The problem of unification of forms of technical description by grouping of types of clothes by functional purpose is investigated. An empirically substantiated empirical database of technical description for the analysis of the optimal version of the control information about the conformity of the sample-reference. Intertype unification is used in nodes not subordinated to the main size: overlays, pockets, collars, cuffs. The pockets are not subject to the size of the unified structural basis, so they are grouped into a module of types of pockets. The mechanism of detection of discrepancies in control measurements of models of a product between standard unified constructive bases and details of models of pockets is offered. The main feature of the basic unified structures is that when changing the design increase, the lengths of the sections change only at the level of the armhole, waist and bottom (files and backs). The lengths of the remaining segments remain constant. The basic bases of the pants design have a constant value of balance and a constant position of the horizontal design lines (waist, hips, knees, bottom). The choice of design and technological solutions given in the technical description on the model of trousers and overalls is made. A matrix of combinations of technical information for control of constant data in a group document is proposed. The module of sorting of forms of the technical description of foreign firms for fixing of unification of constructive and technological parameters of performance of the basic knots of a product is developed. The use in the forms of technical documentation of gradation of the level of quality on the basis of homogeneity of manufacturing technology is based on imitation of the general constructive elements. The results of the calculation of the repetition rate for waistwear confirm the homogeneity of the modifications and the affiliation of units that are not subject to the main size to the design document of the group.

Ukraine has one of the highest mortality rates from cardiovascular diseases in Europe, accounting for 772.1 cases among men and 440.9 among women per 100 000 population. Antihypertensive drugs are different in dose, active substance and mechanism of action. Monotherapy is ineffective in most cases, therefore it requires a combination of several substances from different pharmacotherapeutic groups. Enalapril and amlodipine are the most often included in treatment regimens for hypertension. Therefore it is advisable to develop combined tablets with enalapril and amlodipine. The aim of the work was to study the effects of excipients on the pharmaco-technological parameters of intermediates and tablets with enalapril and amlodipine. During the work the studied excipients were grouped into 6 factors according to their functional purpose. The experiment was based on the method of mathematical planning. The tablets were preparated by compression after wet granulation. The studies were carried out according to pharmacopoeial methods. Statistical data processing was performed by dispersion analysis. During the experiment it was studied the effects of 30 excipients on the pharmaco-technological properties of granules (loss on drying), tablet mass (fluidity, angle of inclination, bulk density, tapped density) and tablets (uniformity of mass, hardness, friability and disintegration). The effect of 6 qualitative factors on the main reviews (indicators) of granules, powder masses and tablets with enalapril and amlodipine was studied. It is showed by ranked rows of advantages for the influence of excipients on 10 reviews (indicators) of granules, powder masses and tablets with enalapril and amlodipine. As a result of the study, the effects of excipients on the pharmaco-technological parameters of intermediates and tablets with enalapril and amlodipine were studied.

The article addresses the issue of implementation of the forced industrialization in the USSR, a topic presently figuring among most controversial. In this regard, such its aspects as technical re-equipment of the oil industry, an industry that was of strategic importance, are of particular interest. The research is based on key principles of historical knowledge: historicism, systematicity, objectivity in order to determine the essence of scholarly disagreements on the degree of borrowing of scientific and technical achievements. The study is to consider the activities of the Military-Technical Bureau under the Council of People's Commissars (SNK) of the USSR in the 1930s. Declassified, but previously unintroduced into scientific use documents allow us to assess how technical documentation, procured by the Soviet intelligence agencies on the instructions of national leadership, was introduced into oil production. The study has proved that a significant number of documents and materials containing technical description of various samples, devices, technologies, and developments was thus obtained. This activity reached its peak in the early 1930s, when the course for import phase-out was clearly outlined due to scantiness of resources for forced industrialization. Most materials found their use in oil industry, the rest remained unused due to shortage of specialists, repression, accusations of sabotage, insufficient coordination of departments or their desire to continue purchasing imported equipment. It has been proved that by the end of the 1930s, oil industry used a significant degree of materials thus obtained. The conclusion is formulated that purchases of latest foreign technologies and equipment and materials obtained by the Soviet intelligence provided cost cuts. A variety of methods used to strengthen the oil industry, including introduction of Western developments, were among the factors that provided the USSR with its fuel resources on the eve of the Great Patriotic War.

