Existing scientific research does not adequately reveal the issues of increasing the level of functional preparedness of basketball players with hearing impairment at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. Therefore, the process of their training should be directed to improving the level of functional preparedness, which affects the effectiveness of competitive activity. Thus, investigation of types of functional training, depending on the goals, tasks, orientation of the stages of training in the annual macrocycle, the phases of the formation of sports fitness and nosological features of athletes determine the relevance of this study. The aim of our research was to analyze the effectiveness of the methodology aimed at increasing the level of functional preparedness of basketball players with hearing impairments at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. Theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources allowed us to consider the improvement of various aspects of training basketball players with hearing impairments and to determine the problem field of research. Pedagogical testing was carried out to determine the magnitude of manifestations and changes in the indicators of the functional state of the basic systems of the body. The research involved 21 qualified basketball players with hearing impairments. The average age of the athletes was 23.7 ± 1.7 years. Unlike healthy basketball players, hearing impaired athletes have a low level of functional fitness. The results of the ascertaining experiment are the basis for substantiating the methodology for increasing the level of functional preparedness of basketball players with hearing impairments at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. Confirmation of the high effectiveness of the offered methodology aimed at increasing the level of functional preparedness of qualified basketball players with hearing impairments was the results of a comparative analysis of athletes in the control and experimental groups conducted at the end of the second preparatory period of the annual training cycle (the reliability of the growth during the experiment compared with the initial data (p < 0.05)). The results of the formative experiment indicate the effectiveness of the developed methodology aimed at increasing the level of functional preparedness of basketball players with hearing impairments at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. Key words: research, functional state, macrocycle, technique, experiment.

Research  background  and  hypothesis.  Traditional  time  series  analysis  techniques,  which  are  also  used  for the analysis of cardiovascular signals, do not reveal the relationship between the  changes in the indices recorded associated with the multiscale and chaotic structure of the tested object, which allows establishing short-and long-term structural and functional changes.Research aim was to reveal the dynamical peculiarities of interactions of cardiovascular system indices while evaluating the functional state of track-and-field athletes and Greco-Roman wrestlers.Research methods. Twenty two subjects participated in the study, their average age of 23.5 ± 1.7 years. During the study standard 12 lead electrocardiograms (ECG) were recorded. The following ECG parameters were used in the study: duration of RR interval taken from the II standard lead, duration of QRS complex, duration of JT interval and amplitude of ST segment taken from the V standard lead.Research  results.  Significant  differences  were  found  between  inter-parametric  connections  of  ST  segment amplitude and JT interval duration at the pre and post-training testing. Observed changes at different hierarchical levels of the body systems revealed inadequate cardiac metabolic processes, leading to changes in the metabolic rate of the myocardium and reflected in the dynamics of all investigated interactions.Discussion and conclusions. It has been found that peculiarities of the interactions of ECG indices interactions show the exposure of the  functional changes in the body at the onset of the workload. The alterations of the functional state of the body and the signs of fatigue, after athletes performed two high intensity training sessions per day, can be assessed using the approach of the evaluation of interactions between functional variables. Therefore the evaluation of the interactions of physiological signals by using time series analysis methods is suitable for the observation of these processes and the functional state of the body. Keywords: electrocardiogram, time series, functional state.

Summary. The disbalanced feeding and the uneven distribution of micro- and macroelements in the environment leads to a trace element, in particular hypomelanosis. To accelerate the growth and preservation of young farm animals include in the diet of various biological additives and drugs, which include selenium. For stimulation of weight gain in the livestock industry, as well as for the prevention and treatment of pathological processes in addition to micro - and macrouse amino acids, primarily methionine. The aim of this work was to study the influence of composition of DAFS-25+Polizon on morpho-biochemical parameters of blood and functional state of the liver in fattening bulls of black-motley breed in the conditions of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Experiments using were conducted on bull-calves of black-motley breed of the properties in the properties age from 6 to 15 months. The first experimental group during the experiment was additionally given the composition of DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg, the animals of the control group received a standard diet. To assess the impact of the composition DAFS-25+Polizon on metabolism cattle studied morphological and biochemical indicators of blood and conducted histological examination of the liver. It is established that the use of the composition of DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg increases the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the experimental group and reduces the amount of white blood cells. The serum content of total protein, phosphorus and calcium increases in the group of experimental animals. Microscopic examination of the liver revealed no changes in the structure of the organ and hepatocytes in the experimental group, whereas in the control group hemodynamic disorders and dystrophic changes in liver cells were observed. Thus, the use of the composition DAFS-25+Polizon at a dose of 2 mg/kg of live weight in fattening bulls black-and-white breed contributes to the increase of redox processes in the body, stimulation of metabolism, prevent the development of liver disorders of cellular mechanisms of metabolism, optimizes the structure of the liver, which generally provides higher productivity.

