Work discipline can improve company progress. This study aims to determine the influence of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bridgestone Pondok Bandar Jambu, Simalungun Regency.This research is a quantitativestudy using all employees as the sample. Data collection techniques is done by distributing questionnaires, observation,and documentation.The results of the data were obtained by using SPSS, the data were tested by validity test, reliability test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, normality test, and simple linear analysis. From the research results, there is a significant positive effect of work discipline on employee performance where the magnitude of the influence of the discipline variable is 51.6% while the remaining 48.4 % is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study such as work environment variables, leadership style,and others.Keywords: Disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

Companies in enhancing a good image or image need social thinking which is not only concerned with seeking profit only in the business world. All social activities are carried out by corporate social responsibility. Therefore this research was conducted to determine the implementation of corporatesocial responsibility (CSR) carried out by PT Bank Syariah XYZ. The sample of this research is the financial performance report of PT Bank Syariah XYZ using quantitative research and data analysis techniques using the measurement of the Triple Bottom Lineconcept of PT Bank Syariah XYZ in 2018, 2019 and Q3 2020 with the EVA (Economic Value Added) method. The results obtained from this study are that the EVA number always has a positive tendency or is greater than zero, as a result it proves that CSR activities have an influence on Value added for entrepreneurs. The results of this triple bottom line measurement have been tested to be able to assess whether or not there is an EVA from the CSR of PT Bank Syariah XYZ which produces benefits from year to year. The COVID pandemic has infected almost all countries in the world and caused a high number of deaths. One of the steps taken by the government to break the chain of spread of COVID in the community is to implement physical distancing as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). This policy has negative consequences for various things, including those related to business so that businessmen cannot carry out their activities properly. Restrictions on movement and activity during this pandemic have disrupted supply chains which can cause an imbalance in production factors, and lead to a decrease in demand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and length of business on the production and income of sponge sandal craftsmen during a pandemic at the sponge sandal craft industry center in Toyomarto Village, Malang Regency. The number of samples used were 36 industrial units. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results showed that capital and labor had a positive and significant effect on production and income, while length of business had a negative and significant effect on the production and income of sponge sandal craftsmen during a pandemic. This study aims to test the influence of intellectual capital and corporate governance on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. The population of this study is banking companies listed on IDX during 2015 –2019 amounted to 45 companies. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling so that research samples obtained as many as 15 companies. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report and GCG reportof banking companies listed on IDX during 2015 –2019. This study uses structural equation modeling data analysis technique –partial least square (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The result of this study shows that: (1) Intellectual capital positively and significantly affects the firm value, (2) Corporate governance has no effect on the firm value, (3) Profitability can moderate the influence of intellectual capital on the firm value, (4) Profitability can’t moderate the influence of corporate governance on the firm value.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Corporate Governance, Firm Value, Profitability

echnological developments are so fast and fast that all banks are increasingly trying to provide excellent service to customers who are the spearhead of the banking business. The high competition in the banking business and the heterogeneous condition of customers make the management have to make efforts to improve services. the inability of banks to deal with customer complaints makes customers dissatisfied and shifting. The large costs associated with service recovery have prevented the banking sector from responding quickly to various customer complaints or customers. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which service recovery can improve banking services. The independent variable (independent) in this study is service quality (X), namely the application of service recovery strategies consisting of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Meanwhile, the determining variable (dependent) is customer satisfaction (Y) at Bank BRI Pasar Horas Unit. The analytical technique used in this study is linear regression to see how much influence the variable X has on Y. The results of data processing using SPSS are that X has a significant positive effect on Y with a significance value of 0.00 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.772. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.772 is equal to 77.2%, this figure implies that quality affects customer satisfaction by 77.2%Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, service recovery

This research entitled The Effectiveness of the Social Media of the Tok Team and the Influencer in Boosting Sales Volume Amid the Covid Pandemic19. This research is motivated by the Covid19 pandemic which is a threat to business people in marketing their products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness level of Tik Tok social media as a place to increase the number of sales during the Covid19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods using literature and interviews with sources to strengthen the results of the research. The result of the research is that Tik Tok social media and Influencers have a role in increasing sales of Lippie Serum products.

The Covid-19 pandemic not only affects the health sector, but also the economic sector. Many workers are threatened by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Likewise with entrepreneurs, who experience losses due to social distancing that limit the space for business actors. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the comparison between interest of entrepreneurship and working as an employee during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the sampling technique using the purposive sampling method, then obtained 26 respondents. Data gathering techniques are conducted through interviews with sources. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis. Research results show that the interest of entrepreurship during the pandemic is higher than that interest of employees. Interest in entrepreneurship is superior, namely 17 respondents, while the remaining 9 respondents are interested in working as employees during the Covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Employees, Pandemic Covid-19

Service is very important factor in the service industry. Improving service quality can retain consumers and increase satisfaction. This study aims to examine and explain the magnitude of the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction levels. The object of this research is Panin Bank KCU Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 97 customers using a purposive side. The collecting data method is using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis model. Data are testing for validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the SPSS test showed that there was an effect of service recovery of 58.8% on satisfaction, and the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The t-test shows that there is a signifikant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are to provide information to management in making service improvement policies. For subsequent research, the research variables can be developed like service quality and customer relationship management.Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction.

Public organizations are expected to be able to manage their resources with adequate internal controls, to suppress the increase in cases of corruption due to misuse of assets. This research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga by collecting primary data from interviews with informants. The information obtained then processed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that there is still a risk of theft of cash in the income cycle at GKI Tegalrejo, but it can be mitigated by controlling practices according to the concept of COSO. Some of the obstacles encountered in implementing this internal control include the church council not being fully able to understand the Tata Laksana Gereja, the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), lack of supervision on CCTV monitor, and lack of the function of the priest as a supervisor. This research is expected to be able to encourage congregational participation to assess the practice of internal control at GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga, serve as evaluation material for the GKI Tegalrejo Salatiga council to improve its internal control, and for academics,it is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing next researches.Keywords: internal control, theftof cash, income cycle

The poverty condition in Magelang Regency is still considered high, reaching 10.67 percent of the total population in Magelang Regency. This number still lags behind the national average of 9.41 percent. This is also not in accordance with the 2014-2019 RPJMD target of Magelang Regency where the percentage of poverty is expected to touch 9 percent. The purpose of this study was todetermine how small and medium industrial enterprises influence poverty alleviation in Magelang Regency. The research was conducted in Magelang Regency using secondary data for 20 years from 2000 -2019. The method of analysis used ordinary least squares.The results show that all variables have a simultaneous effect on poverty alleviation efforts in Magelang Regency. However, partially, there are only a few variables that have an influence on poverty alleviation, such as the total of SMIEs, SMIEs employment and the investment value of SMIEs.Keywords: poverty, SMIEs, SMIEs employment, investment value