The results of researches of influence of gluten-free chickpea flour on quality of confectionery are presented. A systematic analysis of scientific and technical information of Ukrainian and foreign scientists and formulated a working hypothesis on the possibility of using alternative ingredients in the production of confectionery. The object and subject of research are selected: technology for the production of cupcakes; chickpeas flour, strawberries cranberries. The chemical composition of chickpea and wheat flour is characterized by the quantitative content of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins. It was found that chickpea flour can be an alternative source of protein, it contains in the vast majority necessary for the full development of the human body calcium, phosphorus, magnesium. On the basis of the performed experimental researches the recipe of cakes with use of industrial samples is developed: chickpea flour of TM "Organic-Eco-Product", cranberries dried of TM "Bakalland", chicken eggs of category C1, granulated sugar of TM "Svoi Liniya", sweet butter 72,6 % TM "Belotserkivske" and baking powder TM "Dr.Oetker". Effective technological parameters and rational ratios of prescription ingredients for creating a cake have been established. Drawings of experimental samples of cupcakes are presented and characterized. The method of scoring has shown that the use of chickpea flour in the technology of confectionery production affects the organoleptic characteristics of the quality of finished products and structural and mechanical properties of the crumb. Consumer surveys and questionnaires were conducted in the city of Dnipro in ATB and Varus supermarkets to determine the general opinion about food. Ukrainians were interviewed: "Do you pay attention to new products that appear on the market?", "How often do you buy pastries in the store?". It was found that 50% of consumers pay attention to new products and 47% buy pastries every day. It is substantiated that the use of the proposed formulation will allow to obtain a new product based on chickpea flour, which will provide people with celiac disease with quality treatment and prevention products.

In June 2019, the official website of the Government of the Russian Federation published the Concept of the New Code of Administrative Offences, the enactment of which is planned for 1 January 2021. This Concept indicates that the factors that reduce the effectiveness of the existing Administrative Code of the Russian Federation include, among other things, problems in law enforcement at the stages of initiation and consideration of cases of administrative offenses, contains general guidelines for reforming the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and highlights certain challenging issues that need to be resolved in its forthcoming modernization. At the same time, it does not seem to address all the issues that need to be addressed. Thus, the analysis of administrative-jurisdictional practice of the first instance shows that the protocol on administrative offense is considered by subjects of administrative jurisdiction ( extrajudicial, quasi-judicial, and judicial) as one of the types of evidence in the case of an administrative offence. Moreover, it is not uncommon that such a record is the only evidence on the basis of which an administrative penalty is imposed. And the analysis of administrative and jurisdictional practice of the second and subsequent instances (up to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation) allows us to conclude that this approach is justified and quite legitimate. But is it really true? And to what extent is it lawful and legitimate to consider the protocol on an administrative offense as evidence in the case of an administrative offense? This paper is devoted to searching for answers to these questions through the prism of understanding of the functional purpose and juridical (lawful) nature of this type of administrativejurisdictional acts.

Technical documentation is evolving from static contents presented on paper or via digital publishing to real-time on-demand contents displayed via virtual and augmented reality (AR) devices. However, how best to provide personalized and context-relevant presentation of technical information is still an open field of research. In particular, the systems described in the literature can manage a limited number of modalities to convey technical information, and do not consider the ‘people’ factor. Then, in this work, we present a Context-Aware Technical Information Management (CATIM) system, that dynamically manages (1) what information as well as (2) how information is presented in an augmented reality interface. The system was successfully implemented, and we made a first evaluation in the real industrial scenario of the maintenance of a hydraulic valve. We also measured the time performance of the system, and results revealed that CATIM performs fast enough to support interactive AR.
