The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

“The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of work motivation and working conditions on the performance of MSME employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. Techniques Data collection is done using a questionnaire with the linkert method. And the sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sample obtained is 37 employees from several MSMEs. In the test of the effect of work motivation, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Variable working conditions have a significant effect on employee performance. In the F test there is an influence between work motivation and working conditions on employee performance. And in the comparison test, there is a significant difference between work motivation and working conditions before and during covid-19. While in the employee performance variable there is no significant difference between employee performance before and during Covid-19”.

Research aims: This study aims to examine the role of career development in mediating the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational culture on employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a proportional stratified random sampling method with 126 permanent employees of local banks in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as research respondents. The respondents included Head Office, Main Branch Office, and Senopati Branch Office. The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire, and the secondary data were in the form of data or documents that supported and strengthened the primary information from books, magazines, journals, and other documents. Then, the analytical tool utilized in this study was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to test the research hypotheses.Research findings: The results showed that intellectual capital and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on career development and performance, but career development had no positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, career development could not mediate the effect of intellectual capital and organizational culture on performance.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study results contribute to the literature (body of knowledge), especially as additional discussion toward theory and literature related to intellectual capital, organizational culture, career development, and performance in local banks, which is still very limited.

Abstract. One form of crime against humanity is rape, sexual harassment, sexual slavery or other forms of sexual violence where the victims are often women. In dealing with cases of sexual violence, not only do we depend on government regulations that provide severe penalties for the perpetrators, but also the role of the surrounding community who care about social problems, especially community institutions. The role of institutions is very much needed in handling victims of sexual violence which have severe impacts on both children and adults. With this this set of background, Pulih Foundation was born as a psychological institution that provides counseling and assistance services for the recovery victims of sexual violence. This study aims to reveal how the stages and efforts to recover trauma of sexual violence victims to recover from the violence effects. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. Data collection consists of interview, observation and documentation. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Pulih Foundation has been making efforts to restore vvictims of sexual violence by providing assistance and counseling. In the recovery effort, victims of sexual violence go through the following stages: emotional stages such as the denial stage, the anger stage, the depression stage and the offer stage before finally reaching the acceptance stage.  Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan berupa pemerkosaan, pelecehan seksual, perbudakan seksual atau bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual lainnya yang korbannya sering kali adalah perempuan. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual tidak hanya perpangku tangan mengandalkan peraturan pemerintah yang memberikan hukuman berat untuk para pelaku, tetapi juga peran masyarakat sekitar yang peduli akan masalah sosial terutama lembaga-lembaga masyarakat. Peranan lembaga sangat dibutuhkan dalam penanganan korban kekerasan seksual yang menimbulkan dampak berat baik pada anak maupun pada orang dewasa. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut Yayasan Pulih lahir sebagai lembaga psikologi yang memberikan layanan konseling dan pendampingan untuk pemulihan korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana tahapan dan upaya pemulihan trauma kepada korban kekerasan seksual untuk pulih dari dampak kekerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan itu Yayasan Pulih melakukan upaya pemulihan untuk korban kekerasan seksual dengan memberikan pendampingan serta konseling. Pada upaya pemulihan, korban kekerasan seksual melewati tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan emosi seperti tahap penyangkalan, tahap kemarahan, tahap depresi dan tahap penawaran sebelum akhirnya mencapai tahap penerimaan.

The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

<p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. The need for high quality and highly contributing human resources in providing their best performance is an opportunity for organizations to achieve goals especially in the current millennial era. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors such as emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which are this research variables. The purpose of this study is to determine and to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment on the employee performance with Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya area. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya, Indonesia, as many as 60 employees, consisting of 40 employees of Main Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank and 20 employees of Sub-Branch Office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, Ngagel Surabaya). The sampling method used is census which uses the entire population of employees of PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya. Path analysis was performed to answer research hypotheses. The results of this study are emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),  emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, OCB has significant effect on employee performance,  and emotional intelligence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance  through OCB at PT. Panin Dubai Syariah Bank in Surabaya.
