Aim of the study. To estimate the prevalence of the obesity in children and adult population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the identification of the structure of the overall incidence of child and adolescent obesity. Methods. Clinical, analytical and statistical. The prevalence rate of obesity in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2012-2014 among adults was founded to be of 31-34 ‰, in children - 50-66 ‰. Results. There was noted the gain in the rate obesity in children by 30% over 3 years. In contrast to children with normal weight, in the structure of diseases in obese children in order of significance there are dominated diseases of the endocrine system and nutrition disorders, respiratory diseases, diseases of the digestive system, diseases of the circulatory system and neuro - psychiatric disorders, amounting in total of 75% of all diseases.

In recent decades, there has been a clear trend towards an increase in the life expectancy of the population. In the 1990s it reached 78.9 years for women. The global population of postmenopausal women today is 10%. According to WHO projections 46% of women are expected to be over 45 years old by 2015. The age of menopause remains fairly stable and in different regions of Russia is 49-50 years. Consequently, a woman spends more than a third of her life in a state of deficiency of female sex hormones.

In the article is represented the analysis of the primary and repeated disablement of adult population on the classes and the separate diseases in g. To Moscow in 2017-2018 the yr., which showed that an increase in the dynamics of the number of persons VPI the decrease of the number PPI. In the structure VPI the leading positions occupied the invalids as a result of the diseases of the system of blood circulation with the decrease of their specific weight; as a result of the malignant new formations with an increase in their specific weight; as a result of the diseases of osteomuscular system and connective tissue with the decrease of their specific weight and invalids as a result of the mental disorders and the disorders of behavior with the tendency of an increase in their specific weight. In the dynamics was noted a decrease of the portion of invalids as a result of the diseases of nervous system, diseases of endocrine system, tuberculosis, consequences of injuries and poisonings and an increase in the specific weight of invalids as a result of the diseases, caused HIV, the diseases of eye and its additional apparatus, diseases of ear and mammiform branch, diseases of the organs of respiration and urino-genital system. In the structure PPI the leading nosologic forms were the diseases of the system of blood circulation with the decrease of their specific weight, an increase in the portion of malignant new formations, mental disorders and disorders of behavior, the decrease of the portion of invalids as a result of the diseases of osteomuscular system and connective tissue, by an increase in the share of the diseases of nervous system. In the dynamics was noted a insignificant increase in the portion of invalids as a result of tuberculosis, diseases, caused HIV, diseases of eye and its additional apparatus, diseases of ear and mammiform branch and decrease of the specific weight of invalids as a result of the diseases of endocrine system, diseases of the organs of respiration, digestion, consequences of injury and poisonings.

Investigation realized in Voronezh found that the level of general disability was 11.09 0.56 per 1000 children, and the level of first-time disability was 1.38 0.18 per 1000 children, which is lower than in Russia as a whole. In the age structure of disability persons from 5 to 9 years old are dominated, and by gender trait boys. Primary morbidity level in children is higher than in adolescents: 1407.68 86.60 and 1281.33 162.25 per 1000 children, respectively. According to the primary morbidity level, 15 ranking places were allocated. Endocrine system diseases occupy 12 and 9 rank places in children and adolescents, respectively. Prevalence of endocrine system diseases was 4.32 0.78 and 14.94 2.71 per 1000 children in this age group. There is an increase in endocrine pathology by 3.5 times with age. It was investigated that children and adolescents suffering from endocrine system diseases (type 1 diabetes, AIT, obesity) are characterized by adaptation processes decrease, regulatory mechanisms imbalance and energy disorders (p 0.05 compared to the control group of healthy individuals), which is detected by bioelectrography of exhaled air condensate. The obtained data can be used in preparation of complex programs for prevention of morbidity and disability of children and medical and social rehabilitation of disabled children in Voronezh and in other territories.

During last three decades, there is a dramatic improvement in the survival of children and adolescents with cancer. This progress has been possible because of the recent programs of improved therapy (radiotherapy, chemotherapy). There are different toxic effects in patients who have received chemotherapy and radiotherapy. One of the most common late effects of anticancer treatment in children and adolescents is endocrine disorders. Radiotherapy, alkylating agents, high-dose chemotherapy with stem-cell transplantation are the main risk factors of endocrine impairment. All parts of endocrine system are involved in the pathologic process during and after the end of treatment of children and adolescents. Abnormalities in hypothalamo-pituitary function, thyroid function, adrenal function, gonadal function are variably associated with anticancer therapy. Different metabolic disturbances, abnormal sexual development and infertility are caused by the dysfunction of endocrine system. There are immediate (during therapy) and delayed (after the end of treatment) onset late effects of antineoplastic therapy. Early diagnosis and early treatment of complications - as the main factors to improve the results of treatment and quality of life of patients surviving cancer. The aim of this article to analyze the possible range of endocrine disturbance in children and adolescents after anticancer treatment, the necessary intensive follow-up for survivors after the diagnosis of cancer and the treatment of possible endocrine disorders.

Atrophic rhinitis in swine is a disease of uncertain etiology in which infectious agents, hereditary predisposition, and metabolic disturbances have been reported to be of primary etiologic importance. It shares many similarities, both clinically and pathologically, with ozena in man. The disease is characterized by deformity and reduction in volume of the nasal turbinates. The fundamental cause for the localized lesion of bone in the nasal turbinates has not been established. Reduced osteogenesis, increased resorption related to inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane, and excessive resorption due to osteocytic osteolysis stimulated by hyperparathyroidism have been suggested as possible pathogenetic mechanisms. The objectives of this investigation were to evaluate ultrastructurally bone cells in the nasal turbinates of pigs with experimentally induced atrophic rhinitis, and to compare these findings to those in control pigs of the same age and pigs with the naturally occurring disease, in order to define the fundamental lesion responsible for the progressive reduction in volume of the osseous core.
