This research aims to describe cultural values as local wisdom of the Bonai tribe in establishing the identity of a nation, particularly at Ulak Patian, Riau. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results of research on cultural values as the local wisdom of the Bonai tribe in Ulak Patian are carried out by declining ancestral heritage as traditional social attitudes and behavior. There are many types of local wisdom that are described in this article, which is a cultural identity possessed by the Bonai Tribe. This identity has been transformed as a cultural force that must be maintained until now. The current swift current of globalization makes all ethnic groups in Indonesia need to be kept their cultural identity.

 AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji konsep Piil Pesenggiri yang terkandung dalam wawancan masyarakat Lampung Saibatin. Piil Pesenggiri dapat diartikan sebagai keharusan hidup bermoral tinggi, berjiwa besar, tahu diri dan kewajiban. Piil Pesenggiri merupakan falsafah hidup masyarakat adat Lampung yang dijadikan landasan sikap dan perilaku masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sikap dan perilaku tersebut dapat ditunjukkan melalui sastra lisan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini berusaha untuk menunjukkan teks wawancan yang mencerminkan konsepsi piil pesenggiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan proses wawancara, dan pendokumentasian tuturan. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dianalisis sehingga dapat terungkap hasil penelitian. Secara umum hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya empat konsep piil pesenggiri dalam teks wawancan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya pendokumentasian, penyelamatan, dan pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Lampung.Kata kunci: Piil Pesenggiri, Sastra Lisan, Wawancan, Lampung, Saibatin  AbstractThis study examines the concept of Piil Pesenggiri contained in the wawancan of the Lampung Saibatin community. Piil Pesenggiri can be interpreted as the necessity to live with high morals, to have a big spirit, to know yourself and to have obligations. Piil Pesenggiri is a phil osophy of life for the indigenous people of Lampung which is used as the basis for people's attitudes and behavior in their daily life. These attitudes and behaviors can be shown through oral literature. Based on this, this study seeks to show wawancan texts that reflect the conception of piil pesenggiri. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The data was collected by means of an interview process and documentation of the speech. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed so that it can reveal the results of the research. In general, the results of the study indicate that there are four concepts of piil pesenggiri in wawancan texts. The results of this research can be used as an effort to document, save, and preserve Lampung language and culture.Key words: Piil Pesenggiri, Oral Literature, Wawancan, Lampung, Saibatin

Education serves as a means to develop intelligence, abilities, and skills to shape students'personalities. Education must be linked to reality, close to students , and relevant to society in orderto have human values. The importance of strengthening cha racter education is needed along with theweakening of the nation's character. Therefore, educational institutions in Indonesia can implementeducation based on local wisdom. Education-based on local wisdom is education that is based moreon cultural values. Besides, character education based on local cultural wisdom also has the aim ofchanging the attitudes and behavior of existing human resources in order to increase workproductivity to face various challenges in the future. This study aims to obtain a picture of theinternalization of the value of local wisdom mappatulung as a reinforcement of character, and effortsin its preservation. This type of research is qualitative research, which is a series of studies relatingto observation, data collection, and concluding. With learning based on local wisdom, it is expectedto be closer to the lives of students and the community as well as to recognize the noble values ofthe nation's culture as reinforcing their character.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. This study aims to 1) analyze the values of local wisdom Aceh traditional houses to mitigate earthquakes and tsunamis; 2) analyze community perceptions in maintaining (knowledge, attitudes, and behavior) local wisdom of Aceh traditional houses; and 3) reviewingtheroleofparentsinthelocalculturalinheritanceofAcehtraditionalhouses. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. Data collection is done by interviewing, observing, and documenting. The results show that: 1) Rumoh Aceh has the values of local wisdom to mitigate earthquakes and tsunamis. the values of local wisdom exist in the components of building forms and traditional ceremonies of Rumoh Aceh; 2) the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of local wisdom in Rumoh Aceh teaches the community to adapt, care about cultural heritage, and form a social family system, and 3) the role of parents in the cultural inheritance local wisdom of Rumoh Aceh, carried out through civilization and socialization by involving the role of young people in traditional activities.

The objectives of this study are: 1. to find out how the implementation of Hope Family Program (PKH) in Sumber Sari Sub-District, Sei Tualang Raso District, Tanjungbalai town. 2. Implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) in the Sumber Sari Sub-District, Sei Tualang Raso District, Tanjungbalai town. This research used theory of implementation approach of policy by Daniel Mazmanian and Paul Sabatier. This theory sees the variable in controlling the problem. The variable of ability of policy in structuring the implementation process accurately and variable from outside of policy that influence the implementation process. This research used descriptive methodology with qualitative approach. The data collecting was done by monitoring and interview thoroughly. The results of this research show that the implementation of PKH in Sumber Sari Sub-District has a slight problem and has not been fully implemented properly. The socialization has not been comprehensive, so there is less support from related parties. Data collection of PKH recipient participants has not been maximized, there are some families who should get PKH but have not yet obtained it. Mentoring has not been done well and the use of PKH funds by RTSM is sometimes used outside the provisions. For the long term, it has not been able to change the mindset and behavior of the RTSM significantly.

