The study is based on the methodology of personal and communicative-informational approaches in education, psychological-pedagogical provisions on the structure of communication, the leading role of learning activity, didactic principles of building an educational-informational environment. In theoretical terms, the study is based on the idea of the indirect implementation of ICT in education through the development of educational communications. The developing structure of educational communications, including didactic, informational-gnostic, interactive, psychological, attractive-motivational, value-semantic components, is presented. The possibilities of developing personal potential in educational communications are considered. The author’s developmental model of ICT functions is presented, which includes clusters of actual and latent functions aimed at the formation of information-educational space for the development of students’ personal potential. In conclusion, a inference was made about the prospects of the indirect introduction of modern ICT as tools for the development and functioning of various educational communications. At the same time, it is essential that these communications perform psychological and pedagogical tasks and functions.

The scenario based e-learning in Electrical Engineering Education Learning (EEEL) was developed by covering the scope and characteristics of all subjects and the competence unit of graduates in the field of pedagogy, professional, social and personality, with url addresed http://jpte-ft-unimed.edu20.org. The scenario incorporates the concept of Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL), by supporting of Information Communication Technology (ICT) to establish the competence of the students, from beginners to become proficient, as the teachers of electrical engineering, and the electrical technicians. Based on the analysis, it obtained the students’ learning motivation, the lecturers’ attitude in teaching, and the students’ learning outcome are tend to be high, and the competence of the students who used the model are better than not use.

In the Romanian educational system, the concept of competence is relatively new, its appearance and use being related to the curricular perspective of educational organization. Synthetically, competence can be defined as ”an ensamble of `savoir faire` (know how) and `savoir-e’tre’ (manners) allowing a good accomplishment of a role, of a function or of an activity” (D`Hainaut). The model of curricular projection centered on competences is meant to improve the efficiency of the internal structure of the curriculum, and of the teaching, learning and evaluation processes. This ”new educational target” aims to: -focus on the final learnig acquisitions; accenuate the action-related dimension of the pupil’s personality; clearly define the school offer according to the pupil’s interests and skills, and to social expectations. Thus it is possible for the modern education to assume an increasing autonomy for the one who learns, so that the differences between the world of education/school/ the didactic process and the real (social, professional) world may palpably decrease.

The wide utilisation of information communication technology has significantly affected also a development of logistics services concepts. Consequently, research in the area of virtual companies including logistics services is developing. Presented visions are commandingly optimistic, even though sceptics are already gathering counter-arguments against those visions. As an important factor of strengthening, the above-mentioned optimistic vision can be accounted for by a tendency of wider applications of outsourcing. Activities carried out by specialised external providers for a larger number of customers are usually cheaper, particularly because of fixed costs. Moreover, organisations that provide outsourcing bring into partnership their own know-how from optimisation of logistical activities. Cooperation in this field helps to eliminate or reduce unexpected idle periods in transport, such as long transport routes, reloading, customs clearing, and other. A higher form of outsourcing is the inclusion of logistical centers (LC) into a supply chain (SC). With the progressing globalization, the significance of integrated logistical centers is increasing. The aim of the article is to describe the concept of an integrated architecture of a logistic center reflecting progressive trends in logistic management. It also includes a model of features for a designing of a virtual logistical center and description of typical signs of virtual corporations.

The current study aims to investigate the role of using Information Communication Technology in motivating Moroccan English Department Students to learn during COVID-19 quarantine that lasted from the mid of March to the mid of July. Distance education or emergency remote instruction has become the standard way of teaching and learning during COVID-19. Hence, many universities have started uploading their lesson materials to different platforms. However, many students feel unmotivated to learn using ICT. To prove this hypothesis, a questionnaire in Google Forms was submitted to 114 students from some Moroccan English Department students to investigate the motivating and demotivating factors behind using ICT. Both open and closed-ended questions were used. Moreover, a focus group on the topic of motivation during distance education was conducted for more in-depth data. The results revealed that the most highly motivating factor behind using ICT to learn is attributed to extrinsic factors, whereas the demotivating factors are about lack and weakness of connection and lack of orientation. It is highly recommended that educational administrators and authorities respond to students’ needs.

The success of governmental e-transactions in developing countries is due to the effective utilization of information communication technology. The current literature reports that e-transactions can meet with citizen reluctance. Due to its nature as a sociotechnical system, this article investigates the role of sociotechnical factors in the endorsement of e-transactions. Quantitative research was conducted to analyze online data from 663 participants from a population of 80,000 online users. Structural equation modelling was also performed to examine the association between sociotechnical factors and the acceptance of e-transactions. The results suggest that sociotechnical factors influence the usage of e-transactions. Thus, a theoretical sociotechnical model was developed which includes three levels: technical, organizational and social. A number of design and implementation activities, related to the three theorized levels, were suggested to guide governments in increasing the acceptance of e-transactions.
