Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Huda Kota Tangerang is one of the private schools, but data processing payroll in this schooll was still unintegrated. The ongoing payroll system was still in use of a manual system. The results of this were many obstacles faced by the school in the production of materials such as in payroll contracts, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and drawing up payroll reports. Also, the information presentation was less fast, inexact, inaccurate because current media transmission information consists of purely physical documents. The research method used waterfall method. Waterfall is a model of its development process for the coverage of a system, sequential or linear. The research steps were divided into: analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The system would then be built using synthetic programming language PHP and Mysql as a database. The web-based employee payroll information system was intended to provide advantages in payroll data processing such as payroll process, payroll calculations, payroll slips, and payroll reports, so that manual jobs could be much easier and computerized. The result was derived from this research was development of the web-based employee payroll information system.

Data processing in a building store is generally the system used is still manual, so usually transaction data or sales reports are not neat because there are so many transaction documents that may be tucked away or lost. The Web-Based Building Material Inventory Application at the TB Ageng Jaya Store is expected to help make it easier, especially in inventory (stock). The background of the TB Ageng Jaya Store, which initially only sold paint and ceramics, developed into a building shop that was more complete than before and made manual data or reports programmed. The research method of this thesis is to provide transaction convenience services to consumers and provide good reports to building shop owners and in this research method using literature methods, interview methods, observation methods and design and build methods. The conclusion of this thesis is to process building store data from manual to programmed which is supported by the PHP programming language and MYSQL Server database and Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 Web editor. The results achieved with the Web-Based Building Materials Inventory Application at the TB Ageng Jaya Store, the TB Ageng Jaya shop owner can carry out data processing so that it makes his task easier in terms of data processing and can also make services to customers more efficient. For further research, it is hoped that this program will be able to improve so that it can have a wider reach.

Choiceboards are Web-based systems that allow consumers to customize their orders. The study investigated factors that affect consumers’ intention to use choiceboards. The research is based on Masons’ theory and DeLone and McLean’s model of information system use. It was found that intention to use is affected by overall satisfaction. In turn, these two factors are positively impacted by factors such as system quality and information quality. In spite of support from theory, the evidence for the factor, information presentation was weak.

The performance assessment of administration staff in the college did in order to improve the quality of the service process and internal continuous quality improvement. This study aims at the development of information systems web-based performance assessment. This system was built using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Processor) and MySql database, which is expected to provide a more efficient and effective in conducting this evaluation, all the colleges are trying to have an information system that not only presents a variety of important information, but also can perform the data processing. Assessmentof the performance is measurements made on various activities with the questioner. The results of the study give a rank of accumulation is obtained by calculating the second component of the assessment, the results of this can be seen anyone to find the highest rank to lowest. It is hoping that every values obtained can push Employees the administration in Lamongan Islamic university to improve its performance.

Today, technology has become ours primary need. The ease of getting or giving information by using technology make people do their jobs easily. Diponegoro University Choir (PSM) is one of choir that have good reputation in local, national and international. But PSM do not have any official website that can gives information to the people. Every years, the number of recruits is increasing, and the process of registeration is still done manually. Based on that problem, the organization needs an web-based Information System and SMS gateway to support information giving process and its own member data maintenance.The Information System is built using PHP Framework Codeignitier language program, javascript for the dynamic appearance, and MySQL for the database. The System’s development process uses waterfall method. This method is included with analysis of needs, analysis, design, implementation and testing. The model of system is built using object oriented UML (Unified Modeling Language) includes Use Case diagram, Class diagram and Sequence diagram

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Abstrak: PT. UD RAUL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan ikan tuna loin, Namun dalam pelayanan penjualan PT. UD RAUL seperti pemesanan ikan dan transaksi pembayarann masih bersifat manual dimana pembelian melakukan transaksi pembelian ikan secara langsung PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi salah satu permasalahannya. Dalam hal ini guna mempermudah pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan tersebut, berdasarkan masalah diatas maka perlu adanya suatu aplikasi Media Promosi Dan Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Prototype sebagai Metode Pengembangan dan pemodelan Aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada bagian web dan bahasa pemrograman PHP Pada bagian Administrator dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan databasenya. Sistem Informasi Penjualan Ikan Tuna Loin Pada PT. UD RAUL Berbasis Web Dapat mengumpulkan, mengidentifikasi, menyimpan, mengolah dan memberikan informasi Penjualan Pada PT. UD RAUL yang menjadi target dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Website, Promosi, Penjualan, Tuna LoinAbstract: PT. UD RAUL is a company engaged in the sale of tuna loin, however in sales services PT. The presence of technology and science has evolved in the world of work and its development, in this Globalization Era, it requires people to participate in these developments. This method uses processing in the field of work which was initially managed manually by recording orders written in a ledger, now managed using modern technology. From the results of this study it can be seen that in recording existing orders on the CV. Boganesia Jaya has not implemented the system or is still using manual methods. In that case some suggestions can be given to the company for further development by means of an information system designed using an application with the web-based PHP and MySQL programming language to solve this problem in CV. Boganesia Jaya which is more effective and accurate.

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.
