ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of interpersonal communication leader on employee attitudes at Convection Unlimited Bandung. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the leader's interpersonal communication on the attitude of the employees given, the tasks by the leader and the magnitude of the influence employees at work. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive-type research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a number of respondents as many as 20 people. The data analysis technique used is the approach Field surveys are then analyzed to draw conclusions Based on the test results, the t-value iscount 5.66 compared to the value of ttable is equal to the value of (0.05) df = nk-1 that is equal to ttable at df=20-2=98 with (0.05) obtained ttable of 2.101. it can be concluded that the value of tcount (5,66) greater than ttable (2.101), the Sig value is also obtained. < (0.05) i.e. 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, it means that the Leadership Interpersonal Communication has a significant influence on employee attitudes. The conclusion of this study is that with a positive influence it shows the better interpersonal communication by the leadership at Convection Unlimited Bandung will have an impact on improving employee attitudes at work, and vice versa the worse interpersonal communication by the leadership at Konveksi Unlimited will be have an impact on decreasing employee attitudes at work.

The purpose of this research is to find out the variables that affect the employee performances in PT. XYZ. The population consist of employee  of PT. XYZ using probability sampling method that of 127 respondents, 85 (67%) were male and 42 (33%) were women.. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of the testing of hypotheses shows that physical work environment, remuneration, status, social work environment, recognition, supervision, work itself, achievement has significant influence to employee performances.

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to find the influence of service qualitywhich including: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy oncustomer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan. The population in this research are the PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan guests which approximately about 326 persons. The sample in this research are 77 persons of PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan customers with accidental sampling method and Slovin formula to analyze the simple data. Data collected using a questionnaire technique with likert’ss scale, documentation, and interview. The data analysis technique in this research are using a validity and reliability test, classical assumption test and linear regression processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows version 18.00 computer application program. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence on service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfactionAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, kesigapan, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pustaka Kandangan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah tamu-tamu dari PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan sejumlah sekitar 326 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 77 orang yang diambil dengan metode accidental sampling dan formula slovin untuk menganalisis data sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear yang diproses dengan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Kerta Gaya Pusaka Kandangan.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan

This study aimed to determine the influence of the implementation Good Corporate Governance and the existence of awig - awig on the financial performance of LPD with Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderated variable in the LPD in Mengwi sub-district. This study used a saturated sampling method and the data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. T test results show that:1) Good Corporate Governance had a positive effect on Financial Performance; 2) The existence of Awig-awig had a positive effect on financial performance; 3) Tri Hita Karana Culture strengthens the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance; 4) Tri Hita Karana's culture strengthens the influence of Awig-awig's Existence on Financial Performance.

Abstract   The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing..   Keywords: Development, Model, Passing   Abstrak   Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola.   Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Model, Passing

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Regression multiple linier model in this research is Y = 0,142 + 0,586XK + 0,199XI + 0,227XD + e. Keywords: Employees Performance, Competence, Incentive, Dicipline

The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of DAR (Debt to Asset Ratio) , size, risk, tax, and liquidity on profitability (Return On Asset Ratio). This research is classified under a casual research and using purposive sampling method, thus 27 companies have been acquired that meet the criteria. A data analysis technique was used multiple linier regression analysis. The object of this study were listed mining sector company of Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 – 2015. The data is documented from company financial and annual report. The methods of data analysis were multiple regression model. The result of this study indicates that DAR, risk, tax, and liquidity has no influence on company’s profitability. Meanwhile, size of the company has a positive influence on company’s profitability that represented by return on asset ratio.

This research aims to determine the effect of earnings management, board of commissioners size, institutional ownership, and quality audits of the cost of capital for Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) in the period 2010-2012. Purposive sampling method used in determining the sample resulted in 23 of 141 observations were carried out on state-owned enterprises listed on BUMN for the period 2010-2012. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression. The test results indicate that earnings management and institutional ownership partially negatively affect the cost of capital. The test results indicate that earnings management and institutional ownership partially negatively affect the cost of capital.

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.

This research is motivated by the high turnover among Y and Z generation caused by the level of. work stress caused by workload and unclear work procedures. This study aimed to determine job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between work stress and turnover intention. This study used quantitative methods with full sampling and respondents as many as 65 employees. The data analysis technique was performed using SEM test with WarpPLS 7.0 software. Based on the test, results showed that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction is evident to be intervening variable.
