This study aims to analyze: (1) Effect of Regional Tax and Local Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (2), Effect of Regional Tax on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City. (3) Effect of Regional Retribution on Capital Expenditure in Jambi City.The object of research was conducted in Jambi City, with observation during the period 2003 - 2017. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, with data processing tool through SPSS 20 software. The result of the research shows that: (1) Regional Tax and Regional Retribution have significant effect to Capital Expenditure, it means that the increasing of Regional Tax and Regional Retribution will increase the allocation of capital expenditure. (2) Regional Tax has significant effect to capital expenditure, meaning that with increasing of local tax revenue, it will increase capital expenditure (3) Levy does not have significant effect to capital expenditure, it means that the increase of local retribution revenue has not been able to increase the allocation of capital expenditure.

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors of halal awareness and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta using a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study were Muslim consumers who had visited a Japanese restaurant located in the Jakarta area. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 150 Muslim consumers of Japanese restaurants in the Jakarta area. The sampling instrument in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used to determine the magnitude of the effect is multiple linear regression. The data processing tool used for data analysis in this research is SPSS software version 20. The results of the tests carried out show that the variables of halal awareness and lifestyle partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta.

Abstract— This study aims to determine the effect of the level of effectiveness, independence, and fiscal decentralization on capital expenditures in districts/ city of Madiun Residency both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of this study show that, 1.The level of effectiveness significantly effect on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 2. The level of independence significantly affects on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 3. The level of fiscal decentralization significantly affects on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 4. The level of effectiveness, independence, and fiscal decentralization simultaneously affect on the allocation of capital expenditure in districts/city of Madiun Residency. Keywords—: level of effectiveness;  independence; fiscal decentralization; capital expenditure.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

This study aims to determine the effect of variable marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and promotion (X4) and the variable sharia (X5) against the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents customers financing . Data processing techniques of customer savings and customer data analysis using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. As for testing the instrument using validity, reliability test and classical assumption. The results showed that simultaneous product variable (X1), price (X2), location (X3), promotion (X4) and variable sharia (X5) significantly influence the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung (Y). While based on the t test calculation only partially known that the price variable (X2) and promotion (X4) which have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of work discipline andcompetence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research usingquantitative research methods with techniques od data collecting through spreading of questionerand supported secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.With resoult of data processing data using SPSS 24. The sample in this research is a proportionatestratified random sampling. The number of samples is 86 respondents from employees of PusatPenelitian Kebijakan Pendidikan and Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). The resultsof this researchshow that the variables of work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have asignificant influence on the performance of employees of Pusat Penelitian Kebijakan Pendidikanand Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). Employee performance variables can be explained by thevariables work discipline and competence by 61,2%. While the remaining at 33,8% is explained byother variables not included in this research.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine factors :tax penalties and tax audit body effeks on tax revenue in STO Serpong. Sample data is used as the material is data analysis research report tax penalties, the tax inspection bodies and tax revenue from the year 2011-2016 on STO Serpong. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. While the statistical analysis used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression equation, correlation coefficient, multiple determination, and ujui f t test to determine the relationship and influence of these three variables.The results of the study using multiple linear regression statistical analysis showed the coefficient is positive, While the calculation of multiple correlation coefficient test showed tax penalties (x1) and the tax inspection agency (x2) have influence is in tax revenue (y) on STO Serpong. But in testing f t test and showed no significant effect of tax penalties and tax audit bodies on tax revenue on STO Serpong. Sanctions factors have an influence tax of 71% on the overall Tax Revenues STO Serpong and the rest 29% influenced by other factors not examined by investigators. Keywords: Sanctions Tax, Tax Inspection Board, Tax Revenues

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality on buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, trust in buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, ease of purchase interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, perceived usefulness of purchase interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, and prices on buying interest. The sampling method used was purposive side method, obtained a sample of 140 respondents. Methods of data analysis are using multiple linear regression, T test and F test for data processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study prove that trust and convenience have a significant effect on buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic, while product quality, perceived usefulness and price have no effect on purchase intention during the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

This study aims to determine the effect of regional own-source revenue and balance funds on capital expenditure in Langkat District Government. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of APBD reports obtained from the Regional Financial Management Agency and Langkat District. Data collection techniques with documentation and observation with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially local revenue variables had significant effect on capital expenditure and balancing funds had a significant and significant effect on capital expenditure in Langkat District and simultaneously regional original income and balance funds had a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure in Langkat District.
