ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta diklat (Learning) pada penyelenggaraan Diklat Multimedia bagi Guru Madrasah Aliyah Di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survai. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick yang memiliki kelebihan karena sifatnya yang menyeluruh, sederhana, dan dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai situasi pelatihan. Menyeluruh dalam artian model evaluasi ini mampu menjangkau semua sisi dari suatu program pelatihan. Dikatakan sederhana karena model ini memiliki alur logika yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami serta kategorisasi yang jelas dan tidak berbelit-belit. Sementara dari sisi penggunaan, model ini bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi berbagai macam jenis pelatihan dengan berbagai macam situasi. Dalam model Kirkpatrick, evaluasi dilakukan melalui empat level yaitu reaction, learning, behaviour dan impact. Pada penelitian ini hanya dilakukan untuk evaluasi level 2. Hasil belajar peserta diklat (Learning) pada aspek sikap dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 88,54, aspek pengetahuan dalam kategori baik dengan rata-rata 82,07 dan pada aspek ketrampilan dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 85,68.  Hasil belajar (learning) peserta diklat dapat ditingkatkan lagi dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya. Evaluasi pelaksanaan diklat juga perlu dilakukan untuk level 1 (reaksi), level 3 (perilaku kerja) dan level 4(dampak) melalui kegiatan evaluasi pasca diklat.Kata kunci : Evaluasi kickpatrick, learning, diklat  ABSTRACTThe study was conducted in order to determine the satisfaction of training participants (Reaction) to the educational aspect, the aspect of facilities, service aspects and determine learning outcomes of education and training (Learning) on the implementation Multimedia Training for Teachers Madrasah Aliyah In Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang. This research is descriptive quantitative research with survey method. Evaluation model used is using the Kirkpatrick model which has advantages because it is comprehensive, simple, and can be applied in a variety of training situations. Comprehensive evaluation model in the sense that it is able to reach all sides of a training program. Is said to be simple because this model has a logic flow that is simple and easy to understand and categorization clear and straightforward. In terms of usage, this model can be used to evaluate various types of training with a variety of situations. In Kirkpatrick's model, the evaluation was conducted through four levels, namely reaction, learning, behavior and impact. In this research is only done for the evaluation of level 1 and 2. Satisfaction of training participants (Reaction) to the educational aspects of the implementation Multimedia Training in both categories with a value of 87.62, aspects of the facility in the categories of both the value of 87.63, and service aspects in both categories with an average value of 89.38. Learning outcomes of education and training (Learning) on aspects of attitude in the excellent category with an average of 88.54, aspects of knowledge in both categories with an average of 82.07 and in the aspect of skill in the excellent category with an average of 85.68. In order satisfaction (reaction) participants in education and training can fit in either category it is necessary plus the frequency for extracurricular activities, set the menu to be more varied consumption and use the same software between training participants and trainers. Results of learning (learning) training participants can be increased further by using peer tutors. Evaluation of the implementation of the training are also needed for level 3 (work behavior) and 4 (impacts) through post-training evaluation activities.Keywords : kickpatrick evaluation, reaction, learning

Evaluasi yang mengunakan Model evaluasi Kirkpatrick dengan 4 level (Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model) dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program Diklat Teknis Subtantif Materi Perencanaan Pembelajaran di Wilayah Kerja Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada peserta diklat, atasan peserta diklat yakni kepala madrasah, dan teman sejawat peserta diklat yakni guru. Hasil evaluasi ini adalah bahwa penilaian pada level 1 reaksi, hasil reaksi peserta terhadap panitia penyelenggara dan narasumber sangat tinggi. Hanya perlu perhatian persiapan bahan materi pelajaran perlu disiapkan di awal diklat dan perlengkapan ATK (alat tulis kantor) seperti flashdisc perlu di cek kembali. Pada level 2 belajar, kemampuan kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta sangat signifikan penilaiannya. Pada level 3 perilaku, pelaksanaan evaluasi dilakukan setelah peserta kembali ke tempat kerjanya masing-masing. Ada peningkatan perubahan perilaku dari alumni diklat dari sebelum diklat dan setelah diklat. Perubahan perilaku seperti kedisiplinan kehadiran, cara berpakaian, memotivasi teman sejawat, berkomunikasi dengan baik, serta ketepatan dan kecepatan menyelesai tugas-tugas sehari-hari. Pada level 4 dampak, ada peningkatan kinerja alumni diklat. Alumni mampu membimbing dan mendesiminasi ilmu yang telah didapat dari diklat kepada sesama teman sejawatnya, mampu mengembangkan metode dan media pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar, dan pembuatan Rancangan Program Pembelajaran (RPP) menjadi lebih baik.