Under high-intensity loads, the athlete's bodies take place a number of biochemical reactions and physiological processes that can lead to hyperbilirubinemia. The factors that can initiate the onset of this phenomenon include the syndrome of micro-damage muscle, violation of the integrity of erythrocyte membranes, decreased blood pH, malnutrition and increase oxygen demand of the body. Degree of expression of manifestations of physiological bilirubinemia depends on the level of adaptation of the athlete to the physical activities offered. Hyperbilirubinemia in athletes can be one of the components of the deterioration of the functional state, forming the symptoms of endogenous intoxication. The relevance of this problem in sport lies in the relatively low detection rate of hyperbilirubinemia due to the lack of regular screening studies. However, in drawing up a plan of nutritional- metabolic support for training and competitive activity and recovery measures, must not only the individual reaction of the athlete body to physical activity, but also the severity of shifts in the indicators of bilirubin metabolism and their ratio. The article describes the reasons for the increase in bilirubin levels, which can be caused by both the effect of physical activity and by the presence of pathological processes in athletes. The factors influencing the blood serum’s bilirubin content are also highlighted, which include the state of erythrocyte cell membranes and the rate of hemoglobin destruction, the functional state of the liver, the specifics of physical loads and the use of ergogenic pharmacological agents by athletes. Particular accent has been placed on the illumination of hereditary hyperbilirubinemias, which may have been detected at the stage of selection of athletes. The most common phenomenon is Gilbert's syndrome, which occurs in 2-5% of cases in the general population, is characterized in the clinic by a benign flow and is manifested by episodes of jaundice and an increase in total bilirubin content to moderate values due to indirect. The frequency of detection of hyperbilirubinemias in the population of athletes is 4.68%, among which Gilbert's disease accounts for almost half (48.7%). Conclusion. The work highlighted the pathogenesis and diagnostic algorithm of Gilbert's disease, and also emphasized that its drug prevention and correction in athletes to maintain functional and physical fitness should be carried out taking into account anti-doping rules, which requires upon diagnosis timely receipt of a therapeutic exclusion

Introduction. Digital technologies are actively used in the work of specialists of medical centers of various profiles, which causes the impact on employees of a number of professional factors that determine the characteristics of their work. The aim of the study is to evaluate the influence of professional factors on the functional state of the employees' body and the glutathione system as an objective indicator of stress based on the analysis of the subjective perception of the medical center employees of the specifics of working with personal computers and psychophysiological testing. Materials and methods. The study involved 109 specialists of medical centers (25 ophthalmologists, 31 representatives of the secondary medical staff - nurses and paramedics, 53 office employees). The anonymous survey concerned the assessment of working conditions and their impact on the functional state of the body of the respondents. Performance and stress tolerance indicators were evaluated using three standard questionnaires. The study of 66 subjects' levels of glutathione in the blood: total, reduced, oxidized and the ratio of reduced and oxidized - was used to analyze the relationship of the neuro-emotional nature of labor with the reaction of oxidative stress. Statistical processing of the obtained data was carried out using traditional methods of variation statistics and calculating the value of the odds ratio (OR) with a 95% confidence interval (CI). Results. The survey revealed a significant proportion of people in all groups of respondents who constantly use computer technology in their work. Describing the quality of the processed information, doctors more than representatives of other groups note its complexity, importance, negative emotional color, a high degree of responsibility and tension. Doctors more often than average medical staff and office workers associate the manifestation of fatigue with an uncomfortable state of the visual organ, nervous system, and musculoskeletal system. The subjects showed reduced performance and stress tolerance with the most pronounced negative trends in the group of doctors. Changes in the glutathione system were detected, indicating the presence of oxidative stress in 40% of ophthalmologists and office workers, and in half of nurses. Conclusions. The work of specialists of medical centers of various profiles in accordance with their assessment is characterized by high nervous and emotional stress, due to the need to process a significant amount of complex and important professionally significant information. Subjectively noted by respondents the influence of working conditions on the functional state of the body is confirmed by indicators of the glutathione system, which can be used as indicators of nervous and emotional stress.

Premodern Japanese historical and literary sources relate examples of devotees who burned or drowned themselves with the aim of achieving birth after death in a buddha’s pure land. Originally confined to ascetic practitioners, suicide to reach a pure land (J. jigai ōjō) eventually intersected with traditions of warrior suicide to accompany one’s lord in death, or to avoid surrendering to the enemy. In literature, ōjō-suicide assumes a gendered dimension, as we see in accounts of women’s self-destruction following the loss of husbands or children, thereby recasting, in a salvific light, suicides that would otherwise have been seen as sinful or unbearably tragic.

Abstract: Introduction. Increasing information loads can lead to the development of professional stress and work-related illnesses in knowledge workers. The development and implementation of modern methods of control and correction of the functional state of employees in the conditions of activity is relevant. The study aims – to explore the dynamics of the functional state of knowledge workers in the conditions of modeling the cognitive load on the computer and during the training on neurofeedback (NFB) based on the parameters of the electroencephalogram (EEG). Materials and methods. 17 researchers (4 men and 13 women aged 22-63 years (34.8±3.4), with an average work experience of 12.1±3.3 years) participated in the study on the basis of voluntary informed consent. Results. A significant increase in the index of the alpha rhythm was shown by 29.4% of the subjects. It was found that the total power of the spectrum of heart rate variability (HRV) is higher, the adaptive risk is lower in the group that successfully passed alpha training (p<0.05). According to the results of continuous personalized heart rate telemetry, the dynamics of the functional state (FS) during the examination was determined for each subject. Conclusion. A significant influence of the state of neurohumoral regulation systems and adaptive reserves of the body on the success of the biofeedback training was established, which is the basis for the development of methodological approaches to the correction of FS, taking into account individual optimal management strategies.
