The author creates evidence-based knowledge about the essence of individual regulation of legal relations, revealing the features of this type of regulation in the scientific and technological sphere in the context of the digitalization of civil society. The increasing role of individual regulation is substantiated in connection with the openness of society, the existing processes of its self-organization, as well as the need for self-realization of individuals. It has been established that the development of individual regulation in the scientific and technological sphere is facilitated by the lack of proper legal regulation of new social relations. The article analyzes the existing approaches to individual regulation in legal science, identifies the differences between legal and individual regulation of legal relations. The theoretical debatable nature of the concept of «individual legal regulation» has been proved. Results of a research can be used in law-making activity, including in the process of interaction between civil society and the state, aimed at improving the legal regulation of the scientific and technological sphere, in the subsequent scientific research.

AbstractModern nation states appear to be under siege: economic transactions and environmental pressures come along in global dimensions and along with transnational mass communication and religious communities call into question the paradigm of secular nationalism. While political scientists have supplied useful heuristics to examine the transformation of modern states under these conditions, they have widely disparaged the religious factor as a premodern atavism. Scholars of religious studies, on the other hand, have celebrated the 'new' publicity of religion, but established an overtly antagonistic concept of religion and the state. In this article I try to connect the two debates by arguing that the role of public religion for state transformation can be understood in institutionalist terms of public-private partnerships rather than as a zero-sum game.

In today's conditions, the heavy resistance of Ukrainians to Russian aggression, which is carried out, with the exception of the military, by way of information and economic methods, and now also through a non-gossip "hybrid" confrontation, it is very important to properly evaluate and play an appropriate role in this religious and religious factor. "Russian World" is no less effective weapon of the Moscow Church in the war with Ukraine than the military aid of the Russian state to the separatists .. Religious communities have their potential in educating citizens - patriots of their homeland, or else. Different aspects of the problem of the role of religious-church factors in patriotic education of Ukrainians have long been in the zone of justified attention of domestic secular scholars and representatives of the Churches, among them: A. Kolodny, L. Filippovich, V. Shevchenko, P. Pavlenko, O. Sagan, C. Zdioruk, M. Cherenkov, O. Tuyeshin and others. Particular attention of the RCC and Protestant Churches in this regard was given by P. L. Yarotsky

The article analyzes the concept of a municipal person in the contextualization of the formation of its phenomenology within civilsociety and the state. It is proved that the processes of existence, formation, development and improvement of an autonomous civil societyare accompanied by the close interaction of homo municipalis and homo politicus – and the role of homo municipalis in this processis primary and decisive. Based on the above guidelines, the definition of homo municipalis is proposed. The phenomenon of “municipalperson” should be understood as an individual who has different legal status (citizenship, foreignness, statelessness, refugees, etc.), butdespite it consciously and proactively carries out its life cycle in everyday life within the territorial community of people, united by commongeographical, historical and modern existential interests, values and needs that can be realized only in local government, throughjoint synergetic human activities within the territorial community and civil society, through the activities of local governments and otherentities and local governments that are part of its system, carried out on the principles of self-organization, initiative, self-governmentand self-government, in order to create appropriate conditions for support and ensure the existence and functioning of a human cell thathas a teleological dominant to continue to exist and further development of human civilization in a state-organized society.
