Community Development Activities (IbM) is designed to address the problems faced by partner companies. The implementation of IbM will be carried out by the following methods: a) Transfer of Application of Sanitation and Hygiene Standard to Pempek Production, c) Management training, financial management of production and marketing management, d) Monitoring and Evaluation.  The results of IbM activities that have been done is the aid of mixing machine pempek dough dedicated to Partners 2, while for Part 1 in the form of fretrer polytron and vacum sealer. However, the pempping stirrer can be used, after the electric power of partner 2 plus the power to 1300 watts. Mitra 1 (Pempek Maliana) is more open and creative in developing pempek products, while partner 2 (Pempek Sulfat 28) still adheres to pempek that already exist in Malang with the same appearance and hard. Assistance and counseling to open insight and add skills have been done but at Partner 2 is still not able to adopt it. Partner 1 is already more advanced in terms of innovation and creativity in products and marketing.Keywords: competitiveness, micro business, pempek, tropical vegetables

The phenomenon of ever-increasing needs, such as the need for goods and services in household life, requires that people seek alternative income by producing processed food. However, to increase the processed food business, it does not only focus on the product aspect, but must also pay attention to marketing management and financial aspects so that this becomes the concern of the women's group of Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training to women's groups to increase their understanding and ability to produce and develop processed food and use accounting to support the progress of their business. This activity provides an understanding of how to calculate product costs and prices (cost accounting), and accounting (financial aspect). In addition, the women's group was given training from marketing management aspect that how to make brands and register their product brands to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights. Based on the results of the implementation of Community Service activities related to providing management training and financial empowerment programs for women in productive food management, there is enthusiasm from women's groups in Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. This Community Service Activity have been an impact on increasing knowledge in the field of small business management, especially in the field of trademarks and determining the price and break-even point. In addition, it also has an impact on knowledge about small business financial management, especially in the field of simple financial statement and profit and loss calculations, and also pricing.

Makassar city is one of the cities in Indonesia that can not be separated from the problem of street children. Street children are a very vulnerable social group from various acts of violence, whether physical, emotional, sexual or social violence. Therefore, through the program of dedication to the community intend to participate actively in solving the problems of street children through the program "SARJANA (Sarana Belajar Anak Jalanan): Empowerment of Independent Street Children, Creative, and Innovative Through Entrepreneurship Education". The expected expenditure of this program is to enable street children to become independent, creative and innovative in that it no longer becomes a begging demanding society through entrepreneurship education and the provision of appropriate skills in a relatively short period of time. Methods of implementation are: (1) providing entrepreneurial materials, (2) Production and Financial Management materials, (3) Marketing Management Materials, (4) motivational materials, (5) monitoring and evaluation. The result of this devotion is that the built children already have the creative ability to produce various products that can be the future to be self-supporting.

Sumber pendapatan Desa Mojorejo pada tahun 2020 yang berjumlah Rp. 1. 880.871.300 dengan adanya rencana pembangunan pada berbagai sektor terutama pada pembangunan jalan di beberapa  dusun dengan total jumlah anggaran mencapai ±Rp. 900.000.000 kemudian pembangunan gedung BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) sebesar Rp. 100.000.000 dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Mojorejo dengan sebagian besar anggaran berasal dari DD (Dana Desa) mampu memberikan peluang berupa tindakan penimpangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pembinaan dan pengawasan keuangan Desa oleh Pemerintah Derah Kabupaten Lamongan di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Modo khususnya dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa yang mana peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya pembinaan dan pengawasan oleh Pemerintah Daerah yang dilaksanakan Inspektorat Kabupaten Lamongan dan Dinas PMD (Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa) Kabupaten Lamongan memberikan dampak yang jelas terkait pengelolaan keuangan Desa Mojorejo dimana pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi terkontrol dan disiplin melalui upaya monitoring dan evaluasi seacara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kata Kunci: Pembinaan dan Pengawasan, Pemerintah Daerah, Keuangan, Desa, Inspektorat, Dinas PMD, BPD.     Mojorejo village’s income sources in 2020 amounting to 1.880.871.300 Rupiahs with development plansin various sectors, especially in road construction in several hamlets with a total ±Rp. 900.000.000 Rupiahs and then the construction of BUMDES (Village Owned Enterprise) building of 100.000.000 Rupiahs and public empowerment with a large portion of the budget coming from Village Fund (Dana Desa) could provide opportunities in the form of irregularities in village financial management. This research was conducted to determine how the form of guidance and supervision of Village finances by the Regional Government of Lamongan Regency in Mojorejo Village, Modo District, especially in village financial management where the researcher uses a qualitative research approach and this type of descriptive research. The research result show the role of guidance and supervision by the Regional Government carried out by the Inspectorate of  Lamongan Regency, the Dinas PMD Kabupaten Lamongan, and financial supervisory agencies (Inspectorate) have had a clear impact on the financial management of Mojorejo Village where the financial management becomes controlled and disciplined through direct and indirect monitoring and evaluation efforts. Purpose: This study sought to assess the determinants of sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study specifically focused on community participation, financial administration, training and leadership and management on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The variables were anchored by the freirean theory, results theory, competency theory and the systems theory.Methodology: The study adopted a descriptive research design and the population included donor funded project managers, donor agencies and project beneficiaries. Mugenda and Mugenda’s sample determination formula to acquire a sample size of 246 respondents. Further, the study employed stratified sampling so as to determine the exact number of respondents from the different categories. Primary data was collected through semi structured questionnaire while secondary data was collected through  desk search techniques from the internet from past scholarly articles. Quantitative data was analysed using a multivariate regression model while qualitative data was analysed using content analysis method.Results: Inferential results revealed a positive and significant relationship between community participation and sustainability of donor funded community projects and also positive and significant association between financial management and sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.Contribution: The study concluded that an improvement in various indicators of community participation such as donor funded community projects leaders’ vision, community empowerment and community decision-making, programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, leadership and management skills, establishment of linkages between project components, supervision and mobilization of local resources will result to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County. The study also concluded that improvement in some of the indicators that define financial management results to positive and significant effect on sustainability of donor funded community projects in Garissa County.

