programs which were able to be executed to improve and develop the level of economic society in this area, effectiveness of its growth and factors affecting its development , and development needs. The economic potencies which could be developed in this area were tourism sector, especially ancient tourism. furthermore, if we considered livehood pattern, the dominant sector was agriculture. The potency of industry sector which was able to developed was small and medium micro-businesses such as culinary based on local potency and home-made industry. The Private economic pontential was home-made and cooperative industries. Another economic potential supporting the development of local economic on this research area is village corporations and women cooperative.

In our initial publication on this subject1) we reported results demonstrating that contrast is the most important factor in producing the high image quality required for reliable image analysis. We also listed the factors which enhance contrast in order of the experimentally determined magnitude of their effect. The two most powerful factors affecting image contrast attainable with sheet film are beam intensity and KV. At that time we had only qualitative evidence for the ranking of enhancing factors. Later we carried out the densitometric measurements which led to the results outlined below.Meaningful evaluations of the cause-effect relationships among the considerable number of variables in preparing EM negatives depend on doing things in a systematic way, varying only one parameter at a time. Unless otherwise noted, we adhered to the following procedure evolved during our comprehensive study:Philips EM-300; 30μ objective aperature; magnification 7000- 12000X, exposure time 1 second, anti-contamination device operating.

Processing polymers from the liquid crystalline state offers several advantages compared to processing from conventional fluids. These include: better axial strength and stiffness in fibers, better planar orientation in films, lower viscosity during processing, low solidification shrinkage of injection moldings (thermotropic processing), and low thermal expansion coefficients. However, the compressive strength of the solid is disappointing. Previous efforts to improve this property have focussed on synthesizing stiffer molecules. The effect of microstructural scale has been overlooked, even though its relevance to the mechanical and physical properties of more traditional materials is well established. By analogy with the behavior of metals and ceramics, one would expect a fine microstructure (i..e. a high density of orientational defects) to be desirable. Also, because much microstructural detail in liquid crystalline polymers occurs on a scale close to the wavelength of light, light is scattered on passing through these materials.
