Information Technology has grown rapidly in Indonesia. Almost all problems can be handled by a computer. For this reason, every level of society must be ready and able to follow along with the development of technology. After the development of information technology, typewriter users moved to the computer. Because of its more efficient performance. Now almost all people must have switched from being manually switched to computers, nowadays performance is demanded to be faster in solving a problem. Correspondence is a problem that is often handled by computer administrators in order to become faster, the making of letters or reports at the village level government should be using a computer. But in reality, there are still many village officials who cannot yet use computers, especially older employee. Even though in making letters or reports, village administrators are required to work faster. By referring to these problems, at this time service will be conducted a training aimed at village officials about their understanding of information technology, especially the ability of village officials to understand the making of letters or reports using Microsoft Office 2007. Microsoft Word 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007, this programs is often used when making reports. The purpose of this activity IbM program is to help facilitate the management of village database particular use of information technology by using Microsoft Access. Currently in the village administration is still largely in the form of written records form (manual). Through the utilization of training computer-based applications, is expected to help support the management of the village administration to become more convenient, efficient and effective. IbM activity is carried out by providing training to the village on how to use information technology for database management village. The technology used is the application of system administration using Microsoft Access, which begins with the introduction phase of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as basic training, further d i re c t e d   t o   u s e   M i c ro s o f t   A c c e s s   p ro g r a m m i n g   l a n g u a g e   w i t h   a   s i m p l e   s t a g e . Based on the results of community service that has been implemented, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Community service activities by the team can be conducted properly and smoothly; 2) Training participants consisting of 6 people, 5 of them have the ability to grasp in the category of medium (83.33%) and one person has the ability to grasp in the category of low (16.67%); 3) Making village database using Ms.Access not been up and still in the early stages of introduction. This is due to the low capacity of participants' understanding of the basic concepts of training materials and the allocation of limited time.

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Pemahaman microsoft office sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan diimplementasikan, namun ironisnya masih banyak yang belum memahami bagaimana cara menggunakannya terutama dalam memasukkan data administrasi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan mengadakan pelatihan yang meliputi teori dan praktik yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan fitur-fitur pada microsoft word dan microsoft excel. Untuk dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan microsoft office kepada kepala lingkungan di Kelurahan Abianbase dengan baik dan terstruktur maka pelaksanaan kegiatan dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan seperti tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring, dan tahap evaluasi. Materi yang disampaikan ada 2, yakni mengenai microsoft word sebagai alat pembuatan surat-menyurat, dan microsoft excel sebagai alat penginputan data warga. Para peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan sangat antusias. Setelah diadakannya pelatihan mengenai microsoft office, pemahaman kepala lingkungan terhadap materi tersebut semakin meningkat serta peserta lebih bisa menggunakan microsoft office lebih optimal dalam menginput data administratif.

In the Udmurt diaspora of Northern Bashkortostan the traditional Udmurt religion is very much alive and is part of the villagers’ everyday lives. Rituals are regularly held both at the village level and in the wider community, composed of several villages, involving the whole population. Since 1990, a revitalisation process has taken place in almost all villages of the region, so that by the beginning of the 2020s, the huge majority of villages have their own ceremonies and their own sacrificial priests, even where the tradition had been interrupted for decades. This article focuses on the key figure in Udmurt ritual, the sacrificial priest, called the vös’as’, and attempts to sketch a pattern of function-performance and transmission, taking into account practice in groups of villages. It also reflects on its historical perspective in a Finno-Ugric context in which the practice of ethnic religions is often seen and/or used as a marker of ethnicity.

The advancement of big data analytics is paving the way for knowledge creation based on very huge and unstructured data. Currently, information is scattered and growth tremendously, containing many information but difficult to be interpreted. Consequently, traditional approaches are no longer suitable for unstructured data but very rich in information. This situation is different from the role of previous information technology in which information is based on structured data, stored in the local storage, and in more advanced form, information can be retrieved through internet. Meanwhile, in Indonesia data are collected by many institutions with different measurement standard. The nature of the data collection is top-down, carried out by survey which is expensive yet unreliable and stored exclusively by respective institution. SIDeKa (Sistem Informasi Desa dan Kawasan/Village and Regional Information System), which are connected nationally, is proposed as a system of data collection in the village level and prepared by local people. Using SIDeKa, data reliability and readiness can be improved at the local level. The goals of the SIDeKa is not only local people have information in their hand such as poverty level, production, commodity price, the area of cultivated land, and the outbreak of diseases in their village, but also they have information from the neighboring villages or event at the national level. For government, data reliability will improve the policy effectiveness. This paper discusses the implementation and role of SIDeKa for knowledge creation in the village level, especially for the agricultural activities which has been initiated in 2015.Keywords: big data analytics; SIDeKa;  unstructured data.

