This research aim was to analized the development disparities in Bengkulu Province, and the position change of 3 parent districts. The analysis method used descriptive anylisis with Klassen Typology and Williamson Index (WI), and used data from BPS Bengkulu Province publication (2002-2016). The result show WI for 2002, 2007 and 2016 in a row amount to 0,34; 0,40 and 0,37; which mean that the area expantion may cause the development disparities more equal or not. In the years of observation, position of 3 parent disticts always changing in the regional stucture of Bengkulu Province. It may caused of the dinamic development of the district, both parent and new districts. Keywords : Development Disparities 1, Area Expansion 2, Klassen Typology 3, Williamson Index 4

Human settlements supply has always been a problem in urban areas, particularly for the low-earners. There are few aspects to do in house procurement, such as location that will determine the cost of housing. Hence, this research aims to determine potential location to be developed as affordable housing for low-income people in Semarang. This research applied spatial analysis method based on Geographic Information System (GIS). The analysis results that only around 5,85% of allocated human settlement area in Semarang City is potential to be developed as affordable housing. In this study, the result show that in terms of location for affordable housing development, accessibility factor can determine the location with considering the particular planning standards.

This research is conducted in Yogyakarta-Surakarta Corridor which become an intercity corridor that has been experiencing regional transformation. The aim of this research is to analyze the pattern of regional transformation using secondary data. The research covers all of villages along Yogyakarta-Surakarta Corridor (206 villages). The data processing employs SPSS program to apply quantitative and qualitative analysis method. The result show that the higher the physical accessibility, the higher is the degree of regional transformation. This research also reveals that high regional transformation patterns which are drawn by five variables, scattered in the villages which have high physical accessibility degrees and that the villages which have low physical accessibility degrees confirm the reverse level.

The electrolytic stripping technique (also known as coulometric dissolution) was a method to analysis the phase structure of galvannealed coating quantitatively, but the experimental data of electrolytic stripping cannot be used for straightforward Fe-Zn phase identification, and because quantification needs to take into account the effect of various electrochemical side-reactions. The applicability of electrolytic stripping for the phase analysis of galvannealed coatings was optimized in this article, Result show that electrolytic stripping technique can be applied to realize step-by-step dissolution of various phases species in the galvannealed coatings under the condition that the potential scanning rate was low enough, and the method allows the determination of the total Fe concentration, and the thickness and structure of the η, ζ, δ and Γ phases. Both the thickness and the various intermetallic phases content of the galvannealed coatings with different aluminum contents was characterized by the polarization curve of the electrolytic stripping technique and the proposed data analysis method, and combine the initial dissolution potential of every Fe-Zn phase in galvannealed coating.

Abstract, Research aim to know correlation of between perception toward family harmony and peer group with juvenile delinquency. Subject research is student of first class SMK 45 in Surabaya as much 91 people. The scales used as the data collects instrument are juvenile delinquency scales, Family harmony perception scales, and peer group scales. Use Scale Likert model which consists of 5 alternative options, while the data analysis method used is regresi analysis. The hypothesis result show that there is relationship between family toward harmony and peer group with juvenile delinquency. Keywords: Perception toward family harmony, peer group, juvenile delinquency

The objective of this research was to examine the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus mechanism and debt covenant to transfer pricing. This research also conducted to test the role of tax minimization in moderating the relation between those variables. Research sample was manufacturing companies in consumer goods sector, that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. This research use purposive sampling method, with 110 observation data. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result show only Debt covenant that proved can increase firm in transfer pricing. This research was not able to prove tunneling incentive and bonus mechanism influenced the decision of transfer pricing transaction. Tax minimization is not proved moderating the relations between tunneling incentive, bonus mechanism, and debt covenant to transfer pricing transactions.

In order to study the hinge points load for grader’s working device, a multi-body dynamic model of the grader is established for analyzing the construction condition and obtain the load of each hinge point. The analysis method is verified by prototype test. Taking the force of the key cylinder as the optimization objective, the positions of all hinge points are optimized. The result show that the scheme reduces the maximum force of the key cylinder by 26.5%, which improve the stability of the grader.

The real and imaginary part of complex dielectric constant for InAs(001) by adsorption of oxsagen atoms has been calculated, using numerical analysis method (non-linear least square fitting). As a result a mathematical model built-up and the final result show a fairly good agreement with other genuine published works.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Non Performing Financing,Operational Efficiency Ratio, BI Rate and inflation toward the rate of return mudharabah deposits islamic bank industries in Indonesia start from January 2012 until December 2016. This research use quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this research is time series regression using eviews 9.0 program. This research used saturation sampling. Sample that used in this research were taken from Islamic Bank Statistic issued by OJK, while BI Rate and Inflation taken from www.bi.go.id. The result show that Non Performing Financinghas no effect on the rate of return mudharabah deposits, Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional has no effect on the rate of return mudharabah deposits. While BI Rate has positive and significant on the rate of return mudharabah deposits, and than variabel inflation has negative and significant on the rate of return mudharabah deposits. All of the independent variables in this research are simultaniosly significant on the rate of return mudharabah deposits. Keywords: Non Performing Financing(NPF), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), BI Rate, inflation, the rate of return mudharabah deposits

This research tests the effect of profitability, growth opportunity, and net working capital on corporate cash holding for a sample of banks company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period 2013-2015. Population of this research is 31 banks companies at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research use path analysis method. Hypothesis test of this research employs standardized multiple regression analysis. The result show that simultaneously profitablity, growth opportunity, and net working capital have influence enough to cash holding. While partially profitability has a positive influence enough to cash holding, growth opportunity and net working capital has a very weak negative effect on cash holding.
