Abstract: Kindergarten is an early childhood education that has an important role in developing the child's personality and preparing them to enter the next education level. Kindergarten is the first formal education to enter children aged 4-6 years, until entering primary education. Children at 4-6 years of age usually have problems with non normative behaviors, behavior can be seen from the level of development or have difficulty in adjusting either at study time (concentration) or in play activities at school or at home. To find out whether the child is having problems or not, the educator needs to understand and assess the child's development in all aspects. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool to determine the level of intelligence of children by providing an assessment of the child. The method used by the author is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) or better known as the weighted sum. Output in this method is the values that can provide benefits for researchers in knowing the child's intelligence to be held special coaching for children who have problems in its development. Quick and precise decisions become an important issue in a study. Data analysis is done by comparing between children. The result of SAW method analysis is a conclusion that helps teachers / educators to know the intelligence of their students. Keywords: decision support system, SAW, kindergarten intelligence. Abstrak: Taman kanak-kanak merupakan jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepribadian anak serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. TK adalah jenjang pendidikan formal pertama yang memasuki anak usia 4-6 tahun, sampai memasuki pendidikan dasar. Anak pada usia 4-6 tahun biasanya memiliki masalah pada prilaku non normatif, prilaku dapat dilihat dari tingkat perkembangannya atau mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri baik pada waktu belajar (konsentrasi) maupun dalam aktivitas bermain disekolah atau dirumah. Untuk mengetahui apakah anak bermasalah atau tidak, pendidik perlu memahami dan memberikan penilaian terhadap perkembangan anak dalam segala aspek. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan anak dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan penjumlahan berbobot. Output dalam metode ini merupakan nilai-nilai yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi peneliti dalam mengetahui kecerdasan anak guna diadakan pembinaan khusus untuk anak-anak tk yang memiliki masalah dalam perkembangannya. Keputusan yang cepat dan tepat menjadi persoalan penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara anak. Hasil dari analisa metode SAW ini menjadi kesimpulan yang membantu guru/pendidik untuk mengetahui tingat kecerdasan anak didiknya. Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW, kecerdasan anak TK

Scholarships are a work program in every school or madrasa. The scholarship program is held to ease the burden on students in pursuing their studies especially in financial costs. Scholarships are given to students in a selective manner in accordance with the type of scholarships held. Distribution of scholarships is carried out by several institutions to help someone who is less capable or achievers during his studies. Based on this to help determine in determining a student to get a scholarship, then a decision support system is needed. The model used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting, this method is often also known as the weighted sum method, the basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the ranking of performance on each alternative on all attributes. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the one who is entitled to receive a scholarship based on specified criteria.

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan Shift pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) proses dari metode SAW yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria, membuat  tabel rating kecocokan dari setiap alternatif pada setiap kriteria yang telah ditentukkan dan membuat sebuah matriks keputusan. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan Shift Pegawai secara terkomputerasi, Dengan adanya sistem ini maka RS. Bhayangkara Tk. II Medan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Kata Kunci : SPK,SAW, PHP, MYSQL   ABSTRACT   This study is a Decision Support System for determining employee shifts using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method of the SAW method, which is looking for a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all criteria, making a suitability rating table for each alternative on each specified criteria and make a decision matrix. The application that is built is a web-based application using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of Employee Shift computerized, with the existence of this system the Hospital. Bhayangkara Kindergarten. Abstrak:Sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal, SMKN 1 Ciomas merupakan salah satu sekolah yang memberikan beasiswa kepada para siswa. Beasiswa ini ditujukan untuk siswa kurang mampu. Untuk bisa mendapatkan beasiswa tersebut, siswa harus memenuhi kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh SMKN 1 Ciomas. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut antara lain surat keterangan tidak mampu, status anak dalam keluarga, penghasilan orangtua, jumlah tanggungan orangtua, dan nilai rata-rata raport semester terakhir. Hanya siswa yang memenuhi kriteria-kriteria tersebut yang dapat memperoleh beasiswa. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu permasalahan penyeleksi penerima beasiswa tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah multikriteria. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penerimaan beasiswa ini telah berhasil dikembangkan dan menampilkan perankingan dari hasil penyeleksian para calon penerima beasiswa. Kata Kunci: beasiswa, sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW  Abstract: As formal education institutions, SMKN 1 Ciomas is one school that provides scholarships to students. This scholarship is intended for disadvantaged students. To be eligible for the scholarship, students must meet the criteria set by SMKN 1 Ciomas. These criteria include a certificate can not afford, the status of children in the family, parental income, number of dependents of parents, and the average value of the last semester report cards. Only students who meet the criteria to obtain a scholarship. To assist in determining a person determining the eligible then takes a decision support system. Computer-based decision support system is one way to help the problems of the grantee selectors. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system for receiving a scholarship by using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) which has the ability to solve the problem of multiple criteria. From the test results, we concluded that the decision support system for receiving this scholarship has been successfully developed and display the ranking of the results of the selection of the scholarship recipients. Keywords: scholarship, decision support systems, SAW

