Abstract: The development of Information Technology in the field of education, a survey on the Use and Utilization of Information and Communication Technology was carried out on 4,014 schools in 34 provinces. Based on the level of education, elementary and equivalent as much as 64.55 percent, junior high school and equivalent as much as 19.22 percent and high school and equivalent as much as 16.23 percent. While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages. Keywords: Book Information system; Books; Schools            Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan. Kata Kunci : Buku Sekolah; Sistem Informasi Rekap Buku

Abstract       This study aims to determine the usage-based Media Information and Communication Technology in Learning Biology in Secondary Schools as District Medan City. This research was conducted at the Junior High School as Medan City District. The population in this study were all junior high school teacher as District VII class Medan City. This study used questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results showed that the perception of teachers on ICT very well and positively with the percentage (80.83%). However, use of ICTbased media in the process of learning about biology by science teachers to master the use of ICT media and less able to use ICT-based media with a percentage (38.42%). Science teacher uses less varied types of ICT-based media in learning biology by percentage (29.87%). Often there is a limiting factor in the use of ICTs such as the lack of availability of tools to use ICT in learning biology by percentage (63.33%). Biological materials using ICT-based media is still lacking a lot in practice with the percentage (30.3%). This is supported by the lack of tools provided by the school so that science teachers tend not to use ICT media in Junior High School as Medan City District. Keywords: media, Information and Communication Technology, perception of science teachers AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Media Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam Proses Pembelajaran Biologi di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Medan Kota. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Medan Kota. Populasi dalam penelitian  ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri kelas VII se-Kecamatan Medan Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket, wawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru mengenai TIK sangat baik dan positif dengan persentase (80,83%). Namun Penggunaan media berbasis TIK dalam proses pembelajaran biologi oleh guru IPA kurang menguasai penggunaan media TIK dan kurang mampu menggunakan media berbasis TIK dengan persentase (38,42%). Guru IPA kurang bervariasi menggunakan jenis-jenis media berbasis TIK dalam pembelajaran biologi dengan persentase (29,87%). Sering terdapat faktor penghambat dalam memanfaatkan penggunaan TIK seperti kurang tersedianya alat untuk menggunakan TIK dalam proses pembelajaran biologi dengan persentase (63,33%). Materi biologi yang menggunakan media berbasis TIK masih kurang banyak dalam pelaksanaannya dengan persentase (30,3%). Hal ini didukung dengan kurangnya alat yang disediakan oleh pihak sekolah sehingga guru IPA cendrung tidak menggunakan media TIK di SMP Negeri se- Kecamatan Medan Kota. Kata kunci: media,Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, persepsi guru IPA

The purpose of this research was to know the effectiveness of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning Islamic education in junior high school tunas dharma Lampung Selatan. The technique of data analysis used qualitative analysis, namely the research discussesed about the problem how the effectiveness of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning islamic education in junior high school tunas dharma Lampung Selatan. Based on the results of the data from the research and after the data was analyzed, it can be concluded that the Application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) runs effectively realized by several indicators included: In the learning process which used the Internet as outlined in the RPP, able to create and design on the web, able to answer issues related to Information and communication Technology (ICT) which contained in interviews and increase students learning result of Class IX A. The average score on the cognitive side, namely above the KKM was 29 students or 80.55% and below the KKM was 7 students or 19.44%.

Duties and functions of Guidance and Counseling in the prevention and management of student violations of Junior High School is very important. However the reality of control and management of student violations in Junior High School Negeri 1 Teras is still done manually. In the digital age it is better control and management by using an integrated system by utilizing information and communication technology. This is way to facilitate stakeholders in monitoring control and management of student violations. The purpose of this study, the design of the application guidance and counseling in Junior High School Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali. This application is designed use PHP programming language and using MySQL database storage. Application Guidance Counseling is also accompanied by SMS Gateaway system for the delivery of information to the parents.

Aims: This paper seeks to explore the challenges Junior High School pupils in the South Tongu District in the Volta Region of Ghana face in the use of Information and Communication Technology tools for learning. The rationale was to identify the challenges these pupils face in the use of ICT tools for learning and the possible means to overcome these challenges in the school. Research Design: To achieve the purpose of this studya descriptive research design was used. Place and Duration of Study: Agorkpo D.A. J.H.S in the South Tongu District of Ghana was used for this study for over six months. Methodology: The study adopted the quantitative approach, employed descriptive research design and used questionnaire to collect data from 60 students. The entire questionnaires were retrieved and IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22.0 in combination with the Microsoft excel were used to analyse the data. Simple frequency tables were also used to present the data. Results: The research revealed that the commonest challenges of using ICT tools for learning were lack of opportunity provided by teachers for students to use the tools on their own, inadequate ICT tools and difficulty teaching ICT practical lessons without demonstration. Conclusion: Measures identified to improve the use of ICT tools in the school include the call on government to provide the required ICT tools to the school. Secondly, in order to achieve meaningful academic improvement in the school, teachers must spend more time to teach the ICT subject and create the enthusiasm in the students. Thirdly, supervision of ICT teachers should be taken seriously to ensure that they meet time-table requirements for ICT in the school. Also, requisite ICT tools should be used by the teachers to demonstrate the processes and application of ICT in everyday life. This way, pupils would easily understand the concept and be able to apply it practically and independently. Finally, the study recommended that an ICT laboratory be built for the school to house the ICT department and provide an atmosphere that can motivate the teachers and learners to show more interest in the subject.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

The developing of studying-learning culture in Indonesia nowadays is increased in pandemic era of covid-19, we must face it because this corona virus spread almost in the whole of countries in the world, including Indonesia which have 34 provinces. Having connected with coronavirus, the education that we as Teacher face to the students of course will be problem, the Indonesia Government finally decide to do online class, we call it daring class and using of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through internet,  the students and the teachers have to stay at home , but they are able to learn their lessons via on line by using mobile phone application . Unlucky the students who are from the rich one can do it, they buy the pulse and quota easily but not for the poverty students who can’t buy it , it is the obstacle for our education minister to solve the way to help every students in Indonesia doing  the education activities. Of course this process doing learning studying so far can run well enough , though we face this pandemic, we really hope it can be over sooner.

E-Readiness is the level of readiness that a person needs to understand and apply information and communication technology. E-Readiness can also be interpreted as readiness to sort, interpret, and process digital knowledge. E-Readiness is very important for students to be able to take part in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of E-Readiness in learning biology for high school students in West Lombok Regency in participating in online learning of biology subjects. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The instrument used to obtain student E-Readiness data is the E-Readiness questionnaire. Data collection was carried out using a survey technique by distributing questionnaires using the google form application. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 622 students. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis techniques that refer to the An Integration Information Rich E-Readiness Assessment Tool evaluation model. Data analysis using the evaluation model was carried out on each indicator of the E-readiness segment. The results of data analysis found that: (1) Enterprise E-Readiness segment 79.88% ready; (2) ICT readiness segment 82.96 ready; (3) Human resources readiness 83.88 ready, 4. Information readiness segment, 70.72% ready, and 5. External environment readiness 84.42% is ready. From the data analysis, it was found that the E-Readiness of studying biology for high school students was 3.1% Very Unprepared, 16.4% Unprepared, 54.9% Ready, and 25.6% Very Ready. On average 80.5% of high school students have good skills in using information and communication technology. Thus, it can be concluded that an average of 80.5% of students' E-Readiness in learning biology had a good level of readiness, and 19.5% did not yet have a readiness level to participate in online biology learning in West Lombok Regency
