This research aims to examine and to prove empirically the size of Commissioners Board and the size of the Company regarding the Environmental Disclosure. It has been identifying the manufacturing companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Market as the samples. Sampling technique has applied purposive sampling method. Sampling is 92 from 149 manufacturing companies registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Market in 2014. This research has applied secondary data obtained from website www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis analysis of this research has applied the analysis of Multiple Linier Regression using SPSS 21 with a significant level of 5%. The result of this research has indicated that the size of a commissioners board has not affected the environmental disclosure, but the size of a company has unsignificantly affected the environmental disclosure.

The research aims to examine the Institutional Ownership, influence of the size of audit committees, and Independent Commissioner on corporate performance of a company and impact on Executive Compensation. This study uses purposive sampling method. The research sample is 77 of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The data used are secondary data based on Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results showed that the Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioner have a effect on company performance. However,size of audit committeeshave a no effect on performance of the company. Furthermore, company performance have a effect on executive compensation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemilikan institusional, ukuran komite audit, dan komisaris independen terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan berdampak pada kompensasi eksekutif. Studi ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 77 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2016 sampai 2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berdasarkan Smart PLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Namun, ukuran komite audit tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, kinerja perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi eksekutif.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategy, leverage, profitability and sales growth on tax avoidance. Sample companies involved in tax avoidance were obtained from surveys of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data covers a period of four years from 2014 to 2017. The sample used is secondary data originating from the IDX.com website with the sampling technique that is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows (1) Business strategy has a positive influence on tax avoidance (2) leverage has a positive influence on tax avoidance (3) profitability has no effect on tax avoidance (4) sales growth has an influence positive for tax avoidance

This study aims to examine the effect of transparency in disclosure of allowance for accrual earnings management. This research is classified as causal associative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. By using the purposive sampling method, there are 30 companies as research samples. Overall accrual earnings management uses discretionary accruals, transparency is measured by the allowance disclosure indicator. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is panel cross section regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that transparency in disclosure of allowance is not able to explain the variance of accrual earnings management in the observation company so that the research hypothesis is rejected.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of income tunneling incentive, mechanism bonus and debt covenant   on   transfer   pricing   indications with tax minimization moderitation variables. This study is conducted using a case study with a qualitative research method. The data used is secondary data in form of evidence, historical records or reports that have been compiled in published and unpublished archives (documentary data). The research population   uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The study uses 505 observational data. Logistic regression is a data analysis technique used in this study. The result of the research that tunnelling incentives, mechanism bonus and debt covenant with tax minimization variable moderating have an effect on transfer pricing indications. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunneling incentive, mekanisme bonus dan debt covenant terhadap indikasi transfer pricing dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel moderisasi. Strategi  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  studi kasus dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa bukti, catatan atau laporan historis yang telah tersusun dalam arsip (data dokumenter) yang dipublikasikan dan yang tidak dipublikasikan. Populasi penelitian menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Teknik  pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan 505 data observasi. Regresi logistik merupakan teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunnelling incentive, mechanism bonus dan debt covenant dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel pemoderisasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan melakukan transfer pricing.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, fi xed assets intensity, and fi rm size on the revaluation of fi xed assets. The population of this study is manufacturing sector companies in Indonesia. The research samples are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. Sampling technique is conducted using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data. The research data include fi nancial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) obtained from ww.idx.co.id in 2014-2017. The data collection strategy in this study is the archive strategy, that is, the data collection derived from existing records or databases. Data analysis is done using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of leverage, liquidity, and fi xed assets intensity have no effect on the company’s decision to carry out fi xed assets revaluation, while the variable of fi rm size has an effect on the company’s decision to carry out fixed assets revaluation.

<span class="fontstyle0">The objective of this research is to examine the effect of financial ratios<br />(proxied by liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and the ratio of activity) to changes in earnings. Sample used is 55 manufacturing companies in listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s between 2008-2011. Data used were secondary data from annual financial reports. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and the model analysis is multiple linier regression. The result indicated that not all independent variables showed significant influence on the dependent variable. Based on this research, solvency ratios and ratio of activity partially influenced to the changes in earnings, where as liquidity ratios doesn’t influence the change in earnings. Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, and Activity Ratios are used together have a significant impact on the change in earnings.</span>

ABSTRACT       This study aims to determine the factors that influence hedging decisions with capital structure as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Companies engaged in the Automotive and Allied Product sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used is 2014 - 2018. The design of this research is quantitative research using secondary data. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 companies. The sampling technique was determined using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is the Logistic Regression Method using the Eviews10 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Financial Distress and Liquidity variables influence the Hedging Decision while the Growth Opportunity does not affect the Hedging Decision. The results also showed that the Capital Structure as a moderating variable had no effect on the relationship between Financial Distress on Hedging Decisions but influenced the relationship between Growth Opportunity on Hedging Decisions and the relationship between Liquidity on Hedging Decisions.   ABSTRAK       Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan hedging dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang bergerak pada sektor Automotive and Allied Product yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode yang digunakan adalah tahun 2014 – 2018.  Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.  Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Regresi Logistik dengan menggunakan program Eviews10. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Financial Distress dan Liquidity berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Hedging sedangkan Growth Opportunity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Hedging. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal sebagai variable moderasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap hubungan antara Financial Distress terhadap Keputusan Hedging namun berpengaruh terhadap hubungan antara Growth Opportunity terhadap Keputusan Hedging dan hubungan antara Liquidity terhadap Keputusan Hedging.
