According to the results of the field researches, the state of the natural complexes of the territory (about 140 hectares) within the Yampil administrative district of Sumy region is characterized, the expediency of creation of a landscape reserve of the local value "Govorunovsky" in the studied territory is determined. Based on the analysis of flora and vegetation, it has been established that most of the territory of the proposed reserve is occupied by peaty meadows dominated by Deschampsia caespitosa (L.) Beauv and a number of typical meadow and meadow-swamp species. They are also growing here Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim., Lysimachia vulgaris L., Veratrum lobelianum Bernh., Cicuta virosa L., Alopecurus pratensis L., Festuca pratensis Huds., Juncus conglomeratus L., Carex hirta L., Ranunculus acris L., Achillea submillefolium Klok. et Krytzka, Epilobium palustre L., Geum urbanum L., Galium mollugo L., Stellaria graminea L., Potentilla anserina L., Humulus lupulus L. In the more dry areas which are strip-shaped along the northern boundary of the projected reserve and, accordingly, the pine forest, grassy groups formed with the dominance of Agrostis canina L. or Nardus stricta L. It is noted that quite active natural restoration of tree species, such as Pinus sylvestris L., Betula pendula Roth, Pyrus communis L., occurs throughout the area of the proposed reserve. It has been shown that the sozological value of the reserve lies in the presence of typical for the floodplains of small rivers of Polissya natural complexes, as well as the presence in the flora of the species of the Red Book of Ukraine ‒ Dactylorhiza fuchsii (Druce) Soo, a number of valuable medicinal plants (Valeriana exaltata J. C. Mikan, Sanquisorba officinalis L., Achillea submillefolium Klock. et Krytzka, Mentha arvensis L., Thymus marschallianus Willd., Potentilla erecta (L.) Raeusch. etc.).

The problems of modern geological ecology associated with the study of pollution of sediments of water bodies by heavy metals are considered. The Volga River basin is quite heterogeneous, both in geomorphological and hydrological terms, and in thechnogenical development and usage. A fourrank taxonomy is presented for the selection of sites for monitoring, based on a combination of natural, landscape, climatic and thechnogenical factors. To the largest – the highest taxon – sites of the Ist category – bowls of reservoirs with the slopes and the urban zones, industrial and agricultural structures located within them are carried. Within these areas are allocated to smaller taxa, areas category IInd are the industrial and urban zones, areas category IIIrd are the small rivers without significant contamination and areas category IVth to conduct special observations. The examples of special observations in the study of the annual migration of heavy metals in the system «bottom sediments – water column» on the Ivankovo reservoir are highlighted. The investigations were carried out under the conditions of the standard flow rate for this reservoir and in the conditions of slow water exchange.

The management of surface watercourses is an urgent scientific task. The article presents the results of statistical processing of long-term monthly data of field observations of hydrological and hydrochemical parameters along the Upper Yerga small river in the Vologda region. Sampling estimates of statistical parameters are obtained, autocorrelation and correlation analyzes are performed. The limiting periods from the point of view of pollution for water receivers receiving wastewater from drained agricultural areas are identified.

Problems of providing the population and agricultural production by qualitative potable and process water in the Central Yakutia are covered. This territory belongs to the region with acute shortage of water resources which is always a limiting factor of development of agricultural production. For the solution of this burning issue in the 80th years of the last century along the small rivers the systems of hydraulic engineering constructions providing requirements with process water practically of all settlements of the Central Yakutia were constructed. At a construction of all hydraulic engineering buildings the method of construction with preservation of soils of the basis of constructions in a frozen state was applied. When warming the climate which is observed in recent years hydraulic engineering constructions built in regions of a wide spread occurance of breeds of an ice complex and with the considerable volume of water weight, were especially vulnerable. On character and a design they experience continuous threat of damage and demand very attentive relation from the operating organizations. Taking this into account, safe operation of hydraulic engineering constructions in a zone of distribution of permafrost breeds demands new approaches. The article examines features of hydraulic engineering constructions’ operation of agricultural water supply objects in the Central Yakutia. Distinctiveness of hydraulic engineering constructions’ operation is that stability of constructions is intimately bound to temperature impact of a reservoir on ground dams’ body and the basis of constructions. The possibility of inclusion of ways for an intensification of a freezing of constructions in the structure of operational actions is studied. The new method on safe operation of hydraulic engineering constructions as prewinter abatement of the water level in a reservoir accounting volumes and norms of water consumption of the settlement is offered.

The key aspects of the process of designing and developing an information and cartographic control tool with business analytics functions for the municipal level of urban management are considered. The review of functionality of the developed tool is given. Examples of its use for the analysis and monitoring of implementation of the program of complex development of territories are given. The importance of application of information support of management and coordination at all levels of management as an integral part of the basic model of management and coordination system of large-scale urban projects of dispersed construction is proved. Information and map-made tool with business intelligence functions was used and was highly appreciated in the preparation of information-analytical and presentation materials of the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. Its use made it possible to significantly optimize the list of activities of the program of integrated development of territories, their priority and timing.
