This research deals with Development of Hand Puppet Media Based on Surroundings in Storytelling Learning of Children at Pembina State Kindergarten, Padang Hilir Subdistrict, Tebing Tinggi City. The purpose of this research is to develop surrounding -based learning media. This thinking underlies the selection of a development model that will make it easier for students to understand the lesson. The learning media products produced are in the form of surrounding -based learning media of the type of visual learning media, namely hand puppets. The research method in this study is a type of Research and Development research. The result shows that surrounding al-based hand puppet media for kindergarten (TK) was developed by researchers. The Surrounding -based hand puppet media for kindergarten (TK) was developed with an attractive appearance and this can motivate students to learn. The average score of assessment by media experts is 84.72% in the good category. The average score for assessment by material experts is 75% with a very good category.

The development research is initiated by the lack of students’ knowledge in determining the understand the concept of hydrocarbons, and aimed at designing the student worksheet based on Think Talk Write (TTW). Using Research and Development model of 3D (Define, Design, and Develop), this study included validation sheet, teacher and students questionnaires, and pretest posttest as the instruments. The study revealed a number of findings. First, the average score of validation criteria was 94,60% (strongly valid), with an average score of media expert by 93,75% (strongly valid). Second, the results of practicality criteria taken from the students respon were 93,8% (strongly practical), and from the teacher respon was 82,8% (strongly practical). Third, the effectiveness criteria of pretest and posttest after taught using student worksheet based on TTW and counted by N-gain was considered very good (0,75). In conclusion, the student worksheet based on TTW is effectively used as teaching materials in hydrocarbon in class XI Science MA Al-Mustaqim.

The development research is initiated by the lack of students’ knowledge in determining the Properties of Ionic and Covalent Compounds, and aimed at designing the student worksheet. Using Research and Development model of 3D (Define, Design, and Develop), this study included validation sheet, teacher and students questionnaires, and pretest posttest as the instruments. The study reveals a number of findings. First, the average score of validation criteria was 99,43% (strongly valid), with an average score of media expert by 89,58% (strongly valid). Second, the results of practicality criteria taken from the students respon were 85,53% (strongly practical), and from the teacher respon was 98 ,75% (strongly practical). Third, the effectiveness criteria of pretest and posttest after taught by Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) worksheet and counted by N-gain was considered very good (0,701). In conclusion, Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) Based Worksheet is effectively used as teaching materials in Properties of Ionic and Covalent Compounds class of the tenth grade students of Pharmacy atPanca Bhakti Vocational School Sungai Raya.Keywords: Students worksheet, Predict-Observe-Explain (POE), Properties of Ionic and Covalent Compound

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of gas steam stoves fueled by oil and describe the validity and effectiveness of the products being developed. This development and research are summarized in a study entitled the development of learning media in a gas-fired gas stove to increase students' curiosity in applied physics subjects. This study uses a media development research method known as Research and Development (R&D). From the research carried out, the following data were obtained: the results of media validation obtained very good categories, and validation test by media experts found very good category. In the curiosity test, which was initially limited to active students, the scores were very good. The results of the initial average curiosity test for the field test were obtained in the low category, and after the use of the media was tested again, and the average score was obtained in the very good category.  It can be concluded that the use of an oil-fired gas steam stove in the form of a Pertamax stove as a learning medium can increase students' curiosity about learning applied physics material.

