The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the effect of mudharabah savings and mudharabah deposits on mudharabah financing at Commercial Sharia Bank. It is quantitative reserach. The population in this study is the Statistics of Sharia Banks (SPS), which includes statistics on mudharabah savings, mudharabah deposits, and mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks from January 2015 to December 2019 which comes from the Statistics of Sharia Banks (SPS). This data is obtained from Financial Services Authority website with link www.ojk.go.id. which is published monthly. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show as partially, it is only mudharabah savings have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks. While mudharabah deposits have no effect on the mudharabah financing of Sharia Commercial Banks. Furthermore, simultaneously the two independent variables, which are mudharabah savings and mudharabah deposits have a positive and significant effect on mudharabah financing for Sharia Commercial Banks.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. Penelitian ini menyajikan studi empiris tentang perilaku konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan. Seiring dengan kebutuhan terhadap air sehat untuk dikonsumsi yang semakin meningkat maka konsumen di industri ini juga semakin berkembang dan menjanjikan saat ini dan di masa depan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dari dua variabel yang berperan penting terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum dalam kemasan, yaitu kesadaran merek dan harga. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Setelah penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh total responden sebanyak 97 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan SPSS 25. Studi ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kesadaran merek terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, harga terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Kesadaran merek merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan.   This study presents an empirical study of consumer behavior regarding the decision to purchase bottled water. Along with the increasing need for healthy water for consumption, consumers in this industry are also growing and promising now and in the future. This study aims to study the effect of two variables that play an important role in the decision to purchase bottled drinking water, namely brand awareness and price. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. After distributing the questionnaires, a total of 97 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25. This study resulted in the finding that brand awareness proved to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, the price proved to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Brand awareness is a variable that has a dominant influence.

This study aims to examine factors that influence Murabahah margin income. Spefically it investigates the effect of the Central Bank of Indonesia Rate (BI Rate), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings on Murabahah margin income at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative by using the multiple linear regression analysis to test the variables. 12 Islamic Commercial Banks were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling method. With 60 data observations for 5 years, the findings indicate that all the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, BI Rate does not affect Murabahah margin income, while in contrast, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings affect the Murabahah margin income.

This study aims to determine Effect of ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR, and BOPO partially and simultaneously on Firm Value. Samples were Commercial Bank Go Public is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2015 by using purposive sampling method. There are 25 Commercial Banks that qualify as research samples. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that ROA, CAR, and LDR significant effect on Firm Value, NPL and BOPO no significant effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously these variables significant effect on Firm Value.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

The entrepreneurship sector is one of the business fields which is the choice for women to prove their ability in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the motivation of women, especially housewives in entrepreneurship in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary and secondary data with qualitative descriptive methods. From the pre-survey conducted on housewives in Villa Bunga Arengka Residance, 27.5% of housewives are involved in entrepreneurship which mostly use online services in marketing their sales products. Independent variables used in this study are independence, capital, emotional and education. While the dependent variable in this study is entrepreneurial motivation of housewives. Data collection using online questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis tools.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>The problem which is used as the object of this research is two independent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizational communication and leadership with employee performance. This study aims to: (</em><em>1) Analyze and determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance, (</em><em>2) Analyze and determine the effect of leadership on employee performance, (</em><em>3) Analyze and determine organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance, at PT. Ahura Quasantra technology. This type of research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Ahura Quasantara technology. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using the SPSS 26 program resulted in three conclusions, namely: 1) there is a very significant effect of organizational communication on employee performance, a significant value of 0.000 is obtained smaller than 0.05 or 0.000 &lt;0.05, 2) there is a very significant influence. The significant value between leadership and employee performance is obtained a significant value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05 or 0.002 &lt;0.05, 3) there is a very significant relationship between organizational communication and leadership together on employee performance. f count is 92,87 bigger than f table of 3.17 or f count&gt; f table is 92,87&gt; 3.17.</em></p></div>

The objective of this research isto analyzed factors influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in Islamic Banks. Independent variables in this reseach i.e financial performance, company size, company age and Islamic governance score. The populations in this study are Islamic banks from Indonesiaand Malaysia for 2013-2017.The samples selected was 20 syariah banks using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows companysize, company age and the Islamic Governance Score are significantly influence of the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), while liquidity does not influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR).

ABSTRAKDalam memberikan pembiayaan bank tidak lepas dari non performing financing dalam memberikan pembiayaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh rasio keuangan (BOPO, CAR, ROA, dan FDR) terhadap non performing financing pada Bank Umum Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2012-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapat 11 sampel. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR, ROA, dan FDR berpengaruh negatif terhadap non performing financing, sedangkan variabel BOPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap non performing financing. Perbankan dalam menjalankan usahanya harus dapat menjaga nilai rasio yang dapat meningkatkan non performing finacing.Kata kunci : Non-Performing Financing; BOPO; CAR; ROA; FDR ABSTRACTIn providing bank financing, it cannot be separated from funding non-performing in offering aid. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the influence of financial ratios (BOPO, CAR, ROA, and FDR) on non-performing financing at Islamic Commercial Banks. The population in this study was a Sharia Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2012-2018 period. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method, and 11 samples are obtained. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the CAR, ROA, and FDR variables had a negative effect on non-performing financing. In contrast, the BOPO variable had no impact on funding non-performing. This study is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on the level of tourist satisfaction in tourist restaurants in Belitung Regency. Experiential marketing that was studied included the variables of sense, feel, think, act and relate. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing carried out simultaneously and partially. Research on 115 samples shows that independent variables consisting of sense, feel, think, act and relate simultaneously have a very strong influence on the dependent variable tourist satisfaction level. While partially, the study produced that there are three variables namely feel, act and relate which have a significant influence on the level of tourist satisfaction, where the feel variable is the most dominant.
