This study aims to determine the Quality of Health Services for Inpatients in Classrooms given by the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanuskota Palangka Raya, to find outpatient satisfaction with the services provided by RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, Palangka Raya city, to find out how much the influence of the quality of health services for patients hospitalized in the classroom towards patient satisfaction at the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this study is the Associative Quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires). The number of samples in this study was 340 people. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling method, which is a random sampling technique regardless of the strata in the population. The results of the analysis using the Pearson product-moment Correlation can get the value of rxy by 0.9870. This shows that the quality of health care for inpatients in the classroom provides a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital. Judging from the tangible indicator has a significant positive effect on product quality indicators consisting of health facilities. Indicator of reliability has a significant positive effect on service quality indicators which consist of service guarantees. Indicators of responsiveness have a significant positive effect on emotional indicators, namely psychological reactions. The assurance indicator has a positive effect on the price indicator, which is a price match

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kausalkomparatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Selatan dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, Berdasarkan penelitian ini, variabel independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan secara bersamaan. Kemudian, masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan pada pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan juga.The aim of this research was to get empirical evidence about the effect of independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors on consideration of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements. This research uses causalcomparative study with primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The research sample was auditor on Public Accounting Firm (KAP) located in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was used multiple linear regression, Based on this research, variable independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors were significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements simultaneously. Then partially, each variable has significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements too.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the school environment, teacher professional competence on student achievement through learning motivation as an intervening variable at SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar District. This study used two stages of sampling, namely the Proportionate stratified random sampling technique and the simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling) , which amounted to 156 students . The analysis tool uses the SEM ( structural equation modeling ) A MOS method . the study result showed that variables school environment positive and significant effect on student achievement and motivation, professional competence of teachers and a significant positive effect on student achievement and motivation, and learning motivation also has a positive and significant effect on student achievement . To me see mediation analysis of the school environment and teachers' professional competence and a significant positive effect is partially mediated the achievements of students of SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar district.Keywords: school environment , professional competence of teachers , motivation to learn , and student achievement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of professionalism and work ethics of employees on the quality of health services at the directorate general of railways, ministry of transportations. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an effect of professionalism and work ethic of employees together on the quality of health services at the Directorate General of Railways, Ministry of Transportation. This research method uses a survey with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 72 respondents. The variables studied were professionalism (X1) and employee work ethics (X2) as independent variables, while the quality of health services was the dependent variable (Y). Based on the research results that have been done, it can be concluded that: The research results on the variables of professionalism and work ethic of employees together have a strong and significant positive influence on the quality of health services with a correlation coefficient of 0.799. While the resulting influence contribution (r²) is 0.638, meaning that the variables of professionalism and employee work ethic together contribute 56.0% in influencing the health service quality variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on member participation, determine the effect of service quality on the success of cooperatives and determine the effect of member participation on the success of cooperatives. This type of research is a quantitative study with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire which included three research variables, namely service quality, member participation and the success of the cooperative. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 24 analysis tools. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a significant positive effect on member participation with a probability value of 0.000, which is smaller than the p value of 0.05. Service quality has a significant positive effect on the success of the cooperative with a probability value of 0.000 which is smaller than the p value of 0.05. Member participation has a significant positive effect on the success of the cooperative with a probability value of 0.047 which is smaller than the p value of 0.05.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. The type of this research are descriptive and associative. The population of this research are the tenth grade students of SMAN 3 Pariaman who study economic subjects and enrolled in academic year 2017-2018 which amounted to 192 students, the sample of this reasearch are 129 students. The sampling technique is done by Proportional Random Sampling. Questionnaire is used as a data collection tool. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between adversity quotient and classroom climate on students' economic achievement. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested for students to further increase adversity quotient and form a good classroom climate in learning in order to get a more optimal achievement. For the teachers, they are expected to pay more attention to the condition of students in learning, and for parents, they are expected to pay attention to the development of their children, so they can provide encouragement to students to remain eager in learning in order to get better learning achievement.Keyword: adversity quotient, classroom climate, learning achievement

The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room  RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction  at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.

A hospital is said to be successful in providing health services if it is supported by several factors, one of which is quality nursing services. service quality. One form of nursing service that can be applied is the caring behavior of nurses because nurses are the people who interact with patients the most. This paper aims to provide the Implementation of Caring Behavior for Implementing Nurses on Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The method of implementing activities using questionnaires that are targeted in PKM activities are implementing nurses and inpatients. From the results of the activities carried out there was an increase in patient satisfaction up to 64.3%. With this PKM activity, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of health services at Grandmed Hospital and can further increase the satisfaction of visiting patients.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect ofintention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education.The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in EastJakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involvedas the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no directpositive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no directpositive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no directpositive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There isno direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to themotivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi,motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur,Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsungintensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadappendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Adapengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensiterhadap motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Survei dilakukan terhadap 75 orang pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, (5) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (2) The reward has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (3) Trust has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (4) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward the trust, (5) Reward has a positive direct effect toward the trust. Based on the research results could be concluded that to improve employees’ achievement motivation could be done by improving organizational culture, appreciation, and trust. Meanwhile, to increase the confidence of employees could be done by improving the organizational culture and appreciation.Keywords: organizational culture, reward, trust, achievement motivation
