In the article investigated the essence of enterprises technological develop-ment and defined its directions, tasks, conditions and results. Substantiated similarities and differences of categories "technological development" and "technological processes development". Conducted analysis existing approaches to defining the "technological process" concept and its consideration as a system. Characterized the main structural components of technological process. The basic principles of the technological processes’ system-component development concept of the machine-building enterprises are offered and defined. It is concluded that a modern machine-building enterprise can be studied as a complex organized system, the components of which are constantly changing, being in interaction with each other. It is theoretically substantiated that the technological development of machine-building enterprises involves the improvement of the production process, search for new technological solutions, modernization of fixed assets, development and implementation of new technological processes, new information technologies, computers and modern actuators. It is proved that the technological development of the enterprise is determined by the efficiency of reproduction of innovations, which are reflected in the main factors of production, in the structure of their management, as well as in new products. It should be aimed, on the one hand, at maintaining the proper condition and development of the technical and technological base of the industrial enterprise, and on the other - at the stable use of new advanced technologies in all spheres of economic activity of the business entity. It is concluded that increasing the level of technological development of the machine-building enterprise is a transition to a new state of economic activity with efficient use of existing resources and factors of production, research and development, improvement of management system, employee motivation. It is substantiated that the development of effective management mechanisms in the direction of ensuring the development of technological processes of machine-building enterprises requires, first of all, the formation of conceptual foundations of management processes.

В статье рассматривается проблема создания автоматизированных систем, удовлетворяющих требованиям современного производства (универсальность, многофункциональность и комплексность), прежде всего, должны быть созданы специальные методология и теория, раскрывающие процессы проектирования, представляемые в математическом, формализованном и программном виде. Авторами предлагается формализация процесса проектирования и технологии, на основе которой создана система автоматизации проектирования, что позволит проектировать технологические процессы (ТП) для разнообразных изделий, в том числе ранее не производившихся. Разработка математических моделей ТП механической обработки деталей обеспечит объективное принятие технологических решений и будет отражать динамику качественного и количественного преобразования заготовок в процессе производства. Практической значимостью работы является создание и апробация ПО «Система автоматизированных рабочих мест машиностроительных предприятий», в которой разработаны АРМ технологических служб и подразделений, а именно АРМ отдела технолога. Для реализации цели, разработанный АРМ обеспечивает выполнение двух основных направлений деятельности. Во-первых, обеспечивает возможность разработки и внедрения ТП, средств автоматизации и механизации, оптимизации режимов работы универсального оборудования, и оборудования с числовым программным управлением. Во-вторых, реализует своевременную разработку технических заданий для обеспечения структурных подразделений (цехов, участков) специальной оснасткой, инструментом и приспособлениями, предусмотренными технологией, нестандартным оборудованием средствами автоматизации и механизации. В результате проведенных исследований, получены: 1. Методика проектирования основных этапов ТП изготовления деталей, основанная на объективных критериях выбора технологических параметров, что обеспечит исключение ошибок на начальном этапе. Разработан общий алгоритм решения технологической задачи. 2. Методика назначения переходов и составления планов обработки, в основу которой положен принцип выполнимости определенным методом текущего перехода, а именно, выполнение характеристик. 3. Методика оснащения ТП позволяет учитывать геометрические и точностные параметры, дополнительные требования к поверхности на конкретных стадиях с учетом текущей производственной ситуации. The problem of development special software for the automation for design of technological processes that meets the requirements of modern production – universality, multifunctionality and complexity are considered. The authors propose – CAD is developed, which will make it possible to design technological processes for a wide variety of products, including new ones that have not previously entered production. The practical significance of the work is the creation and testing of the software «System of automated workstations of machine-building enterprises», in AWP of the technologist's department, were developed. The first direction provides the possibility of developing and implementing processes. The second the timely development of technical specifications for the provision of structural units (workshops and sections) with special equipment, tools and devices provided for by technology. As a result of the research, the methods of designing technological processes for machining parts were obtained: 1. Methodology for designing the main stages based on objective criteria for the selection of technological parameters, which ensures the elimination of errors at the initial stage of the technological process formation 2. The method of assigning transitions and drawing up processing plans, based on the principle of the feasibility of the current transition by a certain method, namely, the fulfillment of the characteristics that need to be obtained at the current transition. 3. The technique of equipping the technological process allows taking into account the geometric and precision parameters, additional requirements for the surface at specific stages based on the current production situation.

