Scholarships are a work program in every school or madrasa. The scholarship program is held to ease the burden on students in pursuing their studies especially in financial costs. Scholarships are given to students in a selective manner in accordance with the type of scholarships held. Distribution of scholarships is carried out by several institutions to help someone who is less capable or achievers during his studies. Based on this to help determine in determining a student to get a scholarship, then a decision support system is needed. The model used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting, this method is often also known as the weighted sum method, the basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the ranking of performance on each alternative on all attributes. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the one who is entitled to receive a scholarship based on specified criteria.

More and more types of raw materials will be used to expedite the shoe production process, making it difficult for companies to determine the priority of raw materials. So that there are often advantages and disadvantages of raw materials during the production process, which causes changes in the budget of production costs that are not in accordance with the initial plan, resulting in decreased corporate profits. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is determining priorities in the supply of raw materials. There are several methods that can be used in building a DSS, including simple addtive weighting (SAW). The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often also known as the weighted sum method, by finding the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study discusses the making of a decision support system as a tool for determining priorities in the supply of raw materials using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This application was developed with the Power Builder 8.0 programming language and Sybase SQL Anyware 5.0 as its database. The results of this study are able to help system users determine the priority of the supply of raw materials in order to facilitate the production process.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) is a program organized by the government in overcoming poverty and food needs. The BPNT program aims to reduce the burden of expenditure and provide more balanced nutrition to Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, in the implementation of the BPNT program there were still technical problems, including the determination of potential BPNT recipients who were wrongly targeted. To facilitate Government in determining prospective BPNT recipients, the authors make a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method where this system generates ranking to choose citizens who are entitled to receive BPNT through calculating the criteria of each alternative. It is expected that this application can provide recommendations for prospective BPNT recipients who are more targeted.

Abstract: Kindergarten is an early childhood education that has an important role in developing the child's personality and preparing them to enter the next education level. Kindergarten is the first formal education to enter children aged 4-6 years, until entering primary education. Children at 4-6 years of age usually have problems with non normative behaviors, behavior can be seen from the level of development or have difficulty in adjusting either at study time (concentration) or in play activities at school or at home. To find out whether the child is having problems or not, the educator needs to understand and assess the child's development in all aspects. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool to determine the level of intelligence of children by providing an assessment of the child. The method used by the author is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) or better known as the weighted sum. Output in this method is the values that can provide benefits for researchers in knowing the child's intelligence to be held special coaching for children who have problems in its development. Quick and precise decisions become an important issue in a study. Data analysis is done by comparing between children. The result of SAW method analysis is a conclusion that helps teachers / educators to know the intelligence of their students. Keywords: decision support system, SAW, kindergarten intelligence. Abstrak: Taman kanak-kanak merupakan jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepribadian anak serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. TK adalah jenjang pendidikan formal pertama yang memasuki anak usia 4-6 tahun, sampai memasuki pendidikan dasar. Anak pada usia 4-6 tahun biasanya memiliki masalah pada prilaku non normatif, prilaku dapat dilihat dari tingkat perkembangannya atau mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri baik pada waktu belajar (konsentrasi) maupun dalam aktivitas bermain disekolah atau dirumah. Untuk mengetahui apakah anak bermasalah atau tidak, pendidik perlu memahami dan memberikan penilaian terhadap perkembangan anak dalam segala aspek. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan anak dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan penjumlahan berbobot. Output dalam metode ini merupakan nilai-nilai yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi peneliti dalam mengetahui kecerdasan anak guna diadakan pembinaan khusus untuk anak-anak tk yang memiliki masalah dalam perkembangannya. Keputusan yang cepat dan tepat menjadi persoalan penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara anak. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan Shift pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) proses dari metode SAW yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria, membuat  tabel rating kecocokan dari setiap alternatif pada setiap kriteria yang telah ditentukkan dan membuat sebuah matriks keputusan. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan Shift Pegawai secara terkomputerasi, Dengan adanya sistem ini maka RS. Bhayangkara Tk. II Medan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Sidoluhur Village is a village located in Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu which has a large population. The his village has 3 hamlets in one village. The problem in Sidoluhur Village is that it is difficult to determine the recipient of village assistance, because the number of aid proposals that are proposing is more than the number of people who receive assistance. There are so many proposals that have been submitted, this is of course very troublesome for village officials who choose to receive assistance. As problems develop, a decision support system is needed that will provide results on the computer to determine who should get help. A decision support system is a system for finding decision support, decisions are taken using a system designed based on usage needs, in helping to make decisions, decisions are designed based on predetermined criteria and alternatives and have a system that is structured and programmed in the form of weighting that will be accumulated and normalized and produce ranking. This study uses the Simple Additive weighting method, commonly referred to as a method that uses a weighted additive form. The form of the method is to calculate the total weight value of the work steps on the existing alternatives of all attributes. To explain about the completion of the method uses village aid recipient data. A lot of data that will be used as alternatives in this study are 9 candidates for village aid recipients. As a result, the recipients of aid should not be less than 0.5000, with the result that 7 recipients of assistance and 2 people who are not eligible to receive assistance.

As an appreciation to their customer, PT Pinjam Indonesia has a Gold product. Gold is a product that allows customer to get 10% discount of total bill every 6 months, and is given to two customers. Until now, PT Pinjam Indonesia has difficulties in deciding which customer from Online mortgage system deserves to be rewarded with the Gold product, this problem occurs because of the many numbers of customer in the system. Therefore, Decision Support System is needed to help speed up and make the deciding process easier. Decision Support System decide the highest alternative value that deserves to receive the Gold product using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method wtih prescribedcriterias. The basic concept of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted additive from performance rating of every alternative’s attributes. SAW method needs a normalization process of the decision matrix to a scale that can be compared with every rated alternatives. A calculation process is applied to all the criterias to get the result of which alternative is best to receive the Gold product. This method could help the decision making process to be more objective.

Lecturers are resources owned by the University. One of the efforts to improve the quality of lecturers is by giving appreciation in the form of rewards or awards to the best lecturers or lecturers who excel. However, to be able to provide these rewards, of course there are several assessments that will be given to lecturers. The problem is how to give the assessment so that the lecturer is declared worthy to receive a reward or award. There is a decision support system or abbreviated as DSS where in the system there are several methods that can be used to provide an assessment of course with the determined assessment criteria. In this research, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with several criteria into consideration. The results showed that alternative A3 and A2 were selected as outstanding young lecturers.
