This study aims to analyze (1) The Effect of Intangible Assets on Firm Value. (2) The Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Firm Value. (3) The Effect of Return on Assets on Firm Value (4) and the effect of Intangible Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets Simultaneously Against the Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2018. This study uses a sample of 15 companies selected based on criteria, including companies that use the rules of the sharia system and experience profits in a predetermined period. Date analysis used was purposive sampling technique using multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study are positive and significant influences on the intangible asset variable on firm value, the variable debt to equity ratio has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, return on assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and the last is intangible assets, debt to equity ratio and return on assset influence jointly or simultaneously on the company’s value.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Pengaruh Aset Tidak Berwujud terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (2) Pengaruh Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. (3) Pengaruh Pengembalian Aset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (4) dan pengaruh Aset Tidak Berwujud, Rasio Hutang Terhadap Ekuitas, dan Pengembalian Aset Secara Bersamaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan di Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 15 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria, termasuk perusahaan yang menggunakan aturan sistem syariah dan mengalami keuntungan dalam periode yang telah ditentukan. Analisis tanggal yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

Price to Book Value (PBV) is the ratio of the market value of equity to the book value of equity. PBV is the level of ability to create a company's value relative to the amount of capital invested. This study will analyze both simultaneous and partial effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, price earning ratio and firm-size to price book value. Companies classified in LQ-45 selected as the population used in this study are listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016 period. Purposive sampling is used to get the sample in this research using criterias and 18 companies or 72 firm-years are the samples. Analysis tool in this research using spss 23.0. This research is using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) on the real level (α) = 5% can be seen that the variabel return on assets, debt to equity ratio and price earning ratio have a significant and positive impact on price book value, meanwhile firm-size have no significant effect on price book value. Keywords :   Firm value, Price Book Value, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Firm-size.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Profitability (Net Profit Margin) on Firm Value (Price to Earning Ratio) in Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Sharia Index. Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Purposive Sampling was used as a sampling technique and 9 selected companies met the criteria to be the research sample. The results showed that Current Ratio had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio had positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin had no positive and significant effect on Price to Earning Ratio. Simultaneously, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on the company value of the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Sharia Index for the period 2014-2018. The results showed that the solvency, liquidity and profitability variables in this study amounted to 26.65%, while the remaining 73.35% was explained by other variables outside the research model.

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of financial ratios on firm value carriedout in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2017. The samplingin this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, this study uses multiplelinear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained by the regression equation Y = α +β1x1 + β2x2 + β3x3 + ε. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variables of profitabilityand capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the variablegrowth of the company was not significant towards firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of ROE, IOS, DER and DPR on the value of the company in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017, the study sample of 13 manufacturing companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that simultaneously the ROE, IOE, DER and DPR variables together influence the firm value and partially only the IOS and DER variables that have a positive effect on the value of the company, ROE, and DPR negatively affect the value of the company.

<p>The company's goal is to create value. Therefore, it is important for companies to know the source of the company's value creation. This study connects the independent factors that affect firm value, namely Return On Equity, Return On Assets, and Earning Per Shares. This research used a sample of 30 companies. The samples used in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019 with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results indicated that the return on assets has no significant effect on share prices, return on equity has no significant effect on share prices, EPS has an significant effect on share prices and simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share has an significant effect on share prices.</p>

Consumer Goods industry is a sector that is considered sufficient to encourage the economic growth which has contributed the growth of the country's economy. There are various ratios that can be used as a measuring tool in research. This study uses the theories Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over and Return On Assets. The method used in this study is a quantitative, and the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of the research is explanatory. Data collection was performed by means of documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Population were consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2015 to 2018 totaling 26 companies. The 104 samples of the study were drawn by purposive sampling technique. The research used a classic assumption test such as the test for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. The research model used is multiple linear regression. The study concludes that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Inventory Turn have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) while the Inventory Turn Over has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) of consumer goods companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 -2018.

This study aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio on the firm value. Firm value uses a price-to book value (PBV) by calculating the price market per share divided by book value per share. Population of this research is the companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2016 which some 45 companies using total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. These results indicate that corporate financial ratios consists of return on assets, dividend payout ratio and debt-to equity ratio have a significant effect simultaneously on the firm value. However, partial test results showed that return on assets and dividend payout ratio have a significat effect on the firm value. While the debt-to equity ratio has no significant effect on the firm value.Key words: price-to book value, return on assets, dividend payout ratio, firm value.

The object of this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression where the data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results obtained in this study are simultaneous current ratios, and the debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on return on assets. Partially the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on return on assets, while the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on assets.
