A Pelatihan Aplikasi Perkantoran untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kader Posyandu Anyelir 8 Perumnas Antang Kota Makassar

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Abstract The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide physical condition training to novice athletes, training programs for physical trainers at Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). This training needs to be done because the training process is still minimal. Trainers have the obligation to provide training and make athletes excel, but there are still limitations in doing so. Training for novice athletes is still very much needed because of the lack of planning and maturity in carrying out training activities both in terms of training material and from the intensity given. Higher education as an institution that produces trainers and educators, as well as an organization that organizes community service activities, has a moral obligation to carry out coaching and training. For this reason, community service programs providing athlete training are the way to be taken to overcome this problem. Activities include physical condition training. The material discussed is the judo training program. The training is planned to be held on October to December 2020. Keywords: Judo, Physical Condition, Training Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada para atlet pemula, program latihan kepada para pelatih fisik di Padepokan Judo Ksatria Bhayangkara (PJKB). Pelatihan ini perlu dilakukan karena adanya proses latihan yang masih minim. Pelatih memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan latihan dan menjadikan atlit berprestasi, namun masih ada keterbatasan dalam melaksanakannya. Pelatihan bagi atlet pemula masih sangat diperlukan karena kurangnya perencanaan dan kematangan dalam melakukan kegiatan latihan baik dari segi materi latihan maupun dari intensitas yang diberikan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga penghasil pelatih maupun pendidik, sekaligus lembaga yang secara terorganisisir melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan. Untuk itu program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menghadirkan untuk memberikan pelatihan atlet adalah cara yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan meliputi pelatihan kondisi fisik. ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of teachers to utilize information technology for online learning. The current COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on education in Indonesia. Under these conditions, there will be a shift in the learning process from what is done in school to learning from home. One of the innovations made by the world of education during this pandemic is online learning. With this program and in the current pandemic conditions, of course SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi inevitably has to do online learning. However, online learning in secondary schools, not all students and teachers use the e-learning system synchronously in the teaching and learning process. The methods used in this service activity are in the form of training, discussions, and simulations conducted through webinars using the Zoom Meeting application. During the training, in addition to provide materials, pre-test and post-test were also given to participants. The training material was a google meet application for online learning. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to utilize information technology in online learning, namely synchronous e-learning using the Google Meet application. Keywords: Information technology, online learning, synchronous e-learning ABSTRAK Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pembelajaran online. Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak besar pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka akan terjadi pergeseran proses pembelajaran dari apa yang dilakukan di sekolah menjadi belajar dari rumah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh dunia pendidikan selama pandemi ini adalah pembelajaran online. Dengan adanya program ini dan dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini tentunya SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi mau tidak mau harus melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Namun, pembelajaran online di sekolah menengah, tidak semua siswa dan guru menggunakan sistem e-learning secara sinkron dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan, diskusi, dan simulasi yang dilakukan melalui webinar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Selama pelatihan, selain pemberian materi, juga diberikan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta. Materi pelatihannya berupa aplikasi google meet untuk pembelajaran online. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran online yaitu e-learning sinkron dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet. The Village

The objectives of this community service activity include 1) Implementing and applying Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs to the community of Sukowuwuh, Bener, Purworejo villages, 2) Knowing the response of youth groups and Sukowuwuh Village Devices, Bener Purworejo. The Target of Community Service is Youth Organization and Sukowuwuh Village Apparatus. In computer training provided using the Sukowuwuh Village Hall. The training material is in the form of computer introduction, word processing using Microsoft Word, making presentations using PowerPoint, and introduction to Excel. The results of the implementation of this activity include: 1) Youth and Village can apply computers for correspondence in Youth and can design home-made food products in Sukowuwuh Village, Bener Sub-District, Purworejo District, 2) Community response is very positive and will apply knowledge owned for purposes in the village and accountant.

The result of the analysis of the studyshows the lack of educational condition related to Information Technology (IT) especially for orphanage children. Community service activities aim to provide computer training as a form of character development in the field of education. The subjects of community service activities are the children at the Mujahidin Orphanage in Anjir Serapat Village, Kapuas Timur Sub-District, Kapuas District, with 11 members. Training activities are supported by lecture methods, frequently asked questions and direct practice of using computer applications with the help of training modules provided to the participants as a tool in practice. The results showed that computer training can give knowledge and understanding for orphaned children in computer skills in the mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint and can foster the values of educational characters in themselves such as curiosity, creative, hard work, and communicative.

