Research objectives are to analyze the level of satisfaction of consumers against products of coffee powder Nefo Cap AAA. for consumer loyalty towards mengetahuitingkat ground coffee products Nefo Cap AAA. A sample of these studies amounted to 131 consumers Coffee Nefo Cap Regency AAA Kerinci. The data from this study are obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to respondents. This research was analyzed using the methods of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the Importance of Performance Analisys (IPA). The results of this study found that the image of the pyramid Coffee loyalty Nefo Cap AAA in General can be said already quite well. On the level Switcher/Price Buyer has a considerable percentage of the amount that is 57 percent. This can lead to a reduced number of sales in the future due to the consumer at this level are likely to be moved on the ground coffee brand to another if there is a manufacturer that sells ground coffee that is cheaper with the same quality with the brand of coffee Nefo Cap AAA. At the level of the respondent which is brand loyalitas Switcher of 57%, respondents who Hobitual of 69%, of respondents which is a Satisfied Buyer of 70%, of the respondents which is Liking the Brand of 68%, and respondent who is a Committed Buyer of 68%.

Visitors of Wipersnondi Lake had great hope of fulfilling their comfort when they arrived at the tourism sites, in fact the performance felt by visitors cannot satisfy all the expectations of visitors and had  impact  on their satisfaction and convenience. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of tourist visitors to the availability of elements of tourism products, and to find out its developments strategy. To answer the research problem, the analysis technique used is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of research based on CSI show that visitors are not satisfied with the performance of tourism products at Wopersnondi Lake.  Based on the results of the IPA analysis, the main priorities for tourism development in Wopersnondi Lake are increasing affordability and opening of public transport routes, improving cleanliness and increasing the number of toilets, specifically at the lake location, providing road directions to the location, and building health facilities like public health centers around Wopersnondi Lake. Furthermore, the unique aspects of  Wopersnondi Lake that must be maintained are the beautiful view at the tourist location, the comfort of the tourist attraction, the coolness, the cleanliness, the quality of the road to the lake, the parking lot area, and the availability of trash cans are things that have actually been felt and have created comfort and  good experience for visitors to Wopersnondi Lake.  This development must support the development of other tourism products.. This article takes government portals as study object, consults the domestic and overseas study in customer index testing which especially comes form America, and according as the characteristics of the services in government portals , to construct a theory model for government portals customers satisfaction index testing ,and build a assorted index testing system for it. On the basis of that, according to the structural equation theory and algorithm, built a model bases on the structural equation for the government portals customer satisfaction index testing, effectively solved the problem that how to test the government portals customer satisfaction, gives a useful reference for the build of government portal in the future.

The purpose of this study was to know the attributes that are considered important by consumers and to know the level of customer satisfaction at C'Bezt Taman Griya. The method used is Slovin Method for determining samples and customer satisfaction index (CSI) method for data processing. Tests for reliability and validity were carried out at Jaya Fried Chicken Siligita and research site in C’Bezt Taman Griya. The number of samples used was 97 respondents. The attributes that are considered important by consumers based on the level of importance are the taste of food, the behavior of employees in serving consumers, and cleanliness of the location. Based on the level of satisfaction is the speed in serving consumers, taste of food, seriousness in serving consumers. The level of customer satisfaction C'Bezt Taman Griya is 74.63% with the level of Customer Satisfaction criteria that is satisfied. This research was conducted in Kepahiang District, Bengkulu Province which had been held from April 29, 2015 until May 29, 2015. The purposes of this study were (1). To determine level of service quality rice seed Cigeulis in BBIPP, (2). To determine level of Satisfaction of consumers to services rice seed Cigeulis. The method used for the service is a method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the level of satisfaction using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the CSI service Cigeulis rice seed in the district Kepahiang Bengkulu province amounted to 80,35% of this index is on a scale satisfied. Keywords: Performance, IPA, CSI

This research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. According to the results of IPA attributes that should be top priorities are taste and texture of rice.Key words: Consumption, Customer Satisfaction, “Palas” rice