Goat marketing study was conducted in eleven districts with the objectives of exploration  the existing goat marketing system in western hills of Nepal. The methodology of the study  was households survey, Rapid Marketing Appraisal and use of secondary data. Some of the  marketing centers are at the village level, catchments, terminal level markets and district  headquarters. There are some marketing agents dealing with the goat marketing from village  to the municipalities. Goat marketing agents mainly found farmers and middlemen at the  village level and catchments markets. In terminal markets mainly wholesalers and  middlemen were involved where as in district headquarters and municipalities middlemen,  wholesalers and butchers were dealing the goat business. 59.3% respondents believed that  middlemen visit in the village for goat marketing. Almost all farmers sell their goats on the  basis of estimated price. Major constraints on goat marketing were lack of public goat  marketing centres, lack of communications about goat marketing and lack of infrastructure  etc in all the domestic markets. In the western hills of Nepal main goat marketing centre was  found in Pokhara sub municipality where traders/whole sellers bring their goats to sale from  different catchments. Desa Blongko merupakan desa yang berada dalam Kecamatan Sinonsayang Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pada tahun 1985 Desa Blongko resmi menjadi desa definitive dimana sistem pemerintahan desa berkedudukan di Blongko. Sebelum tahun 1985 perkampungan ini masih desa persiapan untuk menjadi desa definitive, dahulunya adalah berstatus jaga/dusun jauh dari desa Boyong Pante. Pemerintah desa blongko merupakan Mitra yang tidak produktif secara ekonomi karena merupakan organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Pemerintah desa blongko mengatur dan mengurus kebutuhan masyarakat desa yang berjumlah jumlah 1.685 Orang, yang tersebar pada luas 1.000 hektar luas wilayah desa.Berdasarkan kesepakatan dengan Mitra yaitu pemerintah desa blongko kecamatan sinonsayang kabupaten minahasa selatan, permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan tahun 2019 yaitu: Lambatnya penyelesaian surat menyurat; Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang Aplikasi Microsoft Office Word dalam surat menyurat; Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang Aplikasi Microsoft Office Excel dalam surat menyurat serta penyusunan anggaran desa; Kurangnya pengetahuan dari perangkat desa tentang penerapan teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa khususnya bidang administrasi.Beberapa solusi yang ditawarkan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh desa mitra antara lain: meningkatkan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam penyelesaian surat menyurat, meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang aplikasi Microsoft Word dalam surat menyurat, meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang aplikasi Microsoft Excel dalam surat menyurat serta penyusunan anggaran desa, meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang penerapan teknologi informasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dengan layanan prima.Luaran yang akan dihasilkan dari masing-masing solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra ada 2 luaran yaitu Jasa dan Produk. Pancuran Hidup Credit Union is a cooperative engaged in a savings and loan business that provides loans for its members. In its development often encountered an error due to lack of accuracy of employees in processing data processing transactions and savings and loans that still use the manual system that is using Microsoft office (Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel). This manual system is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are higher so that the calculation is even more numerous, and therefore requires an information system. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based savings and loan information system that helps make it easier for employees to manage member data and savings and loan transactions at the Pancuran Hidup Credit Union. In this study the authors used the Waterfall Model analysis method. The SDLC waterfall model is often also called the linear sequential model or classic life path. Based on the problems that have been discussed and resolved through this report, the conclusion can be drawn about the Savings and Loan Information System for the Union of Living Credit Pekanbaru based on Web, namely: Information Systems can facilitate the cooperative in making reports more quickly and produce accurate data

Perkembangan teknologi IT yang pesat dapat membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan manusia di segala bidang. Sebagai contoh, dalam bidang pendidikan terdapat pengelolaan administrasi siswa yang perlu dikelola dengan tepat. Pengelolaan administrasi yang baik berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja dari sebuah instansi. SMPLBN (Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa Negeri) kota malang merupakan lembaga yang memberikan pengajaran kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus di kota Malang dalam melakukan pengelolaan administrasi sudah terkomputerisasi, akan tetapi dapat dikatakan masih kurang optimal sehingga dalam pengelolaan administrasi membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sering terjadi kesalahan.Microsoft Excel (pengolah angka) dan Microsoft Word (pengolah kata) merupakan bagian dari Microsoft Office yang sering digunakan untuk menangani administrasi perkantoran. Pemanfaatan fitur yang maksimal dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam menangani pengelolaan administrasi. Banyak formula pada Microsoft Excel yang dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan data – data siswa baik biodata maupun data nilai. Fitur mail merge merupakan penggabungan Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat raport siswa secara cepat dan tepat.

Kader Pemberdayaan dan kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Kelurahan Cipulir berlokasi di kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, DKI Jakarta, memiliki salah satu tugas yaitu pendataan profil warga dan pendataan berbagai formulir data program masyarakat yang berasal dari pemerintahan dan saat ini sebagian besar kader PKK belum memiliki kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi komputer Microsoft Office. Sehingga tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah meningkatkan kapabilitas keterampilan aplikasi komputer Microsoft Office bagi kader PKK di wilayah Cipulir dengan mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Tujuan kegiatan PPM ini adalah membantu kader PKK menjalankan salah satu tugas yaitu untuk mengelola administrasi kegiatan PKK dengan cepat, mudah dan rapi. Kegiatan PPM ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari bulan Juli-Agustus 2018 dan metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PPM dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi dan laporan. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan proses survey dan perijinan dengan mitra PPM yaitu kelurahan Cipulir khususnya RW.02 RT.012. Pada tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan sosialisasi, pembuatan modul materi pelatihan dan melakukan pelatihan dengan 20% ceramah dan 80% praktikum kemudan tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi dan laporan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan PPM, kader PKK mendapatkan manfaat dari pelatihan aplikasi komputer sehingga mahir dalam membuat proposal kegiatan dan pendataan kader PKK menggunakan Microsoft Word dan dapat menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk membuat anggaran dana.