The development of this technology has a big influence on its users, especially with the emergence of online gaming applications in smartphones. Gameonline is one of the things that are popular among gadget users, this can be seen with the emergence of various types of online games on the smartphone. With the presence of online games and excessive use will cause concern, especially on changes in attitudes and behavior patterns of its users. This research aims to find out and provide an overview of how the behavior patterns of Untad communication science students in doing activities to play Gameonline. Research methods use qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are in observations and depth interviews. The results showed that the behavior patterns of gameonline users showed significant changes, behavior patterns formed provided changes that are different from the previous one. Of course, this change in behavior patterns when they have known and started addicted to playing online games so that the changes that appear to change their daily habits.

Provinsi Lampung adalah salah satu cerminan wilayah multikultural yang ada di Indonesia. Multikultural yang ada di wilayah Lampung tidak bisa dilepaskan dari terbukanya komunitasnya dalam menerima kehadiran etnis lain di wilayahnya, yang tertuang dalam nilai-nilai budaya piil pesenggiri yang mereka miliki. Akan tetapi, piil pesenggiri pula sering diklaim sebagai penyebab konflik yang sering melibatkan orang Lampung. Ini menunjukkan ada paradoks cara pandang dalam memahami piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas orang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualittif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi, yang ditujukan untuk membantah klaim bahwa konflik yang sering terjadi di wilayah Lampung, disebabkan karena menguatnya piil pesenggiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas, justru mampu menciptakan harmoni dengan etnis lain. Melalui kasus komunitas Lampung di Way Kanan, mekanisme politik pengorganisasian identitas (politik identitas) tersebut, komunitas Lampung justru mampu menguatkan identitas piil pesenggiri-nya, sekaligus mampu menciptakan harmoni di tengah masyarakatrnya. Lampung Province is a reflection of multicultural region in Indonesia. Multiculturalism in the region is related to the openness of the community in accepting the presence of other ethnic groups in the region. The principle of openness is contained in the values of the piil pesenggiri as as a part of their culture. But on the other hand, the piil pesenggiri was also often claimed as a cause of conflict involving frequently Lampungnese. This situation ilustrated the existence of paradoxes of perspective in understanding the piil pesenggiri as Lampung people's identity. The research employs a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research purposes is to obtain findings to refute the claims of the piil pesenggiri as trigger of frequent conflict in Lampung. The results of the study demonstrates the facts contradicting the claims. The piil pesenggiri as identity actually was even able to create harmony with other ethnic groups. In the case of the Lampungnese community in Way Kanan, through the political mechanism of organizing identity (politics of identitiy), the Lampungnese community was able to strengthen the identity of the piil pesenggiri while at the same time being able to create harmony in the community.

Amongraga & Tembanglaras novel is one of the very interesting literary works to be studied because this novel contains a lot of religious values illustrated from the attitudes of the characters contained in the story for example, mutual assistance, behaving honestly and politely to anyone. We can apply this attitude in social life. This study aims to find and describe the attitudes or behaviors of people who are motivated by the teachings of their religion shown in attitudes and behavior in social life for example, helping one another, being honest and polite. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that is supported by data collection using document or library techniques. The data source in this research is Novel Amongraga & Tembanglaras Karya Ardian Kresna. Data analysis techniques in this study use the concept of hermeneutics by taking steps namely, reading, marking, coding, analyzing. The results of the study showed that in the novel Amongraga & Tembanglaras depicted many positive attitudes and behaviors shown by good deeds, friendly, and polite to anyone and can be used as an example in daily life.

This research discusses the rejection of Anak Dalam Ethnic transmigrants in Padang Tarok Village, Kamang Baru District, Sijunjung Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the reasons for the local community of Padang Tarok Village to reject the Anak Dalam Ethnic Transmigrant and to analyze it using the Social Exclusion by Rene Lenoir. This research uses a qualitative approach. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using involved observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The result of the study shows that the rejection of Anak Dalam Ethnic transmigrants occurs because of differences in religious and cultural values between the Anak Dalam Ethnic and the local community of Padang Tarok Village. Due to differences in religious and cultural values between the Anak Dalam Ethnic and the local community, the transmigration program for the Anak Dalam Ethnic was not implemented according to the plan
