Composition and structural evolution of the Maksutovo metamorphic complex in the its northern part has been examined. The early folds 77) plunging in the SE direction have been established to be developed only in the rocks of the Maksutovo metamorphic complex. The problem of the definition of the geodynamic nature of the 7Л deformation stage, marked by the folds 77), has not been solved yet. Tectonic inclusions of the metamorphic rocks adjacent to the western border of the Main Uralian Thrust without traces of 7Л deformation stage must not be considered as parts of the Maksutovo metamorphic complex. 7Л1 deformation stage expressed in formation of thrusts and 77. west vergent folds is connected with late Paleozoic continental collision. The third stage of deformation 7JIII is marked by development of 77) folds with steep hinges associated with post collision strike slip movements

The Katav-Ivanovsk transpression zone experienced at least two stages of tectonic deformations, and the sequence of deformations was approximately the same throughout the entire zone — from the Bakal-Satka fault in the south to the Suleimsky fault in the north. Three stages of the formation of parageneses were identified. The parageneses of the first and the second stages were formed in a pure shear environment, and the paragenesis of the third stage — in a simple shear environment. There are stylolites (S1) parallel to bedding, and mineral veins (V1) in the paragenesis of the first stage. Paragenesis of the second stage combines stylolites (S2), mineral veins (V2) and intergranular cleavage (S2). In paragenesis of the third stage were distinguished schistosity (S3), milonites (S3), cataclasites, mica packets (SC-textures), and the rotation structures of porphyroblasts.

In a recent paper (Doom and De Grève, 1981) the remaining main sequence lifetime of the mass gaining component in massive close binary systems was computed. Using results of that paper and the definition of the four important events in the evolution of a massive close binary system (RLOF(M1), RLOF(M2), SN(M1), SN(M2)), four evolutionary stages in the life of the system can be defined: OB+OB, WR+OB, c+OB (or WR+WR) and c+WR. The two possibilities for the third stage depend on the initial mass ratio of the system. The final stage c+c, is not considered here.

This article is dedicated to the evolution of studies on socially dangerous consequences in the national doctrine of criminal law. Scientific views amongst forensic scholars on how to understand the nature of socially dangerous acts of crime on certain stages of the development of criminal law are subject of the present research. It is universally acknowledge that there were no scientific doctrines on the concept of socially dangerous consequences of crime until the XIX century. The dogmatic concepts about criminal consequences emerged only with the introduction of the definition of crime and distinguishment of its features, in particular the material one called “social danger”. Based on the inquiry into the establishment and development of studies on socially dangerous consequences of crime in the national doctrine of criminal law, four main stages in the development of scientific thought are distinguished: the first – so-termed “pre-revolutionary stage” of studies onconsequences of crime – was introduced with the publication of the first textbook on criminal law by O.I. Horegliad; the second stage of the development originates from the end of the October Revolution of 1917, from the period when the material concept of crime took place in legislation and had a determinative influence on the development of scholarly judgements about understanding of the consequences of crime; the third stage in the development of national idea as to the nature of socially dangerous consequences was marked by the forensic scholar A.N. Trainin, whose prominent works revived the development of studies on socially dangerous consequences of crime; the fourth stage is the modern Ukrainian criminal doctrine on how to perceive socially dangerous consequences of crime. This stage is characterized by lack of consistent approach and innovative work. The results of the research provide for better understanding of the nature of socially dangerous consequences, estimate their significance and foresee further development of the scientific thought on this issue.

The article is dedicated to the determination of the peculiarity of stages of legal support of academic virtue in Ukraine. It has been proven that the first stage for development of legal support to academic virtue has started in 2004, when the all-European processes of increasing the role of universities within a society have been initiated as well as the transformation ofrequirements to the participants of educational activity. This stage has been characterized by the acceptance of a Bucharestdeclaration on ethical values and principles of higher education in the European region (2-5 September 2004) and its result has been the establishment of an overall European discourse of academic virtue which included pedagogical, ethical and legalaspects of the phenomenon under research. It has been pointed out, that the third stage of legal support to academic virtue is related with stipulating in 2011 within aNational framework, the qualifications of adherence to proper academic virtue as the one that is considered to be necessary toinitiate, plan, implement and correct the subsequent process of a thorough scientific research of the level of basic skills andabilities. From this moment on there’s an active development of the terminological core dedicated to the issue of academicvirtue, there’s a preparation of suggestions to be implemented to the legislation on education, particularly, by determining thelegal definition of academic virtue, the forms and types of academic responsibility, and also the active reaffirming of ethicalrequirements on the academic virtues of teachers, scientists and individuals obtaining education in the codes of academicvirtues, approved in the course of gatherings of working teams or the scientific councils of universities.

