<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.

The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

In making a profitability decision, of course the company must have sufficient capital to finance operations in the company. This is to see how the influence of working capital and operational costs on profitability. The research method used by researchers is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, also performed a classic assumption test that is the Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity and Autocorrelation Tests and also the Hypothesis Test which consists of the F Test and the t Test.Based on the t test (partially) it can be seen that working capital has a significant effect on profitability. Whereas Operational Costs do not affect the profitability. And based on the F Test the value of Fcalculates that working capital and operational costs affect profitability.

<p>Optimizing the management of potential areas would provide additional revenue for the region. This research aims to assess whether the government in the counties and cities in Central Java province has been optimally manage their potentials so as to provide benefits beupa increased local revenues derived from the wealth management area. Through the relationship between the variables of the original income (PAD) and the Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) in the counties and cities in Central Java is expected to be known whether each area has been optimal in obtaining local revenue. The data used is data sekuder form of data revenues and GRDP in counties and cities in the province of Central Java during the years 2011-2013 were berusmber from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), Report of Realized APBD, and RPJMD Central Java.</p><p>Methods of data analysis in this research is to use a simple linear regression analysis (OLS Model) and design analysis group. The analysis showed the existence of ties between the GRDP and the PAD. The magnitude of the relationship analyzed by simple linear regression, where the results indicate a positive trend. That is, there is a directly proportional relationship anatara GRDP and PAD. The coefficient of determination of 99.9% explained that the GRDP variable can be explained by the variable revenue of 99.9%, while 0.1% is explained by other variables.</p><p>The analysis showed that the GRDP value of the coefficient b&gt; b PAD either at the district, town and overall. These results indicate that there has been no attempt by the government to manage PAD so as to generate the GRDP increase. The government can manage the outcome of PAD to be used in a way that increases the GRDP obtained. As for the test results to determine differences in optimizing the management of local revenue between districts and cities showed that the district can generate GRDP is greater with smaller PAD. It shows that the effort made by the district is more efficient than the effort undertaken by the municipality.</p><p>Spatial analysis shows a comparison of the GRDP against the PAD in each county and city in Central Java province is divided into four clusters. Each cluster has a distinct regional characteristics seen from economic activity. The results of the socio-economic analysis of the economy in Central Java province when seen from the conditions of employment, which absorbs the most amount of power keraja is in the agricultural sector, which amounted to 31%, followed by the trade sector 22% and industry 19%.</p><p>Keyword: Decentralization, PAD, GRDP</p>

The phenomenon that occurs the company is faced with the problem of employees how to make employees, to be able to work by showing good performance. One of the factors that affect employee performance is work discipline, besides that, another factor that can affect employee performance is organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' responses and the effect of discipline, organizational commitment on employee performance at Azo Florist Cianjur either simultaneously or partially. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples is 50 employees and using a saturated sample. The results showed that employees' responses to discipline were not good, organizational commitment was not good and responses to performance were not good, then simultaneously discipline and organizational commitment contributed or influenced employee performance by 65.5% and the remaining 34.5% was contributions from other variables not included in the model proposed in this study. While the influence of the coefficient of determination partially, it is known that the effect of discipline on employee performance is 12.0%. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a more dominant influence on employee performance by 53.5%.

The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.
