n the finances of a company, to record any costs incurred by the company, such as promotional costs, advertising, water, electricity and others is certainly very important as evidence for the leadership of the company in taking a decision. And on this web-based online accounting system, there are cost facilities where the expenditure of each transaction can be recorded more effectively and efficiently. in this cost menu there are features such as making new fees to record new transaction costs incurred by the company. then at this cost facility can also be done to make the cost of spending using import facilities which can facilitate the accountant in recording the cost of expenditure without having to make costs one by one and facilitate the leadership of the company in monitoring the cost of corporate expenses. then on the cost menu also uses CRUD system (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) which can be done to change the cost that has been made before due to wrong set transaction date and other errors. Can remove expenses that have been paid or paid off of course. By using Online Accounting Software will minimize criminality on the company because it has been certified ISO / IEC 2700. And for important reports such as corporate expenses costs every month has been stored on the Cloud to facilitate the leadership of the company in monitoring financial reports in real-time. On this fee menu accountants can view, add, delete, or change customer data to the company, so it can facilitate in managing and convey information on monthly expenses on the company.

In a company, the accounting system is very important to manage the financial development, because it contains financial information that can be used to make a decision. An accountant is someone who has an important role in the success of financial processing company. Where, to facilitate the process of information media, accountants must be able to convey information both customers who work with the company in order to facilitate leadership in monitoring the company effectively and efficiently without having to come to the company. with Online Accounting Software will minimize criminality because it has been certified ISO / IEC 2700. In a company, the process of income and expense of money must have a profit-generating goal base. The success of financial management within the company, can be monitored from the ability of the financial management in managing the finances and utilize all the opportunities that exist with as much as possible with the aim to control the company's cash (cash flow) and the impact of generating profits in accordance with expectations. With a web-based online accounting system version 2.0, companies can be given the ease to manage money in and out of the company's cash. It has a user friendly system with navigation that makes it easy for the financial management to use it. Starting from the creation of a company's cash account used as a cash account and corporate bank account on the system, deletion or filing of cash accounts, up to the transfer invoice creation feature, receive and send money. The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

A student activity unit is a place for students to develop the talents, interests, expertise of each student, and the ability to socialize with the outside world. So, a high GPA will not guarantee that students will get success. However, the social skills that have been obtained in participating in UKM are the most valuable thing and at the same time are the key to the success of students in facing the outside world. MYOB accounting is an accounting software required by companies that are integrated (integrated software). In detail, the problem to be solved in this Community Service activity is whether through this training will be able to improve the ability of accounting SMEs in running Myob?. This community service activity is intended for SMEs to overcome their obstacles in preparing company financial reports. Activities that have been carried out are in the form of training on the use of accounting system simulation tools for SMEs with as many as 20 participants from UKM. The next activity is the implementation of simulation tools and mentoring activities are carried out. The evaluation results conclude that the Utilization Index of the tools assessed by UKM managers which are calculated using the usefulness index results in a range of IKP values ​​of 89 in the range b + 4c £IKP <a. IKP is at this interval, which means that UKM managers state that accounting simulation tools are very useful to be applied in UKM.