Abstract:This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of developing a trigonometry textbook based on constructivism theory with e-learning media at Mathematics Tadris Study Program of IAIN Palopo. This research is a type of R & D (Research and Development) research by adopting the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely (1) physical analysis; (2) design (3) development (4) Implementation; (5) evaluation. The target of this study were students at Mathematics Tadris study program of IAIN Palopo who programed trigonometry courses in the even semester of 2017/2018 school year. The results of this study indicate that the textbook products developed have fulfilled validity and practicality category, the average acquisition score for material expert validation is 82 on the very valid category and the average acquisition of instructional media experts is 87 on the very valid category, while the average score of practicality by ten students is 75 on the practical category.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan paktikalitas dari pengembangkan buku ajar tigonometri berbasis teori konstruktivisme dengan media e-learning pada Pogram Studi Tadris Matematika IAIN Palopo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R & D (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahapan yaitu (1) tahap analisis (analyze); (2) tahap perancangan (design); (3) tahap pengembangan (development); (4) tahap implementasi (Implementation); (5) tahap evaluasi (evaluation). Sebagai sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Tadris Matematika IAIN Palopo yang memprogram mata kuliah trigonometri pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk buku ajar yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dan kepraktisan, rata-rata skor perolehan untuk validasi ahli materi adalah 82 berada dalam kategori sangat valid dan rata-rata perolehan dari ahli media pembelajaran adalah 87 berada dalam kategori sangat valid, sedangkan rata-rata skor perolehan praktikalitas oleh sepuluh orang mahasiswa adalah 75 berada dalam kategori praktis.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran kartu uno sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X; dan 2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ahli media, ahli materi, praktisi pembelajaran dan peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 SMA N 1 Wates. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran kartu uno sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran melalui lima tahapan, yaitu tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi; 2) Media pembelajaran Kartu Uno dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran ekonomi dan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik, berdasarkan dari: a) ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata skor akhir 3,82 (kriteria baik), b) ahli media memperoleh rata-rata skor akhir 4,325 (kriterwia sangat baik), c) praktisi pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata skor akhir 4,818 (kriteria sangat baik), dan tanggapan peserta didik dari kelompok kecil memperoleh rata-rata skor akhir 4,552 (kriteria sangat baik) dan uji coba pemakaian memperoleh rata-rata skor 4,637 (kriteria sangat baik).Abstract: This study aims to: 1) develop uno card learning media as a learning tool for class X economic learning; and 2) learning the feasibility of learning media. This research uses the development research method using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were media experts, material experts, learning and students of class X IPS 1 of SMA N 1 Wates. The results showed that: 1) developing card learning media as a learning evaluation tool through five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, development, and implementation; 2) Uno Card Learning Media is declared appropriate to be used as an evaluation tool for economic learning and is included in an excellent assessment, based on a) material experts get an average score of 3.82 (right criteria), b) media experts get an average final score of 4,325 (excellent criteria), c) agreed to learn an average final score of 4,818 (excellent criteria), and students' responses from small groups obtained an average final score of 4,552 (excellent criteria) an average score of 4,637 (excellent criteria).

This study aims to develop webtoon as learning media for learning social studies (economics) in junior high school. The methods of this study is a research and development refers to the development model Sugiyono using five stages, namely the potential and problems, information gathering, product design, design validation and design improvements. Data collection techniques in this research and development using the documentation of records and media development activities currently also using for validation expert qutionnaire.Based on the results of validation by experts, the obtained value of the average score on the media 4.7with the category of Very Good for the placement and selection of colors in the image on the media is appropriate, presentation of the material is appropriate, developed learning media is easy to use by the user. In the material obtained an average score of 3.7 with the category of Good because of the depth of material on the media is enough, the presentation of the material has been understood and it is systematic, the range of material is in conformity with the purpose of learning. On language obtained an average score of 3.57 with the category of Good because of the language used in the media can be understood, writing in the material is appropriate terms, sentences medium used in a simple and straight forward, the language used in accordance with the emotional maturity of learners. In order to obtain the overall average is 4.02 with the category of Good and can be said to be "worth it" as a learning medium..Keyword: Media Education, Comics, webtoon