<p>ABSTRACT<br /><br />One of the services with an important role in the fisheries is the availability of services in the fishing port. Provision of services will affect to the level of satisfaction fishermen. Satisfaction fishermen are something important in supporting performance and the development of a fishing port. This study aims to determine what service attributes that already meet the satisfaction of the fishermen, knowing service attributes that need to be prioritized according to the repair or improvement of fishermen, and assess the level of satisfaction with the services of Kejawanan Fishing port’s fishermen overall. The study was conducted at the Fishery Port Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan in Cirebon, West Java. The study was conducted in August and October 2015 for 14 days. Collecting data using interviews with 17 respondents. Analysis of data using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer satisfaction Index (CSI) using 15 attributes assessment. The results showed that there are eight service attributes were considered to have met the fishermen satisfactory that the physical condition of the facility; the availability of the number of officers; their service procedures are clear; officers provide services as promised; speed of officers in handling services; alacrity officers in serving the fishermen; friendliness, attention and attitude of officers; and delivery of information. There are two attributes of service that still needs to be improved, namely the handling of complaints of fishermen; and the officer knows, understanding the needs and desires of fishermen. Overall fishermen have felt very satisfied with the services provided by the port.<br /><br />Keywords: fishermen satisfaction, Kejawanan fishing port, service</p><p>-------<br /><br />ABSTRAK<br /><br />Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam dunia perikanan yaitu tersedianya pelayanan jasa di pelabuhan perikanan. Pemberian pelayanan akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan nelayan. Kepuasan nelayan penting dalam menunjang kinerja dan pengembangan suatu pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut pelayanan apa saja yang sudah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan, mengetahui atribut pelayanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan atau peningkatan menurut nelayan PPN Kejawanan, dan menilai tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan PPN Kejawanan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan di Cirebon Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus dan Oktober 2015 selama 14 hari. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara kepada 17 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) menggunakan 15 atribut penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 8 atribut pelayanan yang dianggap telah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan yaitu kondisi fisik fasilitas; ketersediaan jumlah petugas; adanya prosedur pelayanan yang jelas; petugas memberikan pelayanan sesuai yang dijanjikan; kecepatan petugas dalam menangani pelayanan; kesigapan petugas dalam melayani nelayan; keramahan, perhatian dan sikap petugas; dan penyampaian informasi. Terdapat 2 atribut pelayanan yang masih perlu di tingkatkan yaitu penanganan keluhan nelayan; dan petugas mengetahui, mamahami kebutuhan dan keinginan nelayan. Secara keseluruhan nelayan sudah merasa sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak pelabuhan.<br /><br />Kata kunci: tingkat kepuasan nelayan, PPN Kejawanan, pelayanan</p>

Citizen consumption for the times towards food is more increase. This matter will be influenced by the increasing need of citizen on nutrition and nutrient. This phenomenon is followed by the existence of many restaurants as business caterers. Jakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia with a variety of diversity, including in terms of food. There are various kinds of foods sold in restaurants in Jakarta, both from within and outside the country. One of them is a unique Japanese food. Currently, there are more and more Japanese food restaurants in Jakarta. One of the restaurants that still survive until this day is Midori Japanese Restaurant. In maintaining its business, Midori Japanese Restaurant needed to explore its consumer characteristics, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty. The restaurant can implement marketing strategies to maintain its business. This research was commenced from March to May 2010 and conducted at Midori Japanese Restaurant branch K.H. Wahid Hasyim Central Jakarta. This research used descriptive analysis for consumer characteristics, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to know the attributes improvements, and loyalty pyramid to determine the level of consumer loyalty. Library can be said as the heart of the universities. Politeknik Negri Bali (PNB) as one of the universities in Indonesia currently has one library room located on the 2nd floor of the PNB Central Building. Based on the data, the average number of PNB library visitors in the year 2017 is only 15% of the total civitas. This number shows that PNB library has not been optimally utilized. The purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction of library visitors to PNB library services, so that the PNB library in the future can provide better service and the number of library visitors can increase. The variables used are five service dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. The method of analysis used in this study are importance performance analysis (IPA) and analysis of customer satisfaction index (CSI). Results shows that there are some services that need to be maintained, such as the completeness of facilities, updated collection, air circulation, locker safety, convenience in finding references, knowledge of employee, hospitality of employee, concern of employee, response of employee, and good comunication between employee and visitors. According to CSI method, the visitors’ satisfaction level is 76,40% which is classified as satisfied.

The objectives of this research is to analyze the model of relationship between customer’s level of satisfaction and their loyalty to “roti unyil” and  to construct the strategic implication to improve this satisfaction and loyalty.The research was conducted in June 2017. The data were collected from 100 respondents and were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and two-top boxes to measure customer satisfaction index. The results showed that contribution of customer’s satisfaction on customer’s loyalty was 0.49 and the most significant dimensions for customer’s satisfaction were human resources (0.40), promotion (0.15), and place (0.08). Most attributes had high customer satisfaction index, with parking access (56%) and viral marketing (59%) were the lowest ones

The advantage use of information technology is not only limited to individuals, but also organizations, especially government organizations. In 2003 the Indonesian government issued Presidential Instruction No. 3/2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development. Based on this, a usability analysis is performed on the Daily Evaluation System (DES) application with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method and the Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) method. The User Centered Design (UCD) is used as an indicator of the questionnaire and the results are analyzed using the CSI and PGCV methods. The results of CSI analysis of the satisfaction level showed the value of 70.95% for female respondents, while it is 70.84% for male respondents. The value of the level of satisfaction is equal to 67.42% for respondents aged 20-30 years, 72.07% for respondents aged 31-40 years, and 73.87% for respondents aged 41-60 years. The level of satisfaction for respondents in structural positions is 72.65% while for respondents in functional positions is 69.73%. Based on the ten UCD indicators, the highest percentage of satisfaction is the consistency indicator which is 77.82% and the lowest is the assistance and documentation indicator which is 63.00%. Based on the results of the PGCV analysis, it is showed that 11 attributes are needed to be the priority for improvement.
