Aims: This paper addressed the characteristics of the tourism market to provide consideration to the development of local community-based tourism products in peripheral areas in Badung, Bali, Indonesia. Study Design:  Survey. Place and Duration of Study: Pangsan Tourist Village. The study conducted between June and August 2019. Methodology: Data collected by a visitor survey. The questionnaire employed a structured question to respondents at one time. The questions are related to the characteristics of the respondents. Respondents are tourists visiting peripheral areas and determined by purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 100 tourists. Then the collected data analyzed descriptively to interpret the appropriate market for tourism products of peripheral areas. Results: Tourists in the peripheral areas in Badung dominated by foreign from Europe. More than 80% of tourists come from France, Holland, Germany, England, and Italy. These countries are the main markets. Apart, the source of the tourism market potentially arrives from Australia and China. On the demographic facet, the tourism market is dominated by adults. Jobs related are professionals, managerial, and civil servants who have a solid urban routine every day. In addition, most tourists have high education levels. These characteristics are coherent with tourism products in the peripheral areas. The results also represent that the market has an average night holiday is 20 nights. However, most of the leisure time spent visiting and staying in centers of tourism. These circumstances indicate the dominance of the tourism center and contribute to the lack of community participation in tourism development in the peripheral areas. Conclusion: To promote participation it is important to maintain the suitability between the products and the tourism market. Another consideration is increasing the quality and diversification of attractions; partnerships between tourism actors in peripheral areas with tourism centers; and attracting local and domestic tourists.

In some areas of Tasikmalaya there is an education zone. Conditions in the zone, some students are forced to walk on the road because of the unavailability of sidewalks or dealing with traffic vehicles passing by and very unfriendly to school children. To improve the safety, comfort and safety of pedestrian users, it is necessary to plan the needs of integrated pedestrian facilities in Tasikmalaya Regency. In this study using pedestrian analysis method that is done on sidewalk and pedestrian way and method of alignment analysis. It was found that the volume of vehicles> 1000 vehicles / 12 hours and pedestrian volume> 300orang / 12 hours. Pedestrian facilities such as sidewalks and pedestrian facilities are indispensable in the education zone of Tasikmalaya Regency to minimize conflicts (vehicles and pedestrians). In one of the research sites, namely on Jl. K. H. Zaenal Musthafa requires pelican crossing because of the huge volume of vehicles and the very high volume of pedestrians. Integrated pedestrian concept is done by connecting Jl. Paledang with Jl. Garut-Tasikmalaya, Jl. Bantar Payung- Jl.Garut-Tasikmalaya.

Abstract In a preceding article, we expressed the hypothesis that probably no discontinuity exists between abrasion testing on the road and that on laboratory machines. The latter showed the peculiarity of being characterized by its very high severity. Let us recall briefly that the severity is expressed by the absolute wear of a reference mixture during the test considered. We were able to verify the existence of a relationship independent of the type of testing carried out, but a function of the severity of the tests, between the wear of an experimental mixture and a reference mixture. This relation manifests itself in different types of mixtures in the form of regressing lines. These are shown in Figure 1 where we have used logarithmic coordinates. The correlation coefficients calculated for different regressions are in the neighborhood of 0.93 to 0.95 and consequently very highly significant. The interpretation and use of the curves shown on the graph necessitates, however, a few remarks of importance: Firstly, it must be noted that each of the lines corresponds to a particular standard of comparison. Each of them is independent of the others. for example, for that labelled “Rubber-Resin A”, the comparison rests on the wear of this type of combination rubber-resin as a function of the wear of the mixture (natural rubber containing 28 volumes of HAF black) having served as a reference for the tests, while for the line labelled “Rubber + SAF black”, the reference mixture is a natural rubber containing 28 volumes of MPC black. It will not be necessary then, in any case to compare the curve for “Rubber-SAF Black” to that for “Rubber-Resin A”.

Traffic violations have become a habit of the road user community, so that every time an orderly operation of the traffic on the road is carried out by the authorities, traffic violation cases are still occurring and these violations often cause traffic accidents. The research method used in this research is to use a normative and empirical approach. i.e. conducts library research by researching and collecting library materials that are specifically related to laws and regulations and books relating to law and traffic, as well as field research conducted by observing observations and direct interviews with related objects. The results showed that the forms of traffic violations that occurred were motorists breaking traffic signs, driving not using a complete safety system. Some acts and sanctions for violations which are categorized as traffic violations regulated by Law No. 22 of 2009. Factors handling obstacles to traffic violations in Siantar Traffic Police Station Siantar, namely the human factor (Human Error), the factor of inadequate road infrastructure and facilities causing traffic violations. Efforts to deal with traffic offenses at the Siantar Police Traffic Police Unit are preventive and repressive measures to take action by giving a letter of reprimand or verbally, taking action by giving a ticket.

Islam is such a comprehensive, all-inclusive and basically a socialist religion, which has declared, it as an obligatory to achieve what the society needs and the factors which can be a barrier to social development, are forbidden and affixed as Haram (illegal) by Islam. In this regard after Holy Quran, Sunnah is the key to solve the problems of Muslim Ummah, which opens the door for humanity to look on that how can the obligations and prohibitions occurring in each age and time can be resolved. As for as, the analytical work of Sunnah literature is concerned it is a very high contribution in the field of Hadith and in this article titled “An analytical study of Muslim Jurist’s opinion regarding Sunnah”, it has been reviewed on that how the Sunnah has ever been a valuable and perpetual attraction from the beginning in Islamic law, due to different aspects. The term Sunnah, which is denoted as المسلوکہ الطریقہ) a fixed way) applied by the prophet as a legal term what HEصلى الله عليه وسلمsaid, did, and agreed to. It is however used to donate any of the above correlated meanings irrespective of whether the way of life custom and conduct are merely acceptable, commendable or detestable and unacceptable ones. Exemplifying the polarizing usage the prophetic tradition, reads: “whoever initiates (or revives) a meritorious Sunnah, within the frame work of Islam shall in addition to reward of intimating that particular Sunnah be endowed with the reward those who would follow his example until the day of resurrection without this diminishing in least from their sins.”In spite of the fact that the term Sunnah is technically used to contribute both good and bad conducts, it is commonly used in the context of good and acceptable way. However, in this study it has also been focused on the road map and guidelines for the Muslim community as a whole and for Jurists as a very essential.

Road and weather conditions have a significant impact on the occurrence of road accidents and their development as events. According to these circumstances, the system “Driver – Car – Road – Environment” identifies certain types of expertise that are engaged in determining the presence and magnitude of the parameters of the road environment that affect the development of the road transport situation. When conducting relevant investigations, the experts calculate the speed and length of the stopping distance of the vehicle, using coefficients that determine the impact of road conditions on the road traffic situation under study. One of these important indicators is the coefficient of adhesion of car tires to the road surface. Due to the lack of technical capability to experimentally determine the coefficient of adhesion at the place of an accident, many experts are forced to use values from the reference literature. This study is devoted to checking the agreement of reference values of this indicator with actual values that correspond to the conditions of driving on Russian roads. To solve this problem, full-scale measurements were made of the coefficient of adhesion of tires with a coating on more than 2000 km of roads in different regions of Russia (with different climatic and topographic conditions) and the results of field research were analyzed.
