In a company, the accounting system is very important to manage the financial development, because it contains financial information that can be used to make a decision. Currently already developed Online Accounting Software, where the accounting system can be used anytime and anywhere with an internet connection without having to difficult to handle bookkeeping reports. An accountant is someone who has an important role in the success of financial processing company. Where, to facilitate the process of information media, accountants must be able to convey information both customers who work with the company in order to facilitate leadership in monitoring the company effectively and efficiently without having to come to the company. with Online Accounting Software will minimize criminality because it has been certified ISO / IEC 2700. And for the report has been stored on Cloud to facilitate the leadership of the company in monitoring financial reports in real-time. With the monitoring of customer data, the leader can view, add, delete, or change customer data to the company, so it can facilitate in managing and conveying the customer information that the company has.

n the finances of a company, to record any costs incurred by the company, such as promotional costs, advertising, water, electricity and others is certainly very important as evidence for the leadership of the company in taking a decision. And on this web-based online accounting system, there are cost facilities where the expenditure of each transaction can be recorded more effectively and efficiently. in this cost menu there are features such as making new fees to record new transaction costs incurred by the company. then at this cost facility can also be done to make the cost of spending using import facilities which can facilitate the accountant in recording the cost of expenditure without having to make costs one by one and facilitate the leadership of the company in monitoring the cost of corporate expenses. then on the cost menu also uses CRUD system (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) which can be done to change the cost that has been made before due to wrong set transaction date and other errors. Can remove expenses that have been paid or paid off of course. By using Online Accounting Software will minimize criminality on the company because it has been certified ISO / IEC 2700. And for important reports such as corporate expenses costs every month has been stored on the Cloud to facilitate the leadership of the company in monitoring financial reports in real-time. On this fee menu accountants can view, add, delete, or change customer data to the company, so it can facilitate in managing and convey information on monthly expenses on the company.

A student activity unit is a place for students to develop the talents, interests, expertise of each student, and the ability to socialize with the outside world. So, a high GPA will not guarantee that students will get success. However, the social skills that have been obtained in participating in UKM are the most valuable thing and at the same time are the key to the success of students in facing the outside world. MYOB accounting is an accounting software required by companies that are integrated (integrated software). In detail, the problem to be solved in this Community Service activity is whether through this training will be able to improve the ability of accounting SMEs in running Myob?. This community service activity is intended for SMEs to overcome their obstacles in preparing company financial reports. Activities that have been carried out are in the form of training on the use of accounting system simulation tools for SMEs with as many as 20 participants from UKM. The next activity is the implementation of simulation tools and mentoring activities are carried out. The evaluation results conclude that the Utilization Index of the tools assessed by UKM managers which are calculated using the usefulness index results in a range of IKP values ​​of 89 in the range b + 4c £IKP <a. IKP is at this interval, which means that UKM managers state that accounting simulation tools are very useful to be applied in UKM.

In the current era we have entered the disruptive 4.0 era where sophistication has been applied in the finance of a company to record every expense incurred by an institution or company. In the transaction process as it is now does not rule out the possibility of several triggers for making a deposit such as the example of a sales or purchase return and overpayment if it is not handled immediately it will arise as a financial report problem. The Cloud Accounting system is equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. The Cloud Accounting system is then equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. Where customer memo credit is the customer entrusting a sum of money to the company, it will be used as a payment on the upcoming sales bill. While supplier memo credit is the balance that arises due to overpayment, then the deposit will be used as a discount on future sales bills. The registration of new companies using WBAOS system is very important to advance the system on the company. After registering the company account the company administrator is responsible for making the information online. By adding and modifying the company's customer information or accountant can see the company's information such as a bank, a currency that can be used again. Data or information that can be provided at this time. Then the information can be more up to the customer and also can more easily carry out their duties. The use of the settings menu to set the start of the company using WBAOS 2.0 (Web Based Accounting Online System) can make it easier for administrators to prepare data or company information.

Abstrak Akuntansi merupakan suatu proses mencatat data,mengklasifikasikan data, meringkas data, melaporkan data, dan menganalisa data keuangan perusahaan (sebagai informasi untuk pejabat perusahaan dalam) mengambil keputusan serta mengevaluasi kegiatan yang sudah terjadi.Banyaknya data transaksi yang ada serta pengolahan data yang masih manual memungkinkan pada saat proses pencatatan terjadi kesalahan hitung, penyediaan laporan keuangan yang cukup lama, sulit memantau data terbaru ketersediaan obat, dan tidak efisien untuk membuat dan mencari data keuangan. Namun, data yang dihasilkan pun belum tentu sesuai dengan aslinya.Sehingga, suatu perusahaan perlu menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi untuk mengolah data keuangannya. Studi komparasi antara Myob,Accurate, dan Zahir untuk membandingkan perangkat lunak luar negri dan dalam negri (buatan indonesia dan asing). Software Myob adalah perangkat lunak yang berasal dari Australia (MYoB ialah satu software akuntansi yang ditujukan buat usaha kecil serta menengah (UKM) yang dibikin dengan terintegrasi (integrated software). Dikembangkan pertama kali oleh MYoB Limited Australia) sedangkan zahir dan Accurate adalah aplikasi pembukuan yang dapat membantu UMKM melakukan pencatatan pembukuan,transaksi penjualan,pembelian,inventaris, dan sebagainya. Serta mampu membuat penyusunan laporan keuangan dalam beberapa proses yang lebih mudah untuk digunakan dan hasil lebih akurat dengan sistem yang nyata. Oleh karena itu,penulis ingin menerapkan aplikasi akuntansi terbaik untuk pembuatan laporan keuangan secara tepat.   Kata Kunci :Pengertian Akuntansi, Software akuntansi, Laporan keuangan   Abstract Accounting is a process of recording data, classifying data, summarizing data, reporting data, and analyzing corporate financial data that can be used to make decisions and evaluate activities that have already taken place.The large amount of transaction data available and the processing of data that is still manual makes it possible to record errors when calculating, providing financial reports long enough, difficult to monitor the latest data availability of drugs, and inefficient to create and find financial data. However, the data generated was not necessarily in accordance with the original. So, a company needs to use an accounting application to process its financial data. Comparative study between Myob, Accurate, and Zahir to compare local (domestic) and foreign software. Myob is software or software from Australia. By grouping into multiple accounts will facilitate the process of financial information delivery. The data of all transactions will be entered into accounts that have been made previously. And if the accounts that have been used in the year are not reused, then the accountant can delete the account, then add a list of new accounts. However, if the account is still reused, the accountant can also archive the account, so the data will not be deleted, but only archived or hidden. In a company, the process of income and expense of money must have a profit-generating goal base. The success of financial management within the company, can be monitored from the ability of the financial management in managing the finances and utilize all the opportunities that exist with as much as possible with the aim to control the company's cash (cash flow) and the impact of generating profits in accordance with expectations. With a web-based online accounting system version 2.0, companies can be given the ease to manage money in and out of the company's cash. It has a user friendly system with navigation that makes it easy for the financial management to use it. Starting from the creation of a company's cash account used as a cash account and corporate bank account on the system, deletion or filing of cash accounts, up to the transfer invoice creation feature, receive and send money. Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
