The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by workplace incivility. Workplace incivility is uses as an intervening variable. This study uses a path analysis approach to determine the relationship between variables, namely, job satisfaction, workplace incivility and also turnover intention. The population in this study were coffee shop employees. The method of data collection is done by a survey through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The number of samples of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The validity test shows all valid variables and Cornbach's Alpha reliability tests are all reliable. The results of the research questions have been proven correct. Job satisfaction is a positive effect on turnover intention which is mediated by workplace incivility. Kata kunci: Job Satisfaction, Workplace Incivility, Turnover Intention

Objective – This study investigates the mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. A study about turnover intention in the textile company is still rarely done in Indonesia. This study can fill the gap regarding the topic. Methodology/Technique – A nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique was used, and we get 110 usable responses from a textile company in West Java, Indonesia. Macro Process with SPSS was used to measure the regression and the mediation. Findings – The study found that work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Work stress significantly related to turnover intention in a positive direction. Job satisfaction did not have a significant relation with turnover intention. Thus, in this study, we found no mediation role in job satisfaction. Novelty – Evidently, work stress solely took part in shaping the turnover intention. Type of Paper: Empirical. Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.

A person’s loyalty is a form of loyalty to an object, both people and tasks. But in fact in the current era, loyalty is a difficult thing to find. Human resources who born in 1983-1997 or called Y generation have lower loyalty than X generation (1963-1982). So that studying loyalty of tourism buses’ drivers and their assistants is an interesting thing in order to know what cause the loyalty of drivers and their assistants. The purpose of this study are (1) to find out the description of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and driver and kernet loyalty, (2) to find out whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment, (3) to find out whether there is a positive influence significant organizational commitment to driver and kernet loyalty, (4) to determine whether there is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction on driver and kernet loyalty, (5) and to find out whether there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction on driver loyalty and kernet through organizational commitment. This research is quantitative and using path analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in the form of judment sampling. Population in this research is 125 driver and kernet in Malang with sample 105 driver and kernet. Data collection methods use a closed questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the driver's and kernet's organizational commitment; (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on driver and kernet loyalty; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on driver and kernet loyalty; (4) Job satisfaction affects the loyalty of driver and kernet through organizational commitment.

Purpose This study examines the relationships among workplace incivility, job satisfaction and turnover intention for tourist hotel chefs. Furthermore, emotional intelligence is taken as the moderating variable on the relationships between workplace incivility and job satisfaction and workplace incivility and turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach Tourist hotel chefs were invited to participate in this study using purposive sampling, and a structured questionnaire was administered to carry out the investigation on tourist hotel chefs. Findings The results show that workplace incivility has negative effects on job satisfaction and casts positive effects on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between workplace incivility and job satisfaction. Originality/value This study firstly demonstrated the relationships among workplace incivility, job satisfaction and turnover intention for tourist hotel chefs. Furthermore, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between workplace incivility and job satisfaction was also validated.

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction employee to turnover intention PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Region VI divisi customer service. This research uses qualitative approach with partial least squares (PLS) based on empirical theory between variables in this research, then data collected by questionnaire instrument. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling that is all employees of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Region VI divisi customer service who have working period over one year as many as 132 employees all of population. The results of this study indicate that Job satisfavction have a positive effect on turnover intention.Kata Kunci : turnover, intention, jobs, satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact time demands of work, on job satisfaction,job stress, and employee turnover intention PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.Cabang Harapan Indah, BekasiThis study is using path analysis with SmartPLS 2.0.M3. The population that used in thestudy is all the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang HarapanIndah, Bekasi, which are 108 respondents. The amount of the sample is determined by thecensus method of the entire employee. However the sample that has been applied into 85respondents significantly decreased into 85people.The results have shown that the time demands of work do not significantly influenceturnover intention. Furthermore the time demands of work have no significant effect on jobsatisfaction. Employee satisfaction negatively affect on turnover intention. Job satisfactionis not successfully mediating the relationship between the time demands of work andturnover intention. Time demands of work have positive influence on job stress. Job stresshas positive effect on turnover intention. Job stress has been successfully mediating therelationship between the time demands of work and turnover intention. Job stressnegatively affect with job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has been successfullymediating the relationship between job stress and turnover intention.

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.
