  The XXI century is characterized by the understanding that only individual self-realization is the primary goal of any social development. These changes in public consciousness have caused the emergence of a new paradigm of education based on approaches and concepts developed by modern practice. This includes the idea of "inclusive education." Inclusive education in Kazakhstan is in the formation process, therefore, establishing a system of inclusive education requires a solution at the state level. Coupled with the global pandemic which has affected every person especially the most vulnerable kids, the State Program for the Development of Education and Science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025 raises an urgent problem of developing inclusive education. This study conducted a survey using an online poll with participants who are parents of kids with special needs. We asked what kind of challenges they met during Covid 19 pandemic time. Respondents ranked the following topics as the most complicated: lack of funding and resources reduced effectiveness of the educational staff training system, unregulated management and legislative framework, weak coordination of external services, and insufficient participation of the public and private sectors. The results of the research demonstrated that very few schoolchildren with special educational needs receive quality inclusive education.   Keywords: Covid 19; inclusive education; special needs, parents.

Constant investigations of the ways in which interpersonal relationships are structured has become necessary due to the complexity of interpersonal relationships that we notice in social groups icluding students. The aim of this research is to underline the specific manner that students with intellectual disabilities establish interpersonal relationships .This paper is based on a complex research on 112 preadolescents with intellectual disabilities and 98 teenagers with intellectual disabilities. We used “Choosing Alter’s Test” (focused on revealing the criteria for choosing a friend); “Relations with others” (focused on revealing the criteria underlying the assessment of interpersonal relationships established with an authority), through non-directive interviews.This study advances the idea that the interpersonal relationships that students with intellectual disabilities establish within the school group,  are develop based on the importance/significance attributed to each person with whom they interact, to the roles that each person plays in the students' lives and serve to satisfy their security’ needs and to meet their contextual needs.   Keywords: interpersonal relationships, socialization, relational spaces, social perception process, teenagers and preadolescents with intellectual disabilities;

Teaching students with LD requires an arduous effort from special education (SE) teachers. Mathematics may seem to be a difficult subject,however, students with learning disabilities (LD) face more challenges in learning the subject. Even though teachers’ knowledge has been widely studied, there is few research focusing on SE teachers who teach mathematics specifically. This systematic literature review attempts to critically present what kind of knowledge that SE teachers need to teach mathematics effectively. Nineteen papers were selected from Scopus as the leading database and few supporting databases such as Sage and Science Direct. This study identified subject matter knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge as the core expertise for SE teachers with knowledge about students with LD characteristics as the supporting knowledge. This study’s contribution is the identification of these teachers’ knowledge generally and mathematically to create a specific teaching model for learning disabilities students.   Keywords: learning disabilities; mathematics ; special education teachers; teachers’ knowledge

Developing better understanding on these concepts pass through self-exploration of mankind and researchers use fundamental and complex scientific process skills in this process. In this regard, the study aims at developing a measurement tool by which indicators of gifted and talented students can be observed in a valid and reliable way. The research hypothesized four factored giftedness structures and then following technical operations and statistical computations were performed. Item poll was created after an extended literature review and analysis of existing evaluation scales. Items were revised, modified, improved and probable problematic ones were discarded throughout pilot study, and final template of the scale was obtained.  Data was collected from 258 preschool/kindergarten children in Antalya province.