Evaluation is a process or activity of selecting, collecting, analyzing and presenting information that can be used as a basis for decision making and for the preparation of further programs. Petronila Jean describes that education and training is the method of technical and vocational education and training which is appreciated as an effort to acquire practical skills, attitudes, understanding and being able to process them in Best Practice and generate an idea or idea about a technique, method, process, activity. , intensive so as to provide them with new knowledge and implications. This study aims to analyze and find outResult Evaluation on the implementation of training to strengthen school supervisors based on Best Practice, HOTS and adult learning. This research method uses qualitative methods with a sample of 100 school supervisors. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire and reliability testing was carried out with Cronbach Alpha. The results of the study describe the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the Training Program for strengthening school supervisorsThe results of the learning outcomes of the training participants have increased and the difference is significant, it's just that when viewed from each aspect, namely aspects of knowledge, understanding and application, that the results obtained have increased but the results of the differences and the improvements are not significant.

This study aims to determine the training evaluation at PT. Kujang Fertilizer. PT. Pupuk Kujang is a company engaged in the field of petrochemicals. Evaluation sheet of PT. Fertilizer Kujang is made based on Kirkpatrick's theory which consists of four levels of evaluation, namely reaction, learning, behavior, and results. At level 1, namely reaction, in the evaluation sheet is in accordance with the theory of Kirkpatrick, at level 2 that is learning should be held pretest and posttest but only made scale. At level 3, behavior, according to theory, but on assessment factor number 3, quantity and work productivity should not need to be included because they are included in level 4. At level 4, that is the result, here is still lacking to get a picture of the results of the training that has been carried out because only based on answers from superiors without evidence of any documents.   Keywords: Training Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Theory.    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui evaluasi training di PT. Pupuk Kujang. PT. Pupuk Kujang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang petrokimia. Lembar evaluasi PT. Pupuk Kujang dibuat berdasarkan teori Kirkpatrick yang terdiri dari empat level evaluasi, yaitu reaksi, learning, behavior, dan hasil. Pada level 1 yaitu reaksi, di lembar evaluasi tersebut sudah sesuai dengan teori dari Kirkpatrick, pada level 2 yaitu learning seharusnya diadakan pretest dan posttest namun hanya dibuatkan skala. Pada level 3 yaitu behavior, sudah sesuai teori namun pada faktor penilaian nomor 3 kuantitas dan produktivitas kerja semestinya tidak perlu dimasukkan karena sudah termasuk ke dalam level 4. Pada level 4 yaitu hasil, disini masih sangat kurang untuk mendapatkan gambaran hasil dari pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan karena hanya berdasarkan dari jawaban atasan tanpa bukti dokumen apapun.   Kata kunci: Evaluasi Pelatihan, Teori Kirkpatrick.

Training programmes are evaluated to verify their effectiveness, assess their ability to achieve their goals and identify the areas that require improvement. Therefore, the target of evaluators is to develop an appropriate framework for evaluating training programmes. This study adapted Kirkpatrick’s four-level model of training criteria published in 1959 to evaluate training programmes for head teachers according to their own perceptions and those of their supervisors. The adapted model may help evaluators to conceptualise the assessment of learning outcomes of training programmes with metrics and instruments. The model also helps to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the training process. The adaptation includes concrete metrics and instruments for each of the four levels in the model: reaction criteria, learning criteria, behaviour criteria and results criteria. The adapted model was applied to evaluate 12 training programmes for female head teachers in Saudi Arabia. The study sample comprised 250 trainee head teachers and 12 supervisors. The results indicated that the adapted Kirkpatrick evaluation model was very effective in evaluating educational training for head teachers.

The aim of this article is to approach the roots of the corporate culture in the light of New Institutional Economics. The basis of analysis is the concept of four levels of the institutions by O.E. Williamson. The corporate governance is embedded in tradition (level 1) and in formal institutions (level 2). In European civilization tradition means especially – religion, so the American and European corporations culture is connected with religious Christian values. In the first part of the article the traditional, religion embeddedness of economic culture (level 1) is discussed. In the second part of the article two institutional theories of corporate governance (level 3) are discussed: agency theory and transactions costs theory. The connection between level 3 and level 1 as the roots of corporate governance is the transactions cost theory. In the summary the integration between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility is shown.

