The objective of this research were to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on performance of employees at PT. Medan Industry Area (Persero). The purpose of this research was to determine how the influence of democratic leadership style on performance of employees at PT. Medan Industry Area (Persero) ". Sources of data in this research are employees of PT. Medan Industry Area (Persero), with a population and a sample of 40 people (Respondents). The data was collected using a questionnaire and dating analysis using the SPSS 25 application. And the data collected using a questionnaire will then be tested for validity, reliability test, f test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that the determination coefficient test (R2) in table 4:23 shows that the magnitude of the influence of the democratic leadership style is 0.069, this means that the democratic leadership style has an influence on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that this indicates that the democratic leadership style is very good. And in the F test table 4.22 below, the value of Fcount > Ftable, the value of Fcount can be seen at the percentage point of the f test. Then the independent variable (X) (independent), namely leadership style (3.908> 4.09), has a significant effect on employee performance (dependent). Thus it can be concluded that with the influence of democratic leadership styles on employee performance, employees will be increasingly motivated to be able to provide good and maximum work results, and will direct all their abilities to improve performance, so they will be able to complete their tasks properly. And with the resulting Adjusted R Square value of 6.9% the effect and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. ABSTRACTHuman Resources (HR) has an important role as a potential driver of all activities of the company. Every company should be able to maintain, maintain and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) performance. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of the company. Primary data source in this study was obtained from PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya in the form of questionnaire results. In this research use full sample where PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya become population as well as sample. test coefficient of determination obtained R value of 0.736 this R Square number of 73.6%, indicating that Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline is explained by Employee Performance variables, while the rest of (100% - 73.6%) = 26.04% is explained by other factors not included in this research model. Variable X1 (leadership style) t arithmetic equal to 6,848, thus t arithmetic> t table (6,848> 2,410) which statistically stated significant (influential); Variable X2 (motivation) t arithmetic equal to -1.066, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.066 <2.410) which; Variable X3 (work discipline) t arithmetic equal to -1.593, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.593 <2.410) statistically, Variable X3 (work discipline) does not affect variable Y (Employee Performance). Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence the democratic leadership style has on the work motivation of the sales employees of BRI Muara Teweh Branch. The data processing technique used by the author is a simple linear regression analysis used to predict how changes in the value of the dependent variable will increase or decrease the value of the independent variable. The results of data collection are obtained. From the regression model equation, it is known that the Democratic Leadership variable (X) shows a positive regression coefficient value, this indicates a positive direction or a unidirectional relationship between the variable Democratic Leadership Style and Work Motivation for sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch. This means that if the democratic leadership increases, the work motivation of sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh branch will increase, and vice versa if the democratic leadership decreases, the work motivation of sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh branch will decrease. The results of the study concluded that the correlation coefficient (R) shows a close relationship between the independent variable (democratic leadership) and the dependent variable (work motivation), with a correlation value of R is 0.711. While the value of the coefficient of determination or R2 by 0505, which means that 50.5% of working motivation can be explained by the Democratic leadership. For further researchers, it is suggested to look at other leadership style variables.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative design. The population of this study were permanent and contract employees at the front office of Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous Significance Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 4.609 with a sig value of 0.017, which means that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect, although not significant. R Square value of 0.224 which means that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and work stress by 22.4%, while the remaining 77.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

The independent independent variables in this study as many as 89 respondents are determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic&gt; R- table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of the instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Competence on Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria of the Instrument of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Competency and Employee Performance have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, that is valid and reliable. The result of regression analysis of Leadership Style obtained by tcount = 20,91 while ttable value = 1,988 tcount&gt; ttable proved variable of Leadership Style influence to Employee Performance. Work Motivation regression analysis obtained tcount = 17.62 while the value ttable = 1.988 tcount&gt; ttabel proven Motivational Work variables influence on Employee Performance. Regression analysis Competence obtained value tcount = - 06.85 while ttable =1.988 so thitung&gt; ttable and proven variable Competence have a negative effect on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. and 2) Measuring the magnitude of influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The samples used in this study were 85 respondents by using saturated sampling. This research is an explanatory research. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared valid. Based on the instrument validity test the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees known all items declared valid and reliable. The Leadership Regression Coefficient (X1) of 0.608, marked as positive indicates Leadership (X1) influences the direction of Performance (Y), which means that each increase of 1 unit of Leadership (X1) will cause the effect on Performance (Y) of 0.608 The coefficient of regression of Organizational Culture (X2) equal to 0,127, marked positive indicate Organizational Culture (X2) have influence on Performance (Y), meaning every increase of 1 unit of Organizational Culture variable (X2) will cause influence to Performance equal to 0,127 The coefficient of regression of Job Satisfaction (X3) is 0,305, marked as pos itive indicating Job Satisfaction (X3) influential in the direction of Performance (Y), which mean every increase of 1 unit of Job Satisfaction variable (X3) Leadership independent variable (X1) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant effect on Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction variable (X3) has significant effect on Performance (Y). The First Hypothesis (H1), Second Hypothesis (H2) and Third Hypothesis (H3) are proven and accepted.

This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p &lt;0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p &lt;0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p &lt;0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

    The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, work discipline on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic and see the effect of work stress and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of Bogor City Hospital employees during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study using a sample of 60 respondents who are employees at the Bogor City Hospital as the object of research. The method of data collection was carried out directly by using questionnaires and interviews with employees of the Bogor City Hospital. From the results of data processing (output) obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.795, it can be concluded that there is a strong or high relationship between work stress and work discipline on employee performance at the Bogor City Hospital. Then seen from the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.632 or 63.2%, it can be said that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (work stress and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.2% while the rest is 36.8 % influenced or explained by other factors not included in this model.
