The paper addresses the main problems of students with hearing disabilities when studying natural sciences at a technical university of a general type in the inclusive conditions. They are associated both with a low level of the school chemistry course knowledge and with their peculiarities of perception of educational materials in chemistry in connection with a defect. To overcome the difficulties, we have set a task to develop special competencies in students with hearing impairments, which contribute to their mastery of the university’s chemistry course at the level meeting the requirements of independently established university educational standards (IEES). The authors have developed and introduced in the educational process at BMSTU technological, organizational, and pedagogical decisions that contribute to forming these competencies in students with hearing impairments. The adaptive course “Cognitive technologies of supporting the discipline “Chemistry” is being implemented in parallel with the basic discipline “Chemistry” and on its material. This course is being taught at BMSTU in an accessible environment of multimedia laboratories providing special educational conditions for such students. The offered cognitive information and communication technologies contribute developing of special competencies (SC) in students with hearing disabilities. SC are compensatory and at the same time personally adaptational, they are included in the matrix of BMSTU competencies which are necessary for mastering by this category of students within inclusive programs. SC contribute to getting by students professional competencies defined by the IEES. The adaptive course showed a positive effect on performance indicators in chemistry of hearing impaired students. This is achieved by creating conditions that equalize the level of training of hearing impaired students in the educational process with the level of training of ordinary students. These technologies can be effectively used in the process of forming special competences in students with hearing disabilities when teaching them general technical and special disciplines at various levels of higher education. They can be applied to students with other disabilities within inclusive education environment as well.

It is observed that the number of students with hearing impairment placed in inclusive practices in our country has increased rapidly. In parallel, the need for support special education services to be provided in these environments also increases. Support education room is one of the support special education services offered in line with the needs of the student. The aim of this research is to examine the literacy activities applied in Turkish lessons within the scope of support education room service. This research was designed as an action research. The participants of the research; Three hearing-impaired students who receive inclusive education in the fourth grade of primary school are researchers, general education classroom teachers and validity committee members as support education room teachers. Research data was collected with videotape recordings of real classroom interactions, validity committee sound recordings and meeting minutes, lesson plans, reflective research diary, student products and archive documents. The data were analyzed by the researcher and the validity committee members during and after the research process. During the research process, text analysis, question-answer creation, story map creation and space filling activities were applied in Turkish lessons. As a result of the research, it was seen that the students were able to explain the texts they read, guess the meaning of the words they did not know, use the question-answer strategy, determine the text structures, summarize the text, and place words in the text in syntax and meaning. Research results of the hearing impaired students in Turkey is expected to provide support to the training room to offer programs to create benefits for their perspectives on lessons and Turk. Keywords: Hearing impaired student, inclusion, support education room, literacy activities.

The results of the study of distance learning of disciplines on the example of inclusive education of students of the International Open University of Human Development "Ukraine" in a pandemic are presented. Theoretical and practical developments in the use of mass media are analyzed, approaches and understanding, communication through information and communication technologies, which significantly changed the educational process, thanks to new tools and channels of influence on the student audience, are comprehended. The versatility of communication is traced through the analysis and comparison of different approaches to understanding mass communication as a form of indirect communication through technical means to disseminate information to a mass student audience, the variability of communication tools. At the present stage of its development, mass communication promotes change (sometimes irreversible), dominated by tendencies of depersonalization and unification, which simultaneously affect the increase of student audience and reduce the dialogic quality of communication. Emphasis is placed on the ambiguity of this phenomenon, its shortcomings (dangerous viruses, lack of motivation, confidence, teamwork skills, difficult student identification, etc.) and advantages over traditional teaching of disciplines. Communication serves to unite the audience around a common goal, has an open, public nature, aimed at large student audiences, increasing information platforms, modularity, a large amount of educational information, no geographical boundaries, individual approach, webinars, videos, audio scripts, forums, on-line testing, interactive textbooks, boards, etc. The main factors of e-education implementation in the conditions of inclusion are given, examples of educational Internet environment, key tendencies of distance learning that transform learning with the help of technological innovations are highlighted, the need to reveal the experience of higher education institutions on special methods of teaching students is emphasized. special needs.

Hearing impaired students generally study with other students who have the same special need in special schools called Sekolah Luar Biasa B (SLB B). However, inclusive education which enables students with special need to study in the same classes with normal students has been developing rapidly in recent years in Indonesia. This study aimed at investigating the social adjustment of hearing impaired students who study with normal students in a general school. A qualitative approach with case study method was employed. Participants of the study were three hearing impaired students and three significant others of each student who were their parents, teachers dan close friends. Data were analysed using a thematic analysis. This study found that participants socially adjusted in effective ways during their studies with normal students in the general school.