EVALUATION OF THE REACTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRENGTHENING SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN BPSDM DKI JAKARTA PROVINCE. The strategic role of the headmaster in education requires the implementation of the school principal strengthening. This study aims to see the results of the reaction evaluation of the participants of the strengthening school principal, held by the BPSDM DKI Jakarta province with the evaluation model of Kirkpatrick Level 1. The method used is a descriptive evaluative with the survey method. The instruments used are questionnaires. Sampling with a random sampling purpose technique and selected 90 participants from the total population of 900 people. The results showed an average of the participants’ overall response to the faculty evaluation element of 3.61, so it could be stated that the Participants had a very good perception of the whole teacher. The average is obtained because the quality of module and quality of organizers have been good, while the quality of facilities and infrastructure is very good. The conclusion of this research is the response of participants in the implementation of the school's strengthening training (MCC) is very good towards the teacher evaluation element. So also the participants ' response to the quality of the modules and organizers is good, and the response is excellent to the facilities and infrastructure.

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the context, input, process, and product of a substantive technical training program for preparing lesson plans for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The results showed that; first, the context dimension states that the implementation of education and training is by the legal basis for working; second, the input dimension includes the availability of reliable resources, adequate facilities, and infrastructure and financing borne by the government, so that its implementation can be carried out properly; third, the dimension of the process which includes the implementation of programs that are by the predetermined plans and designs; fourth, the product dimension where the teacher already understands the specified competencies.

To realize Knowledge Management as one of pillars of Ministry of Finance Corporate University, Financial Education and Training Agency Yogyakarta as an institution that carries out a role of building a learning environment needs to have a series of systems and procedures for managing financial knowledge so that is available and well managed. This study aims to prove efforts effective influencing Human Resource (HR) Innovative Work Behavior in Financial Education and Training Agency Yogyakarta are through an integrated Knowledge Management Cycle namely Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination, Knowledge Acquisition and Application. This integrated cycle can stimulate HR in critical, creative, and innovative thinking to produce useful new knowledge. This research method was a quantitative approach to SEM analysis using Smart PLS software. The results of the study proved that Knowledge Acquisition and Application affect the HR Innovative Work Behavior. However, Knowledge Capture and Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination did not affect HR Innovative Work Behavior, this indicates that there was a need to increase Knowledge Capture and Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination at Financial Education and Training Agency Yogyakarta so that overall employees could contribute to fostering Innovative Work Behavior in accordance under BPPK Decree No. KEP-140/PP/2017 which regulates that Knowledge Management is all employees’ task of Ministry of Finance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa upaya yang dipandang efektif dalam mempengaruhi Perilaku Kerja Inovatif SDM di Balai Diklat Keuangan Yogyakarta adalah melalui siklus terintegrasi dari tiga tahapan Knowledge Management, yaitu Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination, Knowledge Acquisition and Application. Siklus terintegrasi tersebut dapat merangsang SDM untuk berfikir kritis, kreatif, dan inovatif sehingga menghasilkan pengetahuan baru yang berguna. Metode penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif analisis SEM menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Knowledge Acquisition and Application berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif SDM. Namun, Knowledge Capture dan Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination tidak berpengaruh terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif SDM. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlunya peningkatan Knowledge Capture dan Knowledge Sharing and Dissemination di Balai Diklat Keuangan Yogyakarta agar secara keseluruhan pegawai dapat berkontribusi menumbuhkan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif sesuai Keputusan Kepala BPPK No. KEP-140/PP/2017 yang mengatur bahwa tugas Knowledge Management adalah seluruh pegawai Kemenkeu. This article advocates workplace adult education and training researchers and scholar practitioners interested in career and technical education (CTE), adult education and technology, and who are attempting social and cultural critiques of workplace e-learning. The emphasis on the technological and artefactual in workplace e-learning research and study are not producing the expected learning outcomes from workplace adult education and training to the degree anticipated. Given increasingly global and diverse workforces, the research and study of workplace e-learning as a socio-culturally ‘negotiated’ space may be an alternate approach toward a more socially and culturally informed understanding of adult learning from workplace e-learning.

Cooperative is an organization run by the similar professional people for the betterment of their socio-economic uplift with common goals in the democratic way. The success or failure of any cooperative depends upon the members' role. If the members are well educated about cooperatives and have sound knowledge of their business, it is the true path to success. The present study was conducted to explore the status of cooperative member education and training to the members by the concerned cooperative in Ilam, Nepal. The nature of the study was quantitative survey method. There were 226 cooperative members from three types of cooperatives: Savings and Credit, Tea, and Dairy cooperatives. The present study showed that the majority of the members were deprived of their basic rights of getting cooperative members’ education and training from their concerned cooperatives. Thus, the study recommends that cooperatives must requested to provide their members with education and business oriented training.Journal of Advanced Academic Research Vol.1(1) 2014: 43-45