In the current era we have entered the disruptive 4.0 era where sophistication has been applied in the finance of a company to record every expense incurred by an institution or company. In the transaction process as it is now does not rule out the possibility of several triggers for making a deposit such as the example of a sales or purchase return and overpayment if it is not handled immediately it will arise as a financial report problem. The Cloud Accounting system is equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. The Cloud Accounting system is then equipped with a credit memo facility which is divided into 2 (two) parts, namely customer memo credit and supplier memo credit. Where customer memo credit is the customer entrusting a sum of money to the company, it will be used as a payment on the upcoming sales bill. While supplier memo credit is the balance that arises due to overpayment, then the deposit will be used as a discount on future sales bills. Assets are entities that are tangible or intangible and have economic value. In a company, assets are important, because assets are assets that must be managed properly to provide good benefits also to the company. Companies must be able to keep the value of each company's assets to always be at a high level, avoiding damage so that the value of the asset does not fall in the selling price. With asset management, companies are increasingly eager in planning outgoing expenses to maintain the value of existing assets, monitoring assets that are bought, sold, or otherwise depreciated. Asset management based on this online accounting system, companies get asset data reports, accumulated depreciation of each asset until the asset value is updated or real-time. Any assets that have been added in the system can be archived, edited or deleted. Import feature on this system also facilitate the company in doing penginputan asset data in large quantity. Abstrak -Teknologi informasi sangatlah penting bagi suatu perusahaan atau lembaga, baik dalam hal promosi atau pengolahan data administrasi. LPK Kurnia Dewi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa dengan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan kursus mengemudi mobil. Akan tetapi, sistem pembayaran, pendaftaran, dan promosi pada LPK Kurnia Dewi masih terdapat kendala. Untuk sistem pelayanan sudah menggunakan android namun untuk admin nya masih berbasis web, serta belum terkomputerisasinya sistem pelayanan pendaftaran serta sistem keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Berbasis Web untuk mempermudah dalam pengolahan pembayaran admin dan pendaftaran siswa melalui website, serta laporan keuangan lebih terperinci pada lembaga tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan program aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall yang terbagi menjadi lima tahapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya program pelayanan administrasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengelola pendaftaran, pembayaran, penjadwalan, absensi pelatihan dan sertifikat pelatihan siswa, serta resiko kehilangan data dapat di minimalisir.Kata Kunci : administrasi, berbasis web, sistem informasi.Abstract - Information technology is very important for a company or institution, both in terms of promotion or administrative data processing. LPK Kurnia Dewi is a company engaged in services by providing education and training in car driving courses. However, the payment system, registration, and promotion of LPK Kurnia Dewi still has obstacles. The service system uses Android, but the admin is still web-based, and the registration service system and financial system are not yet computerized. The purpose of this study is to create a Web-Based Administration Information Service System to facilitate the processing of admin payments and student registration through the website, as well as more detailed financial reports at the institution. The method used in making this application program is the waterfall method which is divided into five stages. The results of this study are the creation of a web-based administrative service program that can help companies manage registration, payment, scheduling, attendance training and student training certificates, and the risk of data loss can be minimized.Keywords: administrative, information systems, web based.

PT Barelang Elektrindo Eracemerlang comes from sales services in the form of services. In operational activities, because it is not a manufacturing company, it does not have fixed expenses, but there are many expenses in nominal amounts that are not large, so that the role of petty cash is very influential in carrying out the activities of a company that is engaged in other events. In addition, the management of the company's financial transactions and operations is still done manually, resulting in various problems in the absence of a computerized system. In this study the authors used two X variables consisting of management (X1), recording (X2) and one Y variable, namely petty cash. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Barelang Elektrindo Eracemerlang from 2014 to 2018. The sample in this study is financial reports for one year, January to December 2018. The result of research are Petty cash management at PT Barelang Elektrindo Era Cemerlang uses changing the fund system, where there are several established procedures for carrying out operational activities, such as the formation of petty cash funds, expenses, and refilling of petty cash funds. The petty cash management and recording system at PT Barelang Elektrindo Era Cemerlang has not been in accordance with existing accounting principles, seen from cash management that uses 2 (two) methods directly so that petty cash disbursements cannot be controlled or controlled properly.

CV Cipta Grafika is a company engaged in printing, for the needs of printing raw materials this company buys in cash or credit. In this study, researchers will discuss the process of purchasing printing material on credit, because in this process the existing application has not given maximum results, namely frequent errors in the presentation of data or information. Researchers will create a system of credit purchase and registration of web-based debt with MySQL as its database. The output of this system is payment of obligations to suppliers that are due and suppliers' record of debt records can be monitored. The creation of a purchasing and recording system is expected to make it easier to make the payment process, avoid mistakes, and can make time effective.