More and more types of raw materials will be used to expedite the shoe production process, making it difficult for companies to determine the priority of raw materials. So that there are often advantages and disadvantages of raw materials during the production process, which causes changes in the budget of production costs that are not in accordance with the initial plan, resulting in decreased corporate profits. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is determining priorities in the supply of raw materials. There are several methods that can be used in building a DSS, including simple addtive weighting (SAW). The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often also known as the weighted sum method, by finding the weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study discusses the making of a decision support system as a tool for determining priorities in the supply of raw materials using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This application was developed with the Power Builder 8.0 programming language and Sybase SQL Anyware 5.0 as its database. The results of this study are able to help system users determine the priority of the supply of raw materials in order to facilitate the production process.

Abstract Decision support systems are used to solve a problem that is commonly done by users and industry, in this case one of the application of a decision support system in providing loans to cooperative members. Judging from the form of business, cooperatives are one of the community financial institutions that are formed and are not only business-oriented, but social factors are very strongly applied. Because the cooperative was formed to help and prosper its members, such as saving and borrowing (credit) from its members. In this study, decision making is used to help support the selection of loan applications for members. There are several types of decision models that are integrated in a Decision Support System such as statistical models, optimization models, heuristic models and multi-criteria / attribute models. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used with the basic concept of finding the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each criterion. According to the MADM model which is used as decision support who can select criteria in determining the eligibility of members in receiving loans (credit). The system provides a solution in determining loan recommendations to prospective borrowers in cooperatives. The system is only able to represent 10 sample members as a reference in calculating credit lending.

Education is a very important aspect of the life of the nation and state especially in helping the progress of the nation and state. Education is also one of the benchmarks in assessing the level of development of the country and improving welfare and improving people's lives. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) is a formal education school at the level of junior high schools where the management is carried out by the Ministry of Religion. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Muawanah is one of the schools that has the goal of producing quality graduates, the problem faced is the difficulty in determining who will be chosen as the best graduate because of the many students who excel and fierce competition between students with subjective nature. To overcome these problems, a decision support system application was designed for the selection of the best graduates using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, where this method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of SAW is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria used include the average value of the National Standard Madrasah Final Examination, the average value of the National Standard School Examination, the average value of the National Examination, and the average value of report cards. Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo. The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. This study was conducted to assist in the selection of martial assistant coach, to determine who is right. Its results will didadaptkan by comparing the two methods in the decision support system, by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in limiting the problems in producing the desired solution, using multiple criteria (multi-criteria). AHP and SAW has a different way of doing the calculation. This is done to determine which method is looking for help in making decisions. And in this study are the criteria Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership, Attitude, and Level. And there are sub criteria on Level, which Black (AND I) and Red Black II.
