The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of leadership andcommunication styles on employee performance. The population in this study was 140people, and samples were taken using purposive sampling with the criteria of group Cemployees as many as 35 people. The analytical analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results of this study shown that the coefficient of determination (R2) are 0.915, this meanthat 91.5% of the performance variables will be influenced by leadership style andcommunication while the remaining 8.5% performance variables are influenced by othervariable. The results of the F test show that leadership and communication stylessimultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance because F-test has greaterthat F-table 172.631 and the value of significance is 0.00. While the results of the t-test forleadership style variables are obtained by t-test greater than t-table that is 6.803 > 2, thismeans that leadership styles have a significant effect on employee performance, and forcommunication variables has value of t-test greater than t-table are 5.159> 2.037 socommunication has as partially has significant effect on employee performanceKeywords: Leadership style, Communication and Performance

<em>The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the leadership style, motivation, discipline, and performance of employees in the Office of Public Works and people's housing of Jambi province; And to know the influence of leadership styles on motivation, work discipline and performance; And to know the influence of leadership styles through motivation and work discipline toward performance. The population in this study was the Office of Public Works and people's housing of Jambi province, amounting to 286 employees. The size or number of samples in this study was determined based on the theory that Slovin developed with a margin error of 5% obtained as many as 75 people. Analytical techniques using the analysis path, are transmitted by testing R Square and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with T-Test and F-Test. Testing path of analysis carried out, obtained the results of the leadership style has an influence on the motivation, work discipline and performance of employees, motivation and work discipline also has an influence on both the performance and Simultaneously, and the leadership style has an influence on performance through motivation and work discipline. This explains that if an organization has a leader with a leadership style that is appropriate for its employees, this will affect the motivation, work discipline, and performance of its employees. Because the right leadership style has a very dominant role in determining the success of an organization, the right leadership style will be able to direct its employees to work optimally in achieving organizational objectives.

The research aims to know the effect of compensation variable and work discipline on the performance of the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri, either partially or simultaneously. The data collected by distributing questionnaires, research conducted on 77 respondents production, samples from the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri. By using a likert scale,the answer of respondentsbe treated used double regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study found that there was a significant effect (significant) partially between the variables of compensation and work discipline variables on the dependent variable, and no influence employee performance variables simultaneously study consisted of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

This study analyzes the effect of commitment, communication, and problem handling on customer trust. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze commitment, communication, and handling problems to customer trust simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling and uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amountedto 125 sample respondents to customers. The research method used in this study is multiple linear regression, t-test, f test,and the coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of the study indicate that the variables commitment (𝑋1), communication(𝑋2), and problem handling (𝑋3) simultaneously influence the customer's trust and commitment variable (𝑋1) and problem handling (𝑋3) partially effect on customer trust while communication (𝑋2) has no partial effect on customer trust in the East Java bank in Banyuwangi. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Karakterstik Pekejeraan Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Gudang PT.Hyup Sung Indonesia, Purbalingga. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 108 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 108 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sample jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji f, Uji t dan R2adjusted. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan Uji f di peroleh Karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan  uji t diperoleh; (a) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (b) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (c) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi R2adjusted menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 51,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,9% dipengaruhi variabel diluar model penelitan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work characteristics and self-efficacy on employee performance in the warehouse division of PT. Hyup Sung Indonesia, Purbalingga. The total population of this study were 108 employees. The sample in this study were 108 employees using the saturated sample technique. The analysis used is the f test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the f test obtained that individual characteristics, job characteristics and self-efficacy simultaneously affect employee performance. The results of this study based on the t-test obtained; (a) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination R2adjusted, it shows that the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics and self-efficacy on employee performance is 51.1%, while the remaining 48.9% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