AbstractThis research aimed to knowing the feasibility of the module and student’s response. This research method was Research & Development with model 4D consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. In order to know the feasibility of the module, it was validated by materials validator, language validator, media validator, reviewer, and peer review. The result of experts’ validation shows that this module was feasible to be implemented. This module was tried out to twelve students, and the result of try out shows that this module was categorized into “very good”. Then it was tried out in a bigger scale to the eleventh grade students at Senior High School level. The result of this research reveals that this module belongs to “feasible”. It was calculated by using Cut Off Score method with the result showed average score of 87,32%. This module was supported by the responses of students with good results.Keywords: module, feasibility, Learning Cycle Kelayakan Modul Pembelajaran Berbasis Learning Cycle Pada Materi Fluida AbstrakLatar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran yang layak dan menarik bagi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis Learning Cycle pada pokok bahasan fluida. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development model 4D, dengan tahapan: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Materi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah materi fluida. Modul yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli, media, ahli bahasa, reviewer, dan peer reviewer. Hasil validasi menyatakan bahwa modul layak untuk diujicobakan. Selanjutnya modul diujicobakan dalam kelas kecil terhadap dua belas orang siswa dan selanjutnya modul diujicobakan dalam kelas besar terhadap siswa kelas XI MIA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan simpulan bahwa: modul pembelajaran fisika berbasis Learning Cycle yang dikembangkan dikatakan layak karena memenuhi kriteria penilaian kelayakan, dengan cut off score sebesar 87,32%, respon guru dalam tahap penyebaran sebesar 84,00% dalam kategori sangat baik, dan hasil angket respon modul oleh siswa sebesar 80,62% dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci: modul, kelayakan, Learning Cycle

The research aims to develop interactive multimedia based Lectora Inspire on science chemistry subjects for SMP/MTs. The research method using the design of research and development (Research and Development) with a model Plomp, which consists of four phases; initial investigation, design, realization and construction, and validation, test and revision. The research was conducted at the University of Riau FKIP. The object of research is interactive multimedia Lectora Inspire. Data collected by validating based interactive multimedia Lectora Inspire to 3 validator (media expert and subject matter experts) and limited trial by users that teachers and students in SMP 4 and SMP Babussalam Pekanbaru. The results showed an average score of validator 98.20% . Score of limited trial based on questionnaire responses of teachers and students each obtained an average score of 98.78% and 97.03%. From the result of the average score of the validation and limited trial of interactive multimedia based Lectora Inspire for chemistry subjects for SMP / MTs valid and can be used as a learning media.

Abstract This development research generally aims to (1) develop interactive multimedia-based learning media for Private Vocational School Imelda Medan, (2) to know the assessment of media experts and material experts on learning media, and (3) to know the feasibility of learning media based on the assessment of media experts and material experts. The method used in this research is Research and Development. This research was conducted at Imelda Private Vocational School Medan. Research and Development Results: (1) This development research process is carried out with several stages adapted from the borg and gall version development research model simplified into 4D. There are stages such as: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Define stage includes definition, design stage includes storyboarding, development stage includes development of interactive multimedia-based learning media, validation of media experts and material experts, as well as revision of learning media from media experts and material experts and disseminate stage covering the trial stage. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer of Medan State University. Testing of interactive multimedia by material validators showed that multimedia learning resulted both in material validation with an average score of 4.52 and for media validation with an average score of 4.59. Adapaun tahapan tersebut yaitu : Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Tahap define meliputi pendefenisian , tahap design meliputi pembuatan storyboard, tahap development meliputi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif ,validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta revisi media pembelajaran dari ahli media dan ahli materi dan tahap disseminate meliputi tahap uji coba. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Dosen Ahli Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengujian terhadap multimedia interaktif oleh validator materi menunjukan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran  yang dihasilkan baik pada validasi materi dengan skor rata-rata 4.52 dan untuk validasi media dengan skor rata-rata 4.59. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan media yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci : Media Interaktif, Multimedia Interaktif

This study aims to find out how to develop media ice breaker talking pen and media feasibility on the subjects of PAI. The research method used is Borg and Gall development model which includes requirement analysis, validation test, and test phase. The result of this development research is ice breaker talking pen media product which consists of command card and music developed through data collection, planning, product development, and validation and testing. Based on the validation results obtained the average score of the material experts of 4.75 (very good), and from the media experts of 3.78 (good), and the results of student responses about this media amounted to 4.39 or very good category. Therefore the ice breaker talking media on the eyes of learning PAI class X is declared eligible for use with very good category. Berdasarkan pada hasil validasi didapat skor rata-rata dari ahli materi sebesar 4,75 (sangat baik), dan dari ahli media sebesar 3,78 (baik). Serta hasil dari tanggapan siswa mengenai media ini sebesar 4,39 atau kategori sangat baik. Maka dari itu media ice breaker talking pen pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas X dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik.