AbstractThe results of this inquiry can now be summarized. The words and have not arrived at the fourth and fifth stages of semantic change, and do not imply martyrdom as part of their dictionary meaning. About it is more difficult to speak categorically; death seems to be implied as part of the witness in i 5, iii 14 and xvii 6, and this would indicate the third stage in the semantic development of the word. In xi 3 definitely retains its forensic meaning, and the same is probably true of ii 13, though martyrological elements are present in both contexts. In brief, is definitely moving towards the fourth and fifth stages of semantic development, but it is still questionable whether the martyrological understanding has become part of the dictionary definition of the word.

Information and knowledge constantly accompany human life. They are the most important factors of development, in particular socio-economic. A lot of research is being done on the definition of these concepts, however even today a number of unresolved issues on them remained. Analyzing human activity, and not only it, we can conclude that in nature everything happens according to one technology, namely: first, the goal is formed, then the virtual achievement of the goal is substantiated (knowledge of how to solve the problem is created) and only at the third stage its materialization begins. The question arises, what is knowledge and why exactly knowledge materializes. By revealing the essence of knowledge, as well as analyzing the presence of a systemic relationship between information and knowledge, which we consider as a dialectical system, we can explore and formulate the basic difference between knowledge and information and make clarifications of what we mean by the term “ information” in the systemic interconnection between information and knowledge. Research will contribute to a change in human consciousness towards understanding and perception of a new process of introducing the energy paradigm of development, which requires the development of new rules for the functioning of society in all spheres of its existence: upbringing, education, management, rethinking the meaning of a human, etc.

The article establishes and realizes an idea of definition of the initial provenance signal for the Southern Urals Taratash block using isotope dating of the zircons in the Archean and Early Proterozoic magmatic and metamorphic rocks. The work takes into account 132 data for which the discordance did not exceed 10%. We obtained a probability density diagram for zircon ages, which we used firstly for comparison with detrital zircons ages from the sandstones of lower riphean Ay suite, and secondly, with density of the zircon ages in the metamorphic rocks of the Aleksandrovsky block located to the east. The similarity of distributions was verified by means of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.

The article represents a methodological algorithm for interpreting intertextuality in the English Orthodox sermon, which contains the following five successive stages. The first stage identifies the scientific and methodological backgrounds of the study of intertextuality, including in interdisciplinary coverage, as well as it traces the evolution of scientific views on notions of “intertextuality”; the diversity of approaches to the typology of intertextual relations have been revealed and the problem of intertextuality functions in modern texts has been outlined. The intertextual fragments have been singled out at the second stage. The types and subtypes of intertextual connections, their systematization and classification, different level means of actualization and marking of intertext in the English sermon, as well as the definition of features of semantic transformation and functional purpose of different types of intertext in the recipient text have been revealed at the third stage. The sources of intertextuality identified and systematized in the previous stages of the study have been divided into nuclear, near-peripheral and far-peripheral at the fourth stage. The functions of intertextuality in the English Orthodox sermon have been determined in view of the compositional-structural, semantic, pragmatic, linguistic and cultural and other aspects at the fifth stage.

The article raises the problem of classification of the concepts of computer science and informatics studied at secondary school. The efficiency of creation of techniques of training of pupils in these concepts depends on its solution. The author proposes to consider classifications of the concepts of school informatics from four positions: on the cross-subject basis, the content lines of the educational subject "Informatics", the logical and structural interrelations and interactions of the studied concepts, the etymology of foreign-language and translated words in the definition of the concepts of informatics. As a result of the first classification general and special concepts are allocated; the second classification — inter-content and intra-content concepts; the third classification — stable (steady), expanding, key and auxiliary concepts; the fourth classification — concepts-nouns, conceptsverbs, concepts-adjectives and concepts — combinations of parts of speech.