This study aims to: (1) Determine the organizational structure of the Banda Aceh City Training Center (PPLM) fighting class (2) Know the stages of the process carried out in the recruitment of athletes at the Banda Aceh City Level Training Center for Students Training (3) Knowing management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the achievements of athletes of the Center for Student Training Development (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City. (4) Knowing the implementation of financial management in the Center for the Training of Student Training (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City degree. (5) Knowing the implementation of the management training of the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The study was conducted at the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The unit of analysis is the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. (1) Organizational Structure of the Center for Training of Students Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh has been good which already has elements of the organization that continues to strive to facilitate athletes to excel. (2) The process of recruiting athletes has been carried out well because it is very selective and in accordance with the criteria / marking as determined by the standards of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (3) The implementation of facilities and infrastructure management is not good, this is because the supporting media for PPLM athlete facilities is not yet complete and only utilize what is there. (4) The implementation of financial management has been carried out well because it is in accordance with their respective portions. (5) The implementation of training management in the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM) has been going well. Considering the allocation of funds from the APBN and ABPD which is limited to each year, so that management only maximizes in accordance with the allocation of existing funds. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui struktur organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (2) Mengetahui proses tahapan yang dilakukan dalam perekrutan atlet di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (3) Mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung prestasi atlet Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (4) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (5) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen latihan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Unit analisisnya adalah Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (1) Struktur Organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah sudah baik dimana sudah memiliki unsur-unsur organisasi yang terus berupaya memfasilitasi atlet untuk berprestasi. (2) Proses perekrutan atlet sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sangat selektif dan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria/ bencmarking sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh standar Kemenpora Republik Indonesia (3) Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan media pendukung fasilitas atlet PPLM belum lengkap sepenuhnya dan hanya memanfaatkan apa yang ada saja. (4) Pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. (5) Pelaksanaan manajemen latihan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Mengingat alokasi dana dari APBN dan ABPD yang terbatas pada setiap tahunnya, sehingga pengelolaan hanya memaksimalkan sesuai dengan alokasi dana yang ada. In Indonesia, the age between 0-6 years is agreed, which is explained in article 28 of the Law on the National Education System no. 20 of 2003 paragraph 1 explained that "early childhood is a child who falls in the age range of 0-6 years". Thus it can be stated that early childhood is a child in the range of 0-6 years who have growth and development according to their characteristics. In Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, there are 6 (six) Pos PAUD. Pos PAUD Putih Melati is one of the Pos PAUD located in RW 1, Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District. This Pos PAUD was created with the aim of meeting the needs of the surrounding community, especially with regard to early childhood education. So far, Pos PAUD have been managed more based on principles from, by and for the community. The method used in this PkM is the transfer of knowledge and discussion of problems. The implementation of activities in the form of management training and financial administration of Pos PAUD, procurement of Educational Game Equipment (APE), procurement of APE storage lockers, and procurement of Pos PAUD financial administration books. Financial Management and Administration Training for the managers of Pos PAUD Putih Melati was the result of the initial discussion. Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

Budget and budget absorption are very important in the sustainability of a budgeting system at state universities. Budget absorption is used as an indicator of performance measurement in a university. The opinion of budget managers is an important factor in efforts to optimize the budget. Therefore, research on the perception of budget managers on the determinants of budget acceptance in state university is very important, especially for new state universities (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Baru/PTNB), including University of Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVYK). The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables that affect budget absorption at UPNVYK. The variables are budgeting plan, budgeting management, human resource, procurement of goods dan services (Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa, PBJ), bureaucratic environment, monitoring and evaluation systems, and organizational commitment. This research is expected to formulate recommendations about budget policymaking and its implementation in UPNVYK management in particular and new state universities in general. It is hoped the research will become one of the policy making materials for UPNVYK management on budget implementation from the perception aspect and point of view of managers of the procurement of goods/services.The population of this research is financial management employees in all work units at UPNVYK which consists of 15 work units. The sample of the population is people who have certain positions related to the budget and management of the procurement of goods/services. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This research data is primary data and secondary data. Secondary data comes from work units and rector regulations at UPNVYK. Primary data using a closed or open questionnaire on the perception of financial management employees at UPNVYK. The result of this research is that the most important issue of budget absorption at UPNVYK is the existence of organizational commitment and commitment from all employees in each unit on various issues related to budget absorption at University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta.