International economic activity occupies a special place in a complex system of the global economic relations. It reflects the mutual economic dependence of trade and economic activities of different countries of the world. The significance of the development of international economic performance of each country is growing. The purpose of the article is to determine the current state and trends of international economic performance of Ukraine, taking into account changes in the external environment. SWOT-analysis was introduced to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and ways to overcome weaknesses, solve problems in international economic activity, use strengths and opportunities. International economic activity is a powerful factor in the development of the country's economy and has a significant potential in regard of natural, economic and human resources, but the study has also revealed problems and negative trends. To identify trends in the effectiveness of the country's international economic activity, export-import performance indicators for 2019, 2020 and similar indicators for 2013 were analyzed. In 2020 a decline in exports in the machine-building industry is observed. Furthermore, the exports are dominated by the raw material component. The growth rate of exported goods refers to industries with a small share of value added. At the same time, imports are dominated by high-tech products, indicating a lack of strategy of technical and technological development, which leads to the deindustrialization of the country, which is a significant threat to the economy of Ukraine as a whole and its international economic activity. In the context of economic globalization, the importance of international economic relations is growing. To increase the efficiency of international economic performance it is crucial to address a number of domestic issues: stabilization of political situation, termination of military actions in the east of the country, overcoming corruption, ensuring technical and technological development, implementation of innovations at enterprises, development and implementation of multi-vector strategy, implementation of the strategy of public diplomacy in order to build a positive image of Ukraine. Further research will focus on assessing the effectiveness of international economic activity, identifying threats to national competitiveness and elaborating recommendations for overcoming them.

The role of technological renewal in the efficiency of machine - building enterprises is shown. The essence of the method of assessing the quality and efficiency of technological renewal of the machine-building enterprise is revealed. The indicators used in assessing the quality and efficiency of technological renewal of machine-building enterprises are systematized. Features of formation of policy of technological updating of the enterprises of machine-building branch are allocated. The importance of technological renewal of machine-building enterprises in the introduction of innovative technologies in the system of crisis management of the enterprise is shown.

The mechanism of management of the export potential of the machine-building enterprise on the principle of import substitution of the component of material costs is developed. This mechanism provides for the definition of export volumes of sales of products in value terms and reflects the interconnection of key production and economic indicators of the enterprise with the account of the needs of the external market in the context of implementation of measures of import substitution of material costs. The target function, which is a criterion for determining the limits of the level of import substitution of the component of material costs and the possibilities of creating a reserve of growth of the export potential of the machine-building enterprise based on increasing its competitiveness, is determined. It has been developed the model for determining the limitations of using the export potential of an enterprise with a view to minimize material costs when introducing measures for their import substitution, taking into account the pricing policy aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. On the example of the results of the production and economic activity of the machine-building enterprise PJSC "Hydrosila" it is defined that the introduction of measures of import substitution of the component of material costs gives positive results in terms of improving the efficiency of the enterprise. It is proved by the relevant calculations for determining the "upper" and "lower" limits of the growth of profitability of sales. The developed mechanism for managing the export potential of a machine-building enterprise can be practically used in the economic activity of machine-building enterprises in order to find the optimal correlation between export sales volumes, production costs, material costs and profits.

Management environment system is a comprehensive and coordinated component in the provision of economic functionality of a machine-building enterprise, which predetermines the need to examine it. A difference in the level of innovativeness of innovation-oriented enterprises in machine engineering that operate within the framework of technological stages IV and V requires a substantiation of recommended values of indicators of the dynamics of executing economic functions by management environment system for each group separately.The goal of present work is to substantiate the recommended values of indicators of the dynamics of executing economic functions by management environment system as a result of comparing machine building enterprises at technological stages IV and V in terms of its component environments and phases of innovation-oriented development within an organization.We compared a range of recommended (indicative) values of indicators of the dynamics by the relevant indicators of effectiveness of executing economic functions by the component environments of management environment system at the machine building enterprises of technological stages IV and V in terms of performing dynamic economic functions: enhancing capability in comprehensive staff retention, increasing financial motivation and safety for employees, growth in profitability by increasing the potential of employees’ experience, development of innovative potential by developing the intellectual one; increasing the provision with reliable partners, increasing savings on costs, increasing the economic substantiation of interaction in ecosystem, development of consumer interest towards innovation; increasing the supply of active main assets for core activity, renewal of technical and technological states, actively increasing the share of intellectual property in assets, increasing active innovation. The novelty of present research is in the identification of differences in the range of values for indicators of the dynamics by economic indicators of effectiveness in the functioning of management environment system for the enterprises that operate within the framework of technological stages IV and V, and the substantiation of their drivers.A practical result of the study is a deepened analysis of economic indicators of effectiveness in the execution of economic functions by management environment system with the substantiation of their comparison by the machine building enterprises that operate within the framework of technological stages IV and V.A direction for further research is the substantiation of achieving indicators of the dynamics of execution of economic functions for financial-investment environment system at a machine building enterprise.

The article presents the list of singular indicators of technological support of technologies and the method of determining their actual values and their quality levels. According to the results of determining the quality level of technological processes, one of three management decisions can be made. The paper describes singular quality indicators that are directly related to the quality of technological processes in the machine-building industry, at the stage of design and preparation of technical documentation. And also presented are complex quality indicators, based on which determine the generalized indicator of quality of the evaluated technological process. As a result of the work the features of conformity assessment of technological processes and related mandatory requirements are formed. Also described is the process of obtaining a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the quality of the technological process with a detailed description of all necessary formulas