This Community Service Activity aims to train the Management (Ta'mir) and youth of mosques at the mosque in Kerinjing Village to (a) understand the importance of financial statements as a form of responsibility for the mandate they carry out, and (b) understand the importance of Standard financial statements in order to provide more macro benefits, and (c) practice compiling mosque financial statements in accordance with generally accepted regulations by utilizing information technology. The method applied is training through workshops within a certain time. The workshop will provide 3 main materials, namely: (1) understanding the importance of financial reporting in accountability, transparency and good governance; (2) training in manual preparation of mosque financial statements; and (3) training on the preparation of mosque financial statements using information technology, namely by using Microsoft Excel. After attending the workshop, it is expected that there will be a better understanding of the Management (Ta'mir) and youth of mosque on the importance of preparing mosque financial statements and at the same time having adequate competence to compile periodic financial statements, namely monthly, quarterly, semester and annually.

The demand to improve the ability in managing an administration by utilizing Microsoft Office is getting higher. However, there are obstacles that affect the ability of administrative management, such as the age and educational background of the administration manager. The Sumengko Village Government supports the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 47 of 2016 concerning Village Administration and in collaboration with Majaphit Islamic University to facilitate Microsoft Office operation training activities at Sumengko Village Hall. This activity lasted for 4 days consisting of a pre-test, the delivery of theory and the practice of operating Microsoft Office, and post test. The existence of pre-test and post-test activities to find out how much the skill (ability) of the participants has increased towards this training. While the material provided consisted of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. The increase in the ability of participants is classified based on age, recent education, and the position of participants. The age category is divided into 3 parts, namely: age 20-29 years, age 30-39 years, and age 40-49 years. Unlike the case with the last education category is divided into 2 parts, namely high school and graduate level. While the position category consists of village officials and educators. The average magnitude of capacity improvement based on age category, recent education and position for Ms.'s operation. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Powerpoint reached 51.66%, 46.59% and 45.00%.

The Village

The purpose of this activity IbM program is to help facilitate the management of village database particular use of information technology by using Microsoft Access. Currently in the village administration is still largely in the form of written records form (manual). Through the utilization of training computer-based applications, is expected to help support the management of the village administration to become more convenient, efficient and effective. IbM activity is carried out by providing training to the village on how to use information technology for database management village. The technology used is the application of system administration using Microsoft Access, which begins with the introduction phase of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as basic training, further d i re c t e d t o u s e M i c ro s o f t A c c e s s p ro g r a m m i n g l a n g u a g e w i t h a s i m p l e s t a g e . Based on the results of community service that has been implemented, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Community service activities by the team can be conducted properly and smoothly; 2) Training participants consisting of 6 people, 5 of them have the ability to grasp in the category of medium (83.33%) and one person has the ability to grasp in the category of low (16.67%); 3) Making village database using Ms.Access not been up and still in the early stages of introduction. This is due to the low capacity of participants' understanding of the basic concepts of training materials and the allocation of limited time.

ABSTRACT The Ngampon people in Mojosongo Village, Jebres, Surakarta City face diverse livelihood problems, most of which are factory workers with low income levels and the role of mothers as housewives. Therefore, it is necessary to have training activities to make agar agar fruit products as an alternative home-based home industry to increase family income. The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

This community service activity is continuously carried out to develop the creativity of mothers in producing innovative and attractive products. This activity involves training and assistance in preparing financial and marketing reports. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the Sukolilo District and STIESIA Surabaya. MSMEs in Sukolilo District experienced several obstacles related to preparing financial reports, marketing that utilized social media, and other technical obstacles. After this mentoring activity, MSME managers gained several benefits, including having started compiling financial reports. Marketing training activities are carried out using Instagram social media as a means of producing products. In this activity, assistance was carried out to create an Instagram account, taking photos of products to be uploaded on Instagram, assisting in uploading product photos on Instagram accompanied by product descriptions so that they could attract consumers. This activity is carried out to improve the business carried out from the management aspect. The target to be achieved is that MSME players have financial reports that can be used to submit funds or capital to banks for business development, expand marketing networks, and increase sales.
