The urgency of educators in the learning process is illustrated in the Arabic expression that was delivered by A. Malik Fadjar, "Al-Tariqah ahammu min al-maddah walakinna al-mudarris ahammu min al-tariqah (methods are more important than material, but educators are more important than methods). The development of educator resources in education is influenced by various aspects, including: the need to increase educator competency both theoretical and practical knowledge, the independence of educators to carry out professional development, support resources to carry out professional development, the willingness of educators as learners, and the ability of educators to actualize results development of professionalism which is demonstrated through the performance of educators and the effectiveness of educators in carrying out their duties. Education and education personnel in the educational process play a superior strategic role in efforts to develop the character of the nation through the development of the desired personality and values. In terms of the learning dimension, the role of educators in Indonesian society remains dominant compared to technology that can be utilized in the rapidly developing learning process. The educational process, or more specifically the learning process, is played by educators who cannot be replaced by technology. Their function cannot be completely eliminated as educators and instructors for their students. Likewise with education personnel, they carry out administration, management, development, supervision and technical implementation to support the education process in the education unit.

The present paper addresses the issue of determining the best international practices for developing soft skills among students of different specialties through carrying out a theoretical review. Basing on literature on present-day theory the authors make an attempt to explain soft skills dichotomies, summarize existing approaches to classifying soft skills, consolidate and document best international practices for soft skills development among potential employees of different specialties including bachelor students, master students, doctoral and postdoctoral students. The data obtained in the theoretical analysis reveal that the possible ambiguities in the interpretation of the concept of “soft skills” are caused, on the one hand, by the dichotomic perception of their nature by present-day researchers and educators and, on the other hand, by the absence of the common language which makes it difficult to provide a more unified definition most satisfactory to all concerned. The authors are convinced that soft skills have a cross-cutting nature and regard them as personal and interpersonal meta-qualities and meta-abilities that are vital to any potential employee who is going to make positive contributions not only to his/her professional development but to the development of a company he/she is going to work for. The results of the conducted theoretical review clearly indicate that the absence of the unified understanding of the concept of “soft skills” is reflected in the existence of different approaches to classifying soft skills, let alone, the selection of didactic tools for developing soft skills among potential employees.

The use of varied learning models by history teachers will facilitate teachers and students in implementing and following the learning process. This study aims to determine the learning process and the use of learning models used by history teachers. This study uses a qualitative methodology with an observation and interview approach conducted at two high schools, Dian Didaktika High School and SMA Negeri 2 Depok. From the results of the study it can be seen, that the history teacher at the two schools has carried out the learning process using a scientific approach. There is no difference in the selection of learning strategies, both of them use the contextual teaching learning model. The difference between the two is in the selection of learning methods, where the history teacher Dian Didaktika uses the method of learning project base learning and the history teacher of SMA Negeri 2 Depok uses a method of learning outside the classroom by visiting museums.

Arabic sexism can be seen from the Arabic grammar system it self supporting the formation of sexist language. Arabic sexism in education, especially religious education in the form of subject matter and the education process increasingly dwarf women from the inequality of the patriarchal system. To build a world of equitable education without gender inequality originating from language sexism is to create gender-friendly language, restructure the curriculum, and require a paradigmatic, egalitarian, flexible, and persuasive learning step from all parties, especially teachers as the spearhead of the learning process.
